Our vacation

I'd like to point out that the room was clean and spacious (there were four of us).
The breakfast was delicious, and they could make you an omelet or scrambled eggs upon request. Parking was also easy. But I especially want to point out that the hotel owners managed to create a truly homey atmosphere, and when I returned to my room, I felt like I was \"coming home\"! We really enjoyed our stay here, can't say enough about how cozy, clean and updated everything was. This is a family owned business and it shows from the attentiveness to everything from the comfortable bedding and in room coffee maker to the generous breakfast spread. The church bells rang at 11 pm and then again at 6 am and the church is next to the hotel. I would suggest that you invest in some noise canceling headphones for your trip to these beautiful countries. It was weird to just pick up the key next to my name when I checked in, but it worked. All in all, other than the loud bells at weird times, it was a nice place.

No air-conditioning or restaurant

The hotel listed air-conditioning as part of the room amenities but it did not have any air-conditioning and we therefore got less sleep than expected due to high heat.
As well the restaurant was closed (we were not aware of this ahead of time) and the handful of local restaurants (TWO to be exact!) were also closed! Luckily we found a grocery store that closed only 20 min after we checked in so we managed to buy something to drink and a couple of dry sandwiches to get us through the day!

This was a lovely little guesthouse in a quiet village where you feel like you are staying with family. I was travelling with my older parents and they both kept saying that they would love to return and just spend a week there. The restaurant below had really yummy good. We had dinner and breakfast there and felt well-fed. The village itself is charming and sweet. Our room had a beautiful balcony and views of the valley and mountains and lots of flower boxes : )

Life changing mixed grill—have dinner with them

Absolutely superb dinner...get their mixed grill for two and your life will be changed. Our stay was very comfortable, parking easy, staff courteous, and we loved it. An older property set outside the city of Innsbruck, the countryside was wonderful and view amazing. We did smell allot of country poo, but that was to be expected in the farming village.

On arrival the key was left at the unattended reception and a welcome note told us our room and where to find it. The room was a good size of traditional layout. Staff proved later to be very helpful and friendly and room cleaning was super. The local area is quiet at this time of year so it was great for us.
Breakfast was continental and plentiful, machine coffee but OK and as much as you needed.
Car park was small but OK as not a full house so no issues for us. I could not get the WiFi to work on my machine.

The staff were kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable. Our room faced the street and the Burn Out Cafe at the gasthof across the street. We stayed Saturday night and were kept up most of the night by the noise of the Burn Out Cafe patrons. I would suggest a room not facing the street on a Friday or Saturday night. Other than this issue, Gasthof Neuwirt was very nice.

Good value, clean & comfortable hotel with local charm. Owner spoke English and was friendly & helpful. Dinner in restaurant was great - try the XXL schnitzel! Little village with charm & local produce including schnapps. Chose this hotel as close to Wattens and the Swarovski museum & factory - well worth a visit if in the area.

Nice hotel in small town

It was a nice hotel in a quiet town close to Innsbruck. Wouldn't recommend if you don't have a car though. There is bussing but car is easier. Hotel staff wasn't there when we checked in but it was clearly explained in English and German. Breakfast was good and hotel staff were very nice.

Welcome Home

5 plus on everything just because it felt like home to us. Incredible staff, combining all the aspects of that \"being at home\" feeling. Humor, dialogue, service, good food. And who could ever forget the nice setting in a small village outside of Innsbruck. I have the pictures to show my friends. Nice, economical B&B in rural hillside location

Located on the hill SE of Innsbruck, this B&B is a great value. I paid $35 euro for 1 night and that included a good breakfast. They staff are very friendly and were gracious in helping me carry my bike box up the stairs to my room. The dinner menu is plain, so I would recommend elsewhere if you want something more fancy.

Avoid at all costs

There is no one working on Tuesdays so the list of room assignments and keys were left on the counter. The restaurant was also closed. The room was ok but the hotel is right next to a church and the bells ring every 15 -30 minutes! There is no a/c or even a fan and it was vey hot. There also is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The 2 people I encountered after calling and ringing the bell were not helpful at all. Don't go in the summer or on Tuesday!

Stunning little Gasthof close to Innsbruck

We had a fantastic stay. The views were amazing and the bus stop right out side. Just beware that it is a sleepy little town and can be difficult to find places to eat as they trade on random hours. The staff were mostly lovely but sometimes a little abrupt.

Gasthoff Neuwirt near Innsbruck

A group of 11 friends stayed overnight on way to Italy. Beautiful panoramic views from our balcony and a stunning local church only metres away. The hotel is run by people from the Czech Republic and provided a lovely evening meal and breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself is pretty nice, but almost just as close to Innsbruck as Hall. Room was great, with check-in no earlier than 14:30. There is technically WiFi available in the rooms. Unfortunately the coverage doesn't extend to the family room on the end. Dinner at the restaurant is good but the kitchen begins closing at around 20:30. Watch out for the mixed grilled meat since it ends up being 30 euro for two people. The menu only says \"for two people, 15\" and it's roughly twice the price of other items on the menu.

Quaint guesthouse outside of Innsbruck - great alpine experience. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Ski lift operating in summer is only a short walk away and well worth the experience.

Great location in a beautiful town, if you are looking for a quiet, authentic, little village feel. There is a bar across the street if you wish to have a drink after the beer garden closes. Staff was super friendly & accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. Only comment is that the walls are thin and you can hear adjoining guests.

We booked this hotel as a stopover on our drive from Italy to Germany.
This bed was the most comfortable of our entire trip and the town was adorable, from what we could see of it, anyway (we were there for literally four hours, due to snowy weather and a longer-than-expected drive from Italy).

We arrived at nearly midnight and the front desk was very accommodating in leaving the keys out for us so we could get in for a late check-in (we had called ahead to arrange this when we knew we were going to be late). We left super early the next morning due to weather conditions and not wanting to miss our flights home, but the bed was the most comfortable of any of the other beds on our trip.

The balcony overlooked a cute little town, the room was plenty large (we had three people in a triple room) and the bathroom was comfortable. The room was clean and quite spacious, for European standards. It seemed like there was plenty of parking. We didn't stay late enough for breakfast, but the wifi worked well from our room. The drive off of the highway was up a mountain, and very scenic, and it took just 10-20 minutes in very snowy conditions.

My only regret was that I wish we could have stayed longer.

Church next door with lots of bell ringing! 20 mins drive to Innsbruck and 30 mins drive to Schlick (the ski area we chose).

Very friendly hotel staff From the moment we check in they asked over and over again, is everything ok, do we need any thing, could they help with directions, etc. We only speak English and there's were perfect. Hotel is approx. 4 miles up the mountain from the cities of Host and Innsbruck. Woke up each morning to the sounds of the church bells next door to the hotel and a incredible view of the mountains from the window. While we had our own car, if you need to go to the center of Host or Innsbruck the bus stops right at the front door. Only bad part of the trip was the lack of snow, so the ski lifts were all closed, but if you there to ski theres lift within walking distance of the hotel. Just plan real deal for the price, nice room, nice people, good location

Ett väldigt gulligt hotell med bra läge och fin utsikt från balkongen. Frukosten var inte jättestor men hade det man kunde önska; te/kaffe, juice/fil med flingor, lite frukt/grönsker, pålägg, bröd, ägg, pannkakor.
Rummet (tvåhundraåtta) var fräscht och bra storlek med balkong för bord och två stolar, fantastisk utsikt! Bra avstånd till Innsbruck och så fina omgivningar. Personalen var väldigt trevlig! Fanns även en liten automat med lite snacks (tar bara mynt).
Går även bussar precis utanför hotellet till Innsbruck.

Vad som drar ner betyget lite var att pga av värmen behövde fönstret vara lite öppet och då blev det ganska ljudligt utifrån. Vakande första morgonen av kyrkklockor, kossor som råma och ganska mycket trafik på vägen utanför hotellet.

Wir haben die Unterkunft leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen gebucht. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern.

Es war alles super sauber, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Der Lärm der Hauptstraße wurde durch dicke Fenster abgeschirmt.

Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war top, hatte ein EZ, geräumig, top sauber, modern, gemütlich. War mit meinem mittelgroßen Hund dort - sehr hundefreundliche Unterkunft. In der Nähe ist ein Spar Markt, falls man etwas für den Urlaub vergessen hat zu besorgen. Tolles Umfeld, Natur pur. Bitte den Hund auf den Weiden, Feldern nur angeleint führen, da es Futtermittel ist. War für mich absolut ok. Von mir alle 5 Sterne. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Et lite hotell med litt \"trang\" parkering i gaten. Familierom med alkove uten vindu. Bad med gjennomsiktig glassdør, noe som gjorde at de fleste brukte felles toalett i kjelleren. Bra läge i Tulfes. Busshållplats precis utanför boendet. Promenadavstånd till kabinbana och därmed skidbackar. Själva boendet är enkelt men rent och fint.

Überraschend gut

Tulfes , gut und schnell zu erreichen von der Autobahn 12 in Innsbruck, war als Zwischenstation Richtung Italien geplant. Das Hotel, typisch Tirol, in der kleinen Dorfmitte, neben der Kirche gelegen, strahlt eine gemütliche, ansprechbare Stimmung aus. Zimmer entspricht normalen Standard, angenehmes Holzmobilar, so auch die helle Gaststube. Frühstück sehr ausreichend gut.Die Abendkarte eine Auswahl vieler Gerichte. Empfehlenswert das Wiener Schnitzel.Die Servicekräfte verdienen auch eine besondere gute Erwähnung. In kurzer Entfernung ist eine Gondelbahn, die ein auf 2000 M in ein Wandergebiet bringt.

Zur Übernachtung sehr gut geeignet.Der Ort ist sehr klein und im Sommer sehr ruhig.Um etwas zu unternehmen muss man schon nach Innsbruck fahren.Waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort weil Preis und Leistung passen.

Einfache Unterkunft zur problemlosen Übernachtung

Der Empfang war freundlich und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Die Unterkunft ist recht einfach gehalten, fast etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat dadurch aber auch einen gewissen Charme. Die angeschlossene Gastwirtschaft ist auch in Ordnung.
