Continental breakfast was a packet of 3 small donuts. My husband is diabetic and he couldn’t eat them. Coffee and a kettle for tea.
We had to find somewhere to eat which was an added extra cost.

I stayed here due to a loss in the family and I needed to be close to the hospital. After I checked in after a long day of travel, I drove out of the parking area and another guest yelled insults at me. It made me nervous and uncomfortable to remain on the property.

The property, room and outside was so dirty. Cart chef and peeling paint. Hideous. Room was so outdated, scratched paint, rugs had dust and dirt at edges and corners. Looks like they made attempt to clean but you can’t polish a ...we checked out within 10 minutes. They were fine with us checking out and gave us a refund. It is not a motel for travelers.

When we arrived at the hotel it was run down, when I walked into the lobby it was very hot. I still held out hope that the room would be okay. When we drove toward the back end of the hotel we noticed a bunch of matrices under the trees and weeds. We went up to the second floor and had to walk to the center of the hotel to get to the other side, than walk all the way back down to the end. My wife couldn't get the door open so I put the bags down and gave a hard push. The sheets had hair on them and the toilet was dirty, but the thing we have never seen before was that the microwave and glasses were sitting on the floor. Needless to say we got our money back and went down the road.

Shades didn’t block light, guests play loud music til after 2 am. Our room was occupied by a very large man, moved to second floor. Very difficult to get luggage Back and forth to room. It was rundown. They wanted $15 to check in earlier then 3pm. People were loitering around the premisis. The building was falling apart. I would recomend that Expedia remove its affiliation with this property. If I would have seen more of the reviews then \"family friendly\", I would have NEVER have booked a stay. In fact, I ended up drivining home that night, for my family's safety.

Room smelled. No breakfast, just mini donuts and mini muffins with coffee, no real cream, powdered. Balcony was loaded with webs and bugs. Pool non functional. Just would not want other people to go there. It seemed like transients made it their home, screaming at night, babies crying and a room destroyed at 3 am. Never would return nor recommend. Never will use Expedia again. Way overpriced $295 for 2 nights was ridiculous! We expected something decent.

I drove 3 hours and I checked into the at the Inn on the Green room and found it to be shabby but ok. I changed and went to the pool for a couple of hours. The pool had debris floating in it and on the bottom of the pool. the area around the pool was dirty. There was also a teenage boy by the pool who kept putting his hands down his pants. It started to rain so I went to the room. Decided to take a bath. The tub was somewhat dirty I cleaned it with a cloth. and one of the sconces behind the bathroom door was hanging off the wall. The wall behind the door had some brown substance on it. After the bath I decided to go to dinner. A couple hours later I came into the room and bathroom where I saw two cockroaches. I killed one and the other disappeared under the counter. I was disgusted. I turned on the tv and the comcast was frozen. Called the front desk they apologized. Went back into the bathroom and saw three more roaches. I called the front desk and they offered another room, but you know if you see one cockroach there is a hundred. Needless to say, I was freaked out and grabbed all my stuff and put it into the car. I went to the desk and asked for a refund. They said call on Monday, October 28 and talk to Ken (owner). I drove three hours home and got home after midnight. He said he would “verify” my story and call me back between 9:30 and 10:00. At 11:00 I called Ken and he said he hadn’t “verified” yet. I asked him what he had to verify. He did not

Needs some updates

The office and the room desperately needs some updates. It had a very 1980's feeling to me. I remember hearing this hotel was very classy back then but not so much now. The room was very basic. I don't remember there being a microwave or fridge in the room. The room was kind of small. I looked to me like they may have had PAST issues with bed bugs but no evidence of a current problem in my room. My room was !!!V E R Y!!! musty smelling. Luckily, I had a bottle of Fabreze that I keep in my car with me to freshen the room up. My boyfriend and I rented the room due to the fact we have family members temporarily living with each of us. We needed a quiet evening away from everyone. The convenience of the location and cost of the room served that purpose.

An extended stay hotel..2 years of a stay

We checked into rm 120. Door was open when we got to the room. Broken bathroom door that did not close all the way, hole in the wall, dirty carpet and dirty bath mat and no fire alarm. Hair dryer was present but not attached to the wall and did not work. Next day we switched rooms, better room, still outdated but better. Next day while talking with front desk another guest came in wanting to be moved from rm 120. What? You rent it again even though it has identified problems.
Got ants and addressed with front desk, sprayed after to days with no success. Notes on almost every door that children must be accompanied by an adults, this is not happening as I watch kids of all ages running around the hotel and using the pool. I came to find out that this is more of a long term place for people as I met 2 families that had been there 2 years. One family had 4 kids all in one room.
People seemed friendly but not a family vacation destination. Did not see any putting green even thought they say it is there.
The one thing the hotel has going for it is the pool. 8 1/2 deep end, clean and large. The chairs and tables were a mess and need updated. If you are looking for something cheap...this is what you will get, no inexpensive but cheap.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely no complaints there! I had to get a refund and get a room somewhere else. We were in room 120. It has an overwhelming odor of urine, so strong it takes your breath. We had not even unloaded our things and my son saw a roach. Thankfully he got a picture of it. The clerk offered another room but when i declined she graciously gave me a refund and apologized. She stated she would notified the house keeping of the odor. Roaches need to be addressed! If urine is that strong, the carpet needs to be replaced! And possibly the mattresses!

The carpet in the room was nasty. Carpet felt damp like it had just been shampoo’d but in reality it had not been cleaned in months, probably years. Walking from the bed to the bathroom and back left the bottom of our feet nasty, dirty, black. Also, beds are taller than most in motels. Being a “shorter” person, I felt like I had to climb to get in the bed.

I’m surprised that health department didn’t shot it down. I didn’t know that type of hotels existed. We arrived late and had no other options and left first thing in the morning even we paid for two days stay. We didnt like a lot. If anything, this is false advertising of this hotel and tge pictures are old. The room was old and smelled of weed even though it was a non smoking room, price for the room outrageuos for the condition it was in and the front desk tried to charge me an extra $50.00 at check in until i showed them my copy from Expedia what the room should be. There is nothing good about this place and we felt unsafe staying there. I can go on and on. This place needs to be checked out by the hotel officials. I think the only way they stay in business is they have regular weekly people who stay there that do their thing.

Very run down. Was disappointed. It is a motel that people rent by the week or month. They had a continental breakfast but I had no desire to try it, so I went to McDonalds. I did have clean sheets but no blanket in room. Just a bedspread. Carpet was damp hopefully from a carpet shampoo. I was just grossed out and I do not consider myself picky.

There was no coffee maker in the room, although there was a microwave and refrigerator. The typed list of TV channels was outdated. The breakfast was very scant. We will never stay here again. The paper thin walls made the conversations of the next door occupants readily discernible and the highway traffic easily penetrated the walls, too. We did not sleep much due to the noise and we actually reviewed the place through Expedia first, however, we learned that even with Expedia's input, there are matters not readily perceived. When we left, the person behind the counter was anything but friendly. Never again.

Not a BAD place to stay. Lots of movie stars have stayed here over the years. It's very old and a little loud but NOT terrible. It definitely needs some upgrades. For example my room had a \"tube\" TV instead of a flat screen.

The carpet, in a word, is gross!!! My feet stuck to the bathroom tile floor. On of the 2 chairs in our room was disgustingly stained. In keeping with \"green\" theme, the room is, of course, painted a hideous color of green. The ceiling is painted 2 colors of white, as in someone started to repaint and stopped. The cable could have used a set of \"rabbit ears\" to clear up the grainy picture. The exterior photos are deceptive, as the building in which we stayed had obviously peeling paint and crumbling steps. It's only redeeming quality was the proximity to the hospital. Would we stay again, a big, fat, resounding NO!

We chose this place due to a lack of vacancy at other establishments. It was a really poor choice. Poorly maintained, dirtiest hotel place I’ve ever stayed and I travel 10 months a year globally for business. I believe the health department forgot this place in there inspection list?!? Permanent residents there are entrepreneurs in the illegal narcotics industry and offer a wide variety of “concierge services” to visitors. The “Green” is a patch of grass with a hole in it, about 99.9% short of a golf course

Value hotel. Just for resting your head. I had to ask for a coffee machine. The pot leaked on it. I would have scored it higher but the \"Free Breakfast\" was a few pre-packaged danishes. I believe they should sort of come clean on that. (Just say \"Free Continental Breakfast\" and people will get it.)

Stayed here for a 1000km brevet with the Central Florida Randonneurs. Overall, rooms not too shabby. A/C had issues. Had room at 68 first night and woke up sweating a few times, then had it 66 second and third nights with not much improvement. Lowered to 62 on final night and slept fine.

We had few choices since we traveled with a cat so we made the best of our situation. There were several guests who seemed to be permanent and the school bus stopped to pick up kids. There were patrons yelling at all hours and dogs barking continually.

This place went downhill. They have weekly renters and I believe they are dealing drugs in the parking lot. Last Easter morning while we were here a lady stabbed her boyfriend. This last week while we were there some guy beat up his gf in the parking lot. This is a pet friendly place, which is great. But nobody is cleaning up after them so there is dog feces everywhere. Gross just gross. The carpets are in need of a deep cleaning. Dont walk around without your shoes on. They will be black. The pool was green and is not heated. The \"weekly ppl living there\" clean out the breakfast before you get a chance to even eat. 2 girls took 25-30 doughnuts each and left with them to their rooms. Some shady looking guy was outside vomiting all over the sidewalk and it was still there 2 days later. I would spend the extra money and stay down the strret. Never again will we stay there. Yuck. Just yuck.

This place was very run down. Cracks and holes on the wall. The room had a funky smell. Our pull out bed had dirty sheets on it. The front desk did not have extra new sheets to put on the pull out bed. The house keeper came in our room without knocking and just stood in our doorway talking on her cell phone for 5-7 mins. I asked her repeatedly what she wanted and if she could leave our room. I felt very uncomfortable. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The room at first glance was ok but in the morning upon using the bathroom and finding barely visable little critters/bugs running up the wall and our toiletries I was very upset so I did mention it to the hotel clerk and did ask for a discount on the room rate. The clerk said he will pass the information on to the owner and give me a call about the request. In the meantime they will have the pest company check the room. Unfortunately I did not think to take a picture as proof. So will I refer the Hotel to friends I don't think so.

The dirtiest room I was ever in!!

We had a reservation for three nights. We pulled In late and tired. The first thing I saw as we were pulling under the canopy was the light lenses were full of bugs, next was dingy streaky dirty paint. After checking in, The trip to the room was no better, dingy paint pealing paint on stairs. First thing I noticed in the room was the dirty carpet, next was the dirty chair that had heaven only know what kind of spots all over the seat, there was an empty opening in the wall where maybe a tv once was, it was dirty dusty and full of dead bugs. The AC unit behind the grill was dusty and grimy, hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. At this point I had seen enough and even though it was late I couldn’t/wouldn’t stay in this room. We went and found another hotel. We lost one nights room charge even though we weren’t even in the room over five minutes.

No one in the office!

A person contacted me to see if I was still planning on taking the room for two days.I said I would be coming, but I would be landing at the Orlando Airport after midnight. When I got to the hotel no one was in the office. There was a sign on the office door that said the office would open at 7:00 AM. I tried to called the hotel and got no answer. I just had to stay in the can until 7:00. When I got ready to leave at 5:00 the next day no one was in the office again. Just left the keys in the room. How many hotels do you know that have no one in the office 24 hours?

Rooms have style

May not be the most up to date place, but I liked it because it has nice wood work and furnishings in the room. Room was clean mattress was good bath is very up to date. Also the price is very reasonable.

the motel was very dirty and have roaches. We did not stay ,we found another motel.
