Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! For some reason, the cleaning staff did not clean my room on the second day. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!

Great stay despite building work
The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely.
Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended.

Going into the reception we were hit by an overwhelming sewage smell. This was the case for both the first and second floor. The hotel was also a construction site and undergoing a total renovation. Neither of these issues was addressed or informed of beforehand.
The room itself wasn't to bad, but the bathroom was old and worn down. The breakfast was ok, but having to pass through the sewage stank to get there wasn't very inviting. If it hadn't been for the room and breakfast I would have rated this as terrible, but this saved it by a hair.

Hotel Klubben is going through a major renovation. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was fantastic. Very nice room. Any hotel in renovation has issues and I'm not going to lower them because they are open during their renovation.
Hotel Klubben is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront scene, Osberg replica ships, and bars. I had a great time bar hopping after 2200 hanging out with locals & tourists.
I recommend the Hotel Klubben and will come back. Give them a break while they complete their renovation. It will be amazing when it's completed.

Dusjhodet og dusjslangen var teipet sammen med gaffateip og lakk som bare det. Sluket var nesten tett, så badekaret ble fullt når man tok en dusj, dusjdørene var også løse og fungerte ikke slik de skulle.

Generelt fint hotell, god frokost, rent, hyggelig betjening. Vi hadde superior-rom, og fin størrelse. TV’en fungerte ikke, badet var helt ok. Ikke verdt prisen. Gode senger, men det er ikke 180cm-seng som vi fikk informasjon om. Mulighet for parkering (men var veldig liten for en stor bil, og vi endte opp å måtte kjøre et annet sted. Vær obs på bommen, da den går veldig fort ned og var nære på å treffe bilen vår).

Alt i alt så var det et fantastisk hotel med tanke på pris. Eneste som drog ned vurderingen er servicen, den var ikke dårlig, men den var heller ikke den beste.
