Vi hade ganska låga förväntningar ärligt talat, pga recensioner vi läst innan -men hotellet överskred definitivt dessa! Rummet var fräscht, ingen ac men en stor fläkt. Vi hade rum mot motorvägen och öppna fönster men stördes inte alls av trafiken. Sköna sängar. Toppen med tillgång till poolen, det behövdes i värmen. Väldigt trevlig personal i både lobby och restaurang. Jättegod middag och en fantastisk frukost med större utbud än förväntat och vällagat sortiment. Vi kommer återvända.

Decent motel type hotel. No frills. Breakfast is exactly the same every day. The cleaning setup is the strangest. If you don't ask for cleaning they won't do it. They won't tell you about this, just slip you a paper without mentioning it when you check in. I'm assuming this saves them one day of clashing per guest

The hotel was nice and the breakfast offered was great. The staff was good and the facilities of the hotel were nice and appropriate for the week I was there. My only issue was that the website lists the hotel to be close to the city center. In reality it’s 2.5 miles; they have bikes you can rent at the hotel and places in town let your rent as well if need be.

Ingen gillar öl på burk. Alla gillar bacon och stekta ägg till frukost. Riktiga frallor med vallmo frön gillas också. Vi som reser i arbetet ständigt är av gamla skolan. Scandic i västerås hade dessutom allsvenskan på tv i loungen. (hade förr iallafall). Jag och mina kolleger bor på hotell minst 6 månader om året och scandic är hittills vanligast... P.S personalen var topp!!

War zwar alles ein wenig älter, aber es war trotzdem in Ordnung
. Zu unserer Zeit war es auch gut besucht, also viel los. Lag halt an der Autobahn, aber es sind ja auch in Schweden Ferien und dann sollte man nicht alles so eng sehen wie in Deutschland.
Ikea liegt gleich nebenan und dort kann man echt günstig Essen.

Ett typiskt hotell för att övernatta på sin semester resa , ligger i ett industriområde , men endån rent och snyggt och trevlig personal.
Man hade kunnat ha en ”mysigare” lounge i anslutning till entrén.

Hotellet hade låg standard för att vara Scandic. Inte så mysig lobby som det brukar vara, hade varit trevligt med lite soffor/fåtöljer istället för matbord.
Men det som gjorde att betyget drogs till botten var att det var fruktansvärt varmt. 29 grader på rummet och då var det ändå inte varmt ute. En liten fläkt trodde man skulle lösa problemet? Nej, för dessa lokaler krävs en större insats för att vi ska boka detta hotellet igen.
Fin frukost räckte tyvärr inte för att känslan skulle bli bättre då vi sov väldigt dåligt hela familjen.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an einer Schnellstraße, die man leider bei offenen Fenster auch wahrnimmt. Auch die Umgebung, ein Gewerbegebiet, bietet nichts an Restaurants o.ä.. dafür bietet es sehr viele Parkplätze.
Mit dem Fahrrad, es gibt es sehr gut ausgebautes Fahrradwegenetz, ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt (so ca. 4 km).
Unser Zimmer war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war ein geräumig und bot für zwei Erwachsene genug Platz. Das Bett war gut. Bei Scandic find ich ganz gut, das man beim TV eigene Geräte anschließen kann und man HDMI USB als Verlängerung vorfindet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Abends im Restaurant gab es ein Tagesangebot als Bufett. Das war recht günstig und bot neben einer Salatbar noch zwei Hauptgerichte. Diese waren geschmacklich sehr gut (ich sag mal, Hausmannskost) und ihr Geld wert.
Leider wird der allgemeine Zustand etwas getrübt. Gegen die Überdachung des Einfangs ist jemand gegengefahren und es ist verbeult, Teppiche, Gardinen und Fenster bedürften mal der Reinigung oder Erneuerung. Es sind solche Kleinigkeiten die stören.
