Als ich am Abend im Hotel nach 7 stunden Anreise aus Österreich, angekommen und einchecken wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt das keine Zimmer frei sind. Und Expedia hätte keine Zimmer anbieten dürfen!!!

pro: I like this property, I came here for so many years (before covid) and it is still my go-to hotel when I'm in Dessau to visit my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.; the location, special all the parks are amazing; very safe
con:you had to ask for cleaning solutions before entering the breakfast room, no social distance at all; restaurant is always booked, you have to make reservations days in advance?!

We stayed in a nicely renovated room, on a floor with \"Bathrobe-bridge\" that connects the hotel with a spa. Everything was perfect for us. A hotel restaurant was quite good for dinner, people at reception always friendly and swimming pool had a decent swimming area + a kik-ass river stream

Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Nutzung der Therme direkt vom Hotel aus. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ruhiger Umgebung. Freundliches Personal.
Leider unpassend für ein 4* sup Hotel die hellhörigen Zimmer. Man konnte das Fernsehprogramm und Unterhaltung der Nachbarn im O- Ton hören.

Eine schöne kleine Auszeit

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Anschluß an die Heide Therme. Die Restaurants sind gut, der Service ist gut. Hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Service an der Rezeption!

Das Hotel ist mit der Einrichtung in der Zeit 2006 stehen geblieben, was nicht weiter tragisch ist. Doch die Teppiche sollten dringend in den Zimmern grundgereinigt werden und Spinnweben im Foyer an den Möbeln entsprechend beseitigt werden. Wenn bei der Anreise ein Wasserspender angeboten wird, sollte dieser jederzeit entsprechend gefüllt und ansprechend präsentiert für die Gäste sein. Beim Frühstück sollten unter den Platzsets jederzeit gereinigt werden. Es wird scheinbar nur drumrumgewischt. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, es ist keine Kritik, ich denke die vielen tgl. Kleinigkeiten machen den Charme eines 4* Hotels aus.

Not a good experience

The rooms are nice and big. The spa needs a renovation. There’s only old people at this hotel so not really nice for someone under 60 years. No one in the staff speaks a word of English so you need to be German to go there or know the German language. Food was not good at all.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren einfach super. Personal sehr freundlich, egal wo man war. Beim Frühstück, beim Abendessen, in der Bar oder im Wellnessbereich. Alles super. Beim Frühstück am Wochenende war wirklich alles vorhanden und es war lecker. Beim Frühstück am Montag gab es leider keinen Lachs, was ich sehr schade fand, obwohl ich für alle Tage den gleichen Preis gezahlt habe, erwarte ich für so ein Hotel den Lachs auch in der Woche. Man hat gesagt, dass in der Woche das Frühstück auf Bauernplatte umgestellt hat, weil da mehr Bauarbeiter als Gäste da wären und die so ein rustikaleres Frühstück bevorzugen. Der Meinung bin ich leider nicht. Ansonsten war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und ich komme bestimmt wieder, aber nur am Wochenende.

Es war eine super Auszeit, Hotelzimmer Check in Badelandschaft Sauna ausgezeichnet ein bisschen befremdlich war der Imbiss da hat mal eben der Boden geschrubbt und im gleichen Zuge das Essen ausgegeben. ich möchte das nicht falsch verstanden wissen war. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und auch die Bedienung war nett. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass es schon 7:30 Uhr war da 8:00 Uhr Schluss ist. Nichtsdestotrotz ein außergewöhnlich schöner Tag. Herzlichen Dank. Ach so das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal ausgesprochen nett. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und auch abends ein abwechslungsreiches, ordentliches Buffet. Schwimmbad, Saunabereich, Bäderbereich, Fittnessraum, alles ansprechend gestaltet. Gewünscht hätte ich mir weniger öffentlichen Badebetrieb.

Jederzeit wieder

Ich weiß nicht, wann das Hotel eröffnet wurde. Man könnte meinen, erst gestern ... modern, sauber, nicht abgewohnt. Einzig das WLAN war in unserer Suite praktisch nie verfügbar. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns auch unter der Woche über Lachs, Pancakes und Prosecco gefreut ... schließlich ist im Urlaub jeder Tag ein Sonntag. Die Therme war super. Tolle Angebote von Aqua-Gymnastik bis Sauna-Aufgüsse, für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Von Anfang bis Ende unseres Aufenthalts waren wir total begeistert. Wir wurden rundum verwöhnt, ob es beim Frühstück war oder auch bei der Sauberkeit des Zimmers.
Trotz Einsetzen neuer Matratzen während des Aufenthaltes war keinerlei Beeinträchtigungen zu spüren. Ein großes Lob des Servicepersonals. Hans Schieweck

Um gleich das negative anzusprechen möchte ich nur kurz den Zustand der Wände und von Teppich beschreiben. An sich war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Kein Haar im Bad, kein Krümel auf dem Bett, alles top. Das was mich etwas gestört war, waren dunkle auffällige Flecken auf dem Teppich. Ich weiß, dass es schwierig ist, Teppiche immer sauber zu halten, aber gerade wenn man helle Farben verwendet, sollten solche auffälligen Verunreinigungen entfernt werden. Ich rede nicht von Verfärbungen, sondern wirklich dunkle Flecken

Etwas zu wenig Liegen im Bad. Nach 11.00 Uhr kaum noch etwas zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Frühstück ganz lecker und sehr reichhaltig.
