Amazing Hotel! Go to the pool and Sauna
Just get there early because they close the pool at 9:30 pm and open at 3pm

Amazing Amazing .... we found parking next to the hotel and saved as it was free. If not you will pay up to 15 Euro in the next-door parking lot

All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed.

Good option available from Zilina.

It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina.
The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged.
There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance.
The minibar is also empty.

Wonderful Surprise

Easy parking (paid), quick and friendly check-in! Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Nice gym on the top floor and the delicious restaurant and bar Pancha on top floor. The service was incredible with one staff member who exemplified five-star service. This was a great stay!

Lovely hotel and excellent customer service.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!

The hotel is not well maintained. The curtain in the room is torn. In the bathroom is missing a light bulb. One day they forgot to clean the room and provide towels. One other day they forgot to wash the cups of tea. The pool at the spa is only open in the afternoon

In general it is a nice hotel. What is not confortable is the bath where you need to take a shower. Small space to stand. I had low signal internet in room 603. And no soap next to shower. For these reasons it is not the best review from my side

Good choice

The upgrade to Studio was amazing! Nice staff, good breakfast, access controlled parking outside and underground (plus car wash), relaxing and good spa facilities and pool. Situated nearby train station and lot of shops and supermarkets. Fast internet connection. Totally recomment it!

Little concern for anyone other than conventioneer

Waited 1 hour to go to the restaurant because it was closed for an event, only to be told it was not open at all to us. Misinformed by front desk. It was very Difficult finding an open restaurant.
Asked for a quiet room away from conventioneers, elevators etc. Got a room next to the elevator. Walls so thin, when people in the next room were talking, we could hear every word.
Bathroom was clean and large.
Overall experience awful and it was very expensive.

Nice, clean hotel, and easy access to train

We needed a place to stay on short notice. The staff were more than helpful. Even though we were in a more remote area of Slovakia the staff were able to communicate in English with ease, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. One staff receptionist even went above and beyond to help us secure a car rental as we were not able to find any availability online ourselves. The food was great in the restaurant and reasonably priced. The facilities were lovely, the pool ambient, I only wish it was open earlier in the day. There were three days we were there where a city bylaw prevented the hotel from running the A/C, which was not nice given the weather was in the high 30s (Celsius), but the hotel provided as much to compensate as possible. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, there was an electrical failure during the entire two days of our stay. The staff was helpful, but did not provide accurate information about the return of power, or alternatives. The location is good, close to downtown, and the staff is friendly. The room itself was nice, but very hot.

Ideal for football

We went to Žilina to watch a football match, and were delighted by the location of this hotel adjacent to the stadium. We had dinner, which was good but not fantastic. Bar was well stocked, and service was both pleasant and friendly. We only stayed one night, but had no complaints.

I am satisfied with this hotel, everything was really nice, the only thing wrong - I booked a King bed and was given two single beds, I come to reception to complain and the lady says just put them together. LOL. After I refused I was given one bed but still two mattresses put together. That is not a king bed!! Otherwise the staff was helpfull, the hotel is very nice, clean, the restaurant is good, and there is a nice bar on the 10th floor.

EXTREMELY GOOD HOTEL

Stayed there for 4 nights in may 2012. The front desk, the restaurant and the rooms were all impeccable. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! The staff gave an overall good service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

질리나 시내에서는 떨어져 있어요. 기차지나가는 소리 들리기지만 침대는 청결했고 청소도 잘해주셨어요. 출장으로 다녀왔고 가족과 함께 가기에는 무리가 있을듯해요. 조식도 먹을만했어요. 주차는 따로 10유로씩 지불해야합니다.

Nothing special, several inconveniences in room

Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down.

The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. I decided to unplug the AC systems as it was unbearable at some point. I couldn't sleep. Also, the matras wasn't straight so I felt like I was sliding off the bed all night. Pillows were either huge and hard or super thin. It was an uncomfortable night.

Hadde et flott opphold på Holiday Inn. Hotellet er pent og renslig, og fremstår som moderne. Rommet var pent og fint innredet, og en fin utsikt over Zilina. Hyggelige ansatte. Vi hadde med tilgang til spa på vårt rom, men da vi skulle bruke det på morgenen fant vi ut at det bare var åpent mellom 16 og 22. Litt skuffende da det er fint med en dukkert på morgenen. Panorama Bar var også stengt på kvelden, noe som var dumt.
