We were happy with our stay. Food was good. Beach was nice and right there for us.
The only negative I can think of was that the hotel was overcrowded during our stay (beg of October), there were waiting lines to get seated for dinner and lines to get food.
The beds for our two kids were super uncomfortable. Also last thing-when paying the bill at the end of our stay there were some items that for sure we didnt order so I recommend to check the bill. I dont think its the hotels fault but probably some other guests ordered on our room.

Very nice location on a beautiful and safe beach. We were fortunate to stay in a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Room 301 had stunning views across the whole beach and the pool. Also the staff were genuine and very friendly. All in all a fantastic stay.

Ayia Napa offers an incredible vacation destination with exceptionally clean hotel accommodations and rooms. This hotel provides a wide range of amenities for guests to enjoy. The food is delicious, and the beach is pristine and captivating. We had a fantastic time playing volleyball on the beach. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist.

Great amenities, some of the employees could be nicer (towels).

I would expect an all-inclusive stay to cover also a coffee in the pool bar (which I was told I cannot have), a bar in the lobby where I can get coffee or cold drinks and take them to the room, and a daily bottle of water to the room. In other hotels we stayed in, that was the standard.
In general, if you're in your room, you don't have anything to drink. In other all-inclusive hotels, the soft drinks in the mini-bar could be taken for free (all-included, right?).

Additionally, the pool bar is not opened to the all-inclusive guests at all times, so there were times when our baby was hungry but we were told that we need to wait 20 minutes until we can order, while other non-all-inclusive guests could always order. That gives you the feeling that you're a second priority guest in the hotel, and that the hotel prefers guests that pay cash rather than guests that have already paid for everything in advance.

Overall, our stay was great, but there are things that can be done better in the hotel.

Management needs a wake up call

Arrived at 1.00 am for a four day fully paid stay to be told they had overbooked hotel and we had been moved to hotel up the road not on the sea side for duration of our stay. Was unimpressed but as we had no option that night we went to other hotel where we were given a standard room not comparable to superior room we had booked at Melissa Beach and not on the beach side of the road.Went back to Melissa Beach next morning very determined to explain that we were unhappy with the situation. We explained that with internet bookings that have been accepted 3 months in advance this should not happen. We are no longer living in the 70s or 80s where hotels could get away with doing this and putting us up in non comparable hotels. As it turned out through much persistent discussion they found a room but we wondered who they bumped out the next three nights. Towels covering empty pool seats from 8 in the morning are an issue and two slow lifts for the number of guests not enough..

Have stayed here before and loved it. It now has a new manager and small things like getting a bottle of water are no longer part of the all inclusive. They only give 1 room key because they want you to leave a second key in the room to keep the AC on. Really inconvenient when you and your wife must rely on one key. Hotel is full of Russian tourists of which almost all are extremely rude

We had a really nice holiday at the melissi. All of the staff were exceptionally nice , especially Kyriakos at the pool bar. Beautiful part of Cyprus , the beds were typical and a bit uncomfortable.

Poor hotel management & customer service...

Disappointed with the poor customer service at this hotel. Management was cold & indifferent. Sunbeds were impossible to find at the pool. Rooms & pool area not well cleaned. Hotel was jam packed with guests & it was impossible to even find a ride in the elevator.

Some Hotel rooms have been remodeled & wifi was good. Fancy key pad for entry & exit & light up cupboard but at the end if the day, those are not the memories we will take of the hotel. Rather it's the indifferent & cold staff who found it beneath them to even be civil to hotel guests.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé face à la mer et proche du centre.propre et nettoyé tout au long de la journée même autour de la piscine.Personnel extra,très attentionné, professionnel et souriant.Un grand merci a l'équipe du restaurant qui a été super surtout avec notre fille.Restaurant avec du choix et varié (petit bémol sur les desserts et les fruits),chaque soir un thème et petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre spacieuse, propre avec bouilloire et frigo. Idéal pour escapade en couple au calme ou en famille, nous recommandons.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Stand. Die Auswahl und die Qualität des Essens ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Im Zimmer ist die Tür zum Bad aus Glas und es ist ein Fenster in der Wand zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer verbaut. Das ist etwas unpraktisch, wenn man mit Kindern reist, da diese zT durch das Licht im Bad wach werden.

Fantastic Family Beach Hotel

From Check-in to check-out a super satisfactory stay at Melissi Beach Hotel.
Freindly staff, new (or newly renovated) hotel directly on the beach. Good pool area, sun chairs, sun-beds and \"bean-bags\" for all the sun lovers. Well attended kids club. Good nightly entertainment (different every night with external performers).
Restaurant (buffet style) with themed nights. Delicous throughout.
Well equiped gym. Adult pool area.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Melissi Beach. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Die Liegen am Strand sind kostenpflichtig (Set mit zwei Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm EUR 7.50).
Sehr zu empfehlen ist der SPA Bereich (vielen lieben Dank nochmals an Anna, dass sie uns am morgen immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen hat).
Das Essen ist ebenfalls vielfältig - für jedem was dabei.

Høstferie med familien

Høstferien var fin, det var litt negativt med tanke på plassering av leiligheten. Renholdet i leiligheten var ikke helt på topp, rundt og bak møbler og i hjørner. Det var gammelt belegg i fugene, så når jeg spylte og skurte litt så løsnet noe av det. Eller et hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell rundt på hele hotellet.

Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war nicht gut. Geringe Auswahl, schlechte Zubereitung und sehr fettiges Fleisch. Poolanlage und Strand waren super. Ebenso die Cocktails :) . Apartmentkomplex liegt außerhalb des Hotels. Hierauf wurde man bei Buchung bei Expedia nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Dies erschwert einiges, wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Apartment selber war sehr neu eingerichtet und sauber. Falls man das Hotel buchen möchte, dann am besten nur mit Frühstück, da das Essen wirklich gruselig war. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es genügend Lokalitäten zum Essen.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit Strandzugang. Der Strand ist wirklich schön und auch für Kinder geeignet.
Personal super!
Einzig das Essen könnte verbessert werden. Es gibt leider kein Live Cooking obwohl sie einen Grill stehen haben auf dem auch morgens pancakes und Omeletts zubereitet werden.
Das Essen ist zudem oft nicht warm. Aber trotzdem findet man immer etwas am Buffet ( super Salat Auswahl)

Agréable séjour,l'hotel est tres bien en toutes chose comme le personnels souriants est serviables.
L'hôtel tres sympathique avec de belle piscines en bord de plage se qui est genial en plus son emplacement est proche de la ville mais au calme se qui nous permet de profiter et de se reposer.
L'entretien de la chambre etais fait tout les jours ainsi que le changement de serviettes et l'hotel dispose d'un superbe spa qui vos le détour et merci a Marie du service spa qui etais d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ainsi qu'au dame de la réception est tout le personnel de l'hôtel.

Wunderbares Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert für jedermann.
Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem gemütlichem Bett, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon von welchem man einen Blick aufs Meer, den Pool oder auf die Strasse hat, jenachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man gebucht hat. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war GIGANTISCH! Frühstück meistens dasselbe jedoch eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Am Abend gab es jeweils Themenabende und jedesmal eine riesige Auswahl mit sehr frisch zubereiteten Essen. Riesiges Salatbuffet, gute Dessertauswahl und jedesmal Saisonale Früchte. In den 7 Tagen haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine grosse Poolanlage mit einem grossen Hauptpool in dem mehrheitlich Familien mit Kindern drinnen verweilen. Um den Pool herum gibt es jede Menge an qualitativ guten Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme. Dort befindet sich auch die Poolbar wo man von Getränken über Snacks bis hin zu Eiscreme alles bekommen kann. Nebenan gibt es einen etwas kleineren Pool und im unteren Stockwerk ein Pool für Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren. Dort befindet sich die BluBar, eine kleine Bar mit 4-5 Barhockern wo man gemütlich einen Cocktail schlürfen kann. Vom Pool aus gelangt man durch einen kleinen Weg an einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Liegen dort kosten am Tag 2.5 Euro und ein Sonnenschirm dazu auch 2.5 Euro. Wir waren mehrheitlich am Pool und sind dann 3-4 mal am Tag kurz ans Meer.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, speziell die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücks- und Abenddienst.

Klassisches Pauschal-Reise-Hotel der entsprechenden Kategorie.
Solide und ordentlich mit allem, was man braucht.
Buffet&Speiseraum mit dem Charme einer guten Autobahnraststätte. Draußen aber mit Blick aufs Meer und/oder Pool.
Zugehörige Taverne bietet leckeres Essen.
Entertainment/Musik bis 23:00 in der Bar oberhalb des Pools.
Schöner Meerblick.
Direkter Strandzugang - allerdings schwierig mit Kinderwagen.
Zimmer mit Jacuzzi großzügig gestaltet und gut (an den Ecken) gelegen.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nichts für Ruhesuchende.
Ort mit Restaurants, Aqua Park, Entertainment, Shops fußläufig.
