Lovely, friendly staff. They could not have been more welcoming. They spoke mostly Spanish with some English.

Check-in was easy and fast, lovely staff member at the front desk.

The room was spacious, with a small desk space and wardrobe. The air conditioning was very effective.

The restaurant onsite was nice, although you may struggle for food as a vegetarian. It was very fish heavy.

The pool in the centre courtyard was refreshing and cleaned of floating leaves etc daily. The cushions adorning the furniture surrounding the pool was a little tired, but not unclean.

The grounds/ garden are very well kept, full of blossoming trees and flowers. In the evening mood lighting was prevalent.

There could have been some more toiletries provided. Fortunately I was only staying 3 night however any longer and I would have run out. I would suggest bringing your own.
Only one bar of soap and a miniature bottle of shampoo was provided. The soap doubled up as my shower wash and hand soap.

NO TV, NO INTERNET, TERRIBLE BREAKFAST SERVICE

There is no cell service in the area, so wifi is essential. But the entire 2 days I was there the wifi was out. Additionally, they did not have any TV service. And it took ONE FULL HOUR for me to get served at the \"free breakfast\" which turned out to be a small pile of chips and some beans. Not only that but the room was dirty! On the plus side, dinner at the restaurant was very good - great food and good service. But there is no chance I will return and I urge everyone else to stay away.

Cute secluded stay with great views of the mountains and only a few minutes away from the beach. The grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but the water felt warm and was very clean. Enjoyed listening to and watching the birds at breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again!

It’s a great place if you have a boat in Puerto Escondido or want to do a lot of the famous hiking trails nearby. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are clean, water is hot. The BIG downside is the WiFi only works in the office and at the dining area. It’s non existent in the rooms - we have stayed here multiple times and there is NO WIFI

This hotel location is remote (11 kilometres away from Loreto) which we enjoyed as it was quiet. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant, pool and large area to sit on the many lounges provided. There is ample parking provided

The rooms are large and clean. It seems that not all rooms are identical as our friend had a king bed room and it was different from our 2 queen bed room.

There is a marina very close that has a restaurant and corner store.

Very nice cosy hotel with a very good restaurant. Very friendly staff and accommodating at the restaurant. Front desk: soso. Beautiful landscape and surrounding mountains. One little down side: it was smelling the cat pee in some areas. They have two friendly cats there but perhaps the hotel maintenance is not running the water enough to clean the « pee area » (near restaurant patio in particular).

Disappointing - no shower - no compensation

The guy who checked us in was nice as was the restaurant staff. The property was beautiful BUT, we had NO showers. The water was turned off in Mulege and Tripui's back up had such low water pressure it was useless. Our friends had no shower and their toilet would not flush. We had been traveling for 3 days. There was no heat and it was bitter cold with a draft in our roof. I ordered the chilaquiles for breakfast and they were so hard / tough I could not eat it. We were told we would be compensated for the lack of running water, and but the owners / managers have now offered us a 10% discount on our next stay. We have reached back out to them with hopes they will reconsider our discomfort and offer better customer service than a pitiful 10%.

Nice looking hotel but pool is closed

We arrived after driving 35 minutes down to this hotel, which was in the middle of nowhere in Loreto, a taxi ride to this hotel costs $56 one-way from the airport, and it would cost probably more going back because the taxi driver hast to come all the way out there. When we arrived, we found a ghost town no other guests, no one in reception, and the pool was completely empty of water and out of service. I was with my husband and three children they were completely brokenhearted that there was no water in the pool, and it was 90° with humidity. They told us thankfully that they would cancel our reservation, so I have no issues with the service. My main issue is that the information on my booking was completely incorrect. This was an expensive trip out to this hotel for nothing. This is a huge deal! DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you know that the hotel is going to have all the amenities It says it’s offering. Because it is way too expensive to get out there via taxi or shuttle to find that the hotel is not as it said it would be.

Cute little place slightly off the beaten path, we only stayed one night on our way down to the tip of Baja. Restaurant had great food and margaritas. Pool was very refreshing. Comfortable room with plenty of room for our party of 3 plus a dog. AC worked great. our room wasn't near our truck but the property was gated so we felt secure and safe knowing our truck wouldn't be broken into.

This pretty place is in a very quiet area with a canyon in the backdrop and a marina you can walk to. The hiking is amazing. Wait until you see the views of the sea. Our room was very spacious, clean and had great mattresses. The garden was full of hummingbirds. Restaurant was good. We will go back on our return trip.

Recently spent 2 nights at the beautiful, tranquil Hotel Tripui.
The restaurant had outdoor tables where our friend’s dog could join us for breakfast and dinner-a big plus!
I do wish they would upgrade their bathrooms but they are very clean and adequate.
