Hotel was in good location to walk into town. Room was good size, comfortable bed clean. Good parking outside the hotel. Good value for money.
Unfortunately my stay there was spoilt by some very noisy neighbours who arrived back at about 1.30am and continued to make a noise for sbout 2 hours.

Hit and miss w the rooms. We were traveling w our family and had 2 rooms. One was cleaner and smelled better than the other. Rooms are very small. Good for an overnight stay on road trip but nothing more. Front desk were very nice and helpful. Good proximity to carrefour.

Great base to visit the Monastery a quick walk away. The room on the smaller side was the typical Ibis room, a no fuss convenient place to sleep, There was plenty of parking and the room was very quiet. The restaurant was not open at night during the weekend but the very pleasant receptionist provided recommendations. Good buffet breakfast. I would recommend the Ibis as a good value for money.

Perfect stop on our drive from England to Italy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, well worth the money. Our plans had changed enroute so needed a new ticket printed, the reception lady did this happily for us.

Positives: Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, good breakfast. Negatives: very small room, more like a ship's cabin, with walls painted dark, depressing grey which made it seem even smaller. Only seating was a metal chair. Restaurant furnishings equally spartan, though brighter colours. Apart from the bed, not a comfortable place to stay.

Good stopping point on my way home (9 hour drive)

We arrived just after the restaurant shut but the staff were kind enough to let us drop our stuff in the room and then be able to have food from the bar menu. Very kind.
Staff also very helpful with language; my french is ok but my understanding is limited. Very happy that the staff were so helpful

Overnight stop on way home from italy

Friendly welcome when I arrived & simple straightforward check in. Room clean & in good order. Bar & restaurant area good. Wifi simple to use & worked in room & public areas. Evening meal was enjoyable if not a little overpriced. Breakfast like other group hotels was varied & good. Service throughout stay friendly & accommodating.
Area had large supermarket nearby & towe centre not visited. Would use this hotel again for an overnight stop.

Caesar salad very tasty, again excellent staff.
Bed really comfortable.
Breakfast laid out well, plenty of choice, coffee excellent, so often I find this is where hotels fail.
Wifi easy to access.
My husband and I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends.

Comfortable but functional rooms and good vfm for a stop-off overnight. Staff were friendly enough. But do not make the mistake of eating at the Ibis restaurant. Average would be flattering it. Microwave alert. Unless you're absolutely exhausted drive or walk to somewhere in Bourg-en-B.

We stayed for one night on our drive back from Geneva and we were all very impressed with this hotel. It was very reasonably priced, free parking & wifi. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The restaurant is very reasonably priced with a good selection. But the best of the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble.

For the price the hotel was very clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. The location is handy for a superstore and a short walk to the centre of town. When arriving however do not look for the building as shown in the advertisement as this is a historic building in town not the hotel.

It was reasonably easy to find and when we arrived the reception staff were very courteous and welcoming. We had a drink on the very pleasant terrace just before the sun disappeared. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and the bathroom clean and well equipped. The food is not gourmet but the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Comfy beds!

Ibis make a big thing about their beds, there is a leaflet all about the mattress in the room - and they are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean with a small bar area and a modern restaurant. A good breakfast for 9 euros, 4.5 euros for those under 12. The hotel is located behind the monastery, with a 20 minute stroll into the centre of town with its restaurants and shops.

This is a standard budget hotel but was fine for one night. Arrived quite late and the member of staff was friendly and helpful. Managed to grab a meal in the restaurant which was basic but just what we needed. The breakfast was fine and cost 9 euros. Minor gripe was that they ran out of croissants. Plenty of parking.

Room and hotel very clean. Rooms a little dated, only a small amount of hanging space for clothes. Air con worked well. Only one full length mirror in room, but no sockets near enough to plug in hair dryer/GHDs. Hair dryer in bathroom plus a socket for hair straighteners etc, just means you both want to be in the (small) bathroom at same time. Continental breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed, could help yourself to as much tea/coffee as you wanted. All hotel staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk into Bourg centre. Overall, great budget hotel.

Hotel qui a besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement des chambres.
L'accueille est sympa.
La demi pension c'est limite..pas de choix.
Personnel sympa.
Dommage que le groupe accord ne restore pas certains hotel....limite ils ne savent que encaisser l'argent et font rien d'autre.jai meme un doute sur la rémunération du personnel.
Je ne reprendrais pas la demi pension.

Cold is the first thing that comes to mind… Heating in the room is blocked at 22 degrees Celsius. Bathroom has no heating and it is very cold in there. Staff suggest to keep bathroom door open to have warmer air flow in there. Unfortunately cleaning staff closes the bathroom door when they clean the room, despite front desk instructions.
I stayed in the upgraded rooms, small but quite clean with pvc on the floor. I paid 3 nights up front, so i stayed. Would have left after 1 night if i had not paid in advance because i was freezing while working on my laptop.

Séjour d'une nuit afin de se reposer à mi parcours de notre domicile. Chambre communicante , l'une pour mon époux et moi même et l'autre pour mon fils et son amie. Très appréciable le café dans la chambre, literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est top. très diversifié et les madeleines n'en parlons pas. Un délice !
Seul bémol, notre chambre la numéro 4 sentait le tabac pourtant établissement non fumeur. Nous sommes tous les 4 non fumeurs et je dirais que c'est uniquement cet inconvénient qui m'a empêché de mettre 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très souriant et aimable.

J’ai demandé hier en arrivant à 17h35 de changer de chambre car celle que l’on m’a donné la 213 est communiquante avec la 215. La réponse la 215 n’est pas louée donc non on ne vous change pas de chambre. Il y avait 5 voitures sur le parking. À 23h30 quelqu’un est entré dans la 215, depuis 4h36 les ronflements de la 215 m’ont réveillé et depuis impossible de rendormir.
