Really I loved my room and there were no unexpected charges at check in (which I was fearful of on a tight budget).

Staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, and I needed that because I'd just been put on antibiotics that morning for a severe tooth infection.

Breakfast was very limited, but they did have it.

Overall, I would highly recommend it.

From the parking lot, looking at the windows the hotel immediately gives \"needs improvements\" because of the windows and treatments. There was a musty smell upon entry into the lobby. As a female traveling alone, the person checking me in - audibly said my room number... Big no. You should always point to the room number. Room was clean but dated. Water pressure for the shower was nice. Room was exceptionally hot despite the cooler outdoor temps, turned on the cool air - room struggles to stay at 70. The room above me, I could hear every step - I swear there were 5 people up there walking back and forth. At one time I could hear the WORDS from the music they were playing. I struggled feeling safe. I did put the desk chair under the door handle. I did not come back for night two because I of the uneasiness I could not overcome.

The hallway to the room was stuffy, warm, and smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The refrigerator froze our drinks and fresh cut fruit, and had no way of adjusting the temperature. The comforter on the bed was paper thin, and did not help to keep us warm as we slept. On our day of check out, we found out the key card shut off at 9:30, even though check out time is 11:00; this was inconvenient, as we were still using the room after 9:30. The staff was friendly enough, but almost non existent.

Our bathroom door had been damaged previously and they stapled the door back together. Door knob coller spun around on the door knob . The bed blankets had holes The hallway had a sink hole at thr top of the stairs on the second floor. The property had a mildewed snell. outside landscaping was not kept up and had a contractor ladder laying in the rocks next to front door . Super 8 use to be a place I like to stay 20 years ago. We were in a pinch and decided to give them another chance. I Will never stay at a Super 8 again. Very sad !! Clean up your franchise!!

Room was decently clean and the bathroom was clean and roomy. Definite weed smell in the hallway but that was only two nights out of our week long stay. Refrigerator temp was broken so it was only a freezer. But was happy with the location so close to the race track that we could walk.

NOT a good experience. I saw the room online, for a very good price, which is why I chose this particular site. I called the motel to make the reservation, realizing that there would be some additional fees, of course. The man who answered the phone told me to book the room on my computer instead, as it would be a better price. Well, the \"better price\" was a considerable increase. (Better for someone else, not for me, I guess.)

Several days later, when I checked in at the front desk, I was given a key to my room, and upon opening the door, I encountered a VERY unclean room. I called the office, and was given another room across the hall, which had been cleaned--adequate, but nothing special. (Filthy overstuffed chair, but whatever.) Hoped to watch a particular show on TV, but with only 12 or so channels, they didn't have the one I needed. Since the website said there would be a \"hot breakfast,\" I headed downstairs the next morning. Should have just left. The \"hot breakfast\" consisted of cold waffles and a toaster to heat them up in. Not a fan of waffles, so tried a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal...how bad can that be, right? Well, the milk was sour, and the raisins were like rocks, so I dumped the bowl, and went to the office to turn in my key. When I entered the lobby, the woman behind the desk glanced up from her phone with a frown, and said nothing. I turned in my key, said \"thank you,\" and she didn't bother to look up or reply to me. Won't be back.

Race Fan.

U felt the shower rod could fall at any moment it was leaning that much. The paint/sheetrock was peeling off the wall and feeling above the shower. There was putty patches on the wall that still needed to be fixed. They only cleaned your room every other day. And I’m not sure I would consider that breakfast they offer. There was one female night staff member that was not helpful & kinda rude.

Very dated and bare-bones facility. Lots of broken items (doors, etc). Not terribly clean. The staff was amazing - very friendly and accommodating. It's a lower end facility, nothing fancy, but the TV and electric worked, beds are comfy and bug free, and close to amenitites. Keep that in mind when booking. If you want plush and fancy, this is not it.

Had someone from the hotel come at 9 am, knocked very lightly, did not wait for us to answer the door, let themself in to our room, To see if we were going to check out at 11am. I have stayed at alot of places, this seem very intrusive. Its out dated and smells a bit. Rooms are not non-smoking and our room had a very heavy smoke smell.

Hot water was on point! Pressure for water in shower was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Place was a bit unkept and ran down. Hallways smelled like throw up and baby doo-doo. Dryer wasn’t working. AC was ice cold. Good for a very quick night stay.

room 120 had a real musty odor, the fabric chair was stained,i would in the bathroom the door stopper is completely falling apart. The fitness center is used for storage and unable to use it. The railing going from the main lobby to the 1st floor rooms one of the support brackets is broken on the corner. On a good note the check in was fast and professional. Also minus the stained chair and the odor the cleaning crew is doing a good job. I also understand this is a budget hotel and i dont expect everything to be perfect but no one should stay in a room with a musty odor.

The property is quiet fairly clean. No coffee machines in room. Minimal free breakfast. Front office staff was just not welcoming. I barely got acknowledged when I arrived. Had another issue to discuss another evening and staff person didn’t even get up to greet until I asked her. I have stayed at other accommodations and received much more welcoming feel. Won’t be staying at this one again.

In dire need of remodeling. The first room they gave me stunk and the girl said the previous occupants had two cats that had urinated on the floor but they thought they had it cleaned up. One drinking cup, no coffee pot like their web page shows. The heater fan ran non stop blowing cold air between heat cycles.

The building is indeed very old. The exercise equipment is broken or unable to be plugged in. The remote control battery cover broken, the freezer needed defrosted, the sink in bathroom cracked. The exhaust fan broken in bathroom as it was noisy and looked like it was going to come down. I would not stay there again.

The sheets were dirty/stained. The gal at the front desk did come up and change the sheets for us but the bottom sheet they gave us was also gross so we just ended up sleeping on the top sheet. We reserved 2 rooms...They did not check my ID or confirm if i wanted both rooms on the same card. The person i was traveling with was going to pay for the 2nd room and just ended up paying me directly since i got charged for their room. There was Shampoo but no conditioner. The toilet made sounds all night. The \"light\" breakfast was just little debbie snack cakes. They did have juice and coffee....we ended up getting breakfast at McDonald's. Not to mention that for the price of this room i could have gotten an ocean front hotel in Florida. The only good thing was that their AC worked well.

The property is dilapidated. Lawn grossly overgrown. Huge hole in screen in our window, dirty walls in bathroom, stained duvet. Little Debbie snacks only for breakfast. THEN at 9:45 am, the cleaning guy unlocks our door and opens it while we’re still in there!!! NEVER OK!!! Would love my money back but just got “sorry”. No elevator.

I will never stay at a Super 8 Motel again, there was no elevator (which was not put in the description) and we were on the third floor, the bathroom to our room was extremely dirty, and even though it was a smoking room the room had a horrible dirty smell that was indescribable, access to our room was limited to one entrance so with no elevator had an extremely hard time with loading and unloading our suitcases etc.

This place was extremely dirty the first Room we were sent to the beds were not made, and there were cigarette butts in an ashtray so we knew the room hadn’t been cleaned, we went downstairs, and the staff was extremely nice and gave us another room, the next room we got had all kinds of stains on the sheets and cigarette burns in the blankets, I book this on Expedia, where it said breakfast was included, there definitely was no breakfast it was only little Debbie snack cakes,orange juice,coffee no cereal, no waffles no milk no yogurt no nothing, the reason I booked this room was because I had three kids with me and the website said there was breakfast so I planned on getting up in the morning feeding them and leaving, the room was totally disgusting. The stains on the sheets made me nauseous. We didn’t even use the blankets. Thank God we bought our own.

The price was priced lower for the area, which was the main factor that was ok. It was an ok stay, overall, but not one that i would seek out to stay again. There was nothing that wowed us. The room was generally clean, but the property is very old. The main lobby at check in was very unkept, and was more like the lobby of a towing company than a motel.
