The staff were knowledgeable, cordial and inviting.
The complimentary coffee was atrocious.
The in room air conditioner blew only coolish air although it was on, set at 66°F and running when I checked in.
The WIFI was very spotty and in & out. I was on the second floor, about halfway through the establishment.

Very nice staff, place was kept up well for a small location and short staff. Pool was open, small but mostly clean, and a ladder was broken. Had a public laundry room with a washer and dryer. Had 1 vending machine, but everything was only a dollar fifty, including the laundry... the free breakfast was nice, I like that they had a couple hot items. Would stay again, I've seen way worse.

Bed sheets were dirty when i arrived in the room. The bed was made so someone made the bed either with dirty sheets or they never changed the sheets. Either way that is disgusting. Shower was very dirty and shower head was caked with grime. Had not been cleaned in a long time. Very disgusting and i will never use this establishment again!

The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly. So you can open the door right into it and it would fall down so my son complained about not feeling safe. However, the deadbolt worked fine.

Hotel was clean breakfast was good and the kitchen staff kept all food items fully supplied. My only problem is they do not clean or service your room which was not convient on a 3 day stay. They will bring any supplies you request but it is your job to call and ask. On a one night stay no problem. It was not an inexpensive or bargain rate so it seems making the bed and re fleshing and replacing the towels in is a minimum expected service.

When we first arrived, we were assigned a room that was clearly not clean. When we went back to the front desk to let them know, the employee complained to us about the housekeeper instead of addressing the issue professionally.

We were then given a second room, but it had a very strong chemical odor. We turned on the humidifier and AC before leaving to grab something to eat, hoping it would improve. Unfortunately, when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming. We ended up staying in the room for less than 10 minutes before deciding to leave.

There was no effort made to resolve the situation or offer any kind of compensation. Instead, we were simply told they would be keeping our money.

We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Dissapointed. The staff was nice but it went downhill from there. The rooms were small, the rooms smelled like wet feet. The beds were tough, the walls were paper thin and the AC was only partially working. I wish I would have chosen another hotel.

This is a very old hotel.
It was decent however hotels.com was terrible! They charged way too much for this extremely old hotel. I had to call in to try to change the date which took 25 minutes of me sitting outside of the hotel before I could check in at 11:00 p.m.
Not to mention the price being listed in euros..? Hotels.com do better.

The room was super clean, VERY SPACIOUS room, it was almost like a small apartment. Very comfortable bed, slept like a log. Hot tub was relaxing, although having a light over there that had its own stand alone switch would have been nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall a very great experience. Only 4 stars because of minor things, carpeting and flooring by the kitchenette was soiled and damaged, smoke detector was hanging partially out of the ceiling, safe was locked by previous guest and unusable. All very, VERY minor things but they added up to the removal of a star.
We would absolutely come back and stay at this hotel and would likely ask for the same room.

The beds are extremely high for shorter people and especially a short elderly person.

Logging onto the WIFI was way too complicated and then it didn’t work the entire time we were there.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area and gave us great advice for food.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The pool was a nice size, it was very chlorinated and a little dark like no lights in the pool and dim lighting in the pool room. That’s the only “complaint”. Breakfast was hot and a very good variety, they also kept it stocked up with food until breakfast was over.

My only complaints are that there was a very strong chemical cleaning product smell in the lobby and my room was out of the body wash and had no hand soap. This property is older and is in need of updating. One inconvenience is there is no vanity. Therefore no place to put make-up, toothbrush and general type of conveniences.
It is a free standing sink with a commode. It was clean enough, just a place to sleep not enjoy.

Excellent Property. For significantly less that we would have paid for a standard double bed room at other hotels we were able to stay in the family suite that was wonderful! Huge space, with couch, chairs, pull out bed, microwave and fridge, two sinks.
Hotel is older, but just fine.
Very quiet Light bulbs of the same color spectrum, need corrected in fixtures. Pool was warm enough with it being indoor, but heaters won't warm this area up if outside gets any colder. The heaters in the outdoor area need replaced.
Pool has some rust staining, but is still very clean and nice large covered space compared to many hotels and their small echo pool area.
Staff was very very nice at check in.Breakfast was good enough, sausage, egss and waffle maker with some cereal. Could benifit from break fast drinks (juice) and hotel desperately needs more and better vending machines. Cheaper drinks, and available snacks. Essentially nothing, other than some cola for 1.50 a can.

The room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. What needs improvement is the breakfast offerings. It was the same thing for each of the 4days I was there. Also the faucet didn’t. extend far enough over the sink basin so when you turn the faucet on, water splattered all over the counter between the faucet setting and the sink basin.

The room we stayed in was not clean. My two year old kept finding things in the “hard to reach” spaces. The bathroom was not only tiny but kind of grimy. The breakfast was NOT good. Nothing had flavor at all and they don’t even offer salt or pepper to try to add any flavor. The pool was very nice though! I will give them that!
