Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable; good shower as well and yummy breakfast. The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite.
One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! It also wasn’t very well equipped for something that you need to it extra for.
Overall a really great stay and would highly recommend Hotel Dimorae to others.

If you arrive by car you'll need to use their underground car park at 10 euros per day (negotiable).
Breakfast is continental and is decent quality but becomes a little monotonous after a couple days. Their coffee is excellent.
If eating out, try The Tavernetta (200 metres away) rather than the recommended Med -EAT-erranean. It's about the same money but vastly better food.

Very Clean & Convenient!
This is my go-to hotel when staying here for work. It doesn't have a lot of \"Italian character\" if that's what you're looking for, but there is ample free street parking most of the time - otherwise, there is hotel parking available. Also, the place is very new so everything feels spotless and new. It's also within walking distance to the beach and the town is small so easy to walk it all from this location.

I have stayed here a few times in the past - as always, it was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The only complaint (unfortunately a relatively big one) is that this time, my room was at the front of the hotel and the restaurant next door had music playing on their terrace until 1:30am! Maybe this was just because it was summer, but as you can imagine, it was not ideal and I had to play my own music to block out the noise (even with windows closed) to be able to sleep. I have never had this experience here in the past and I would still book this hotel again given it's location, cleanliness, etc.

I think this hotel was opened (or reopened) recently (2013) because everything seemed like new. The staff was great and in the same building was a great Mediterranean restaurant that I also enjoyed. Breakfast (included) was excellent and the wifi (which seems to be intermittent in much of Italy) worked perfectly.

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae.

Ik sliep in een van de nieuwe appartementen die Dimorae recent heeft toegevoegd aan de zijkant van het hotel via een aparte ingang. De ruimte bevat een keuken met tafel, stoelen, een divan en een tv. Het slaapgedeelte bevat ook een tv. De badkamer heeft een douche en een lavabo en is ruim genoeg. De kamer is wel niet helemaal lichtdicht en 's morgens klinkt er al vroeg lawaai van op de straat naast het appartement. Ontbijten kan tegen een kleine meerprijs in de ontbijtruimte van het hotel om de hoek.

A Civitanova Marche, sopratutto se siete una famiglia, non c’è niente di meglio che alloggiare al al DIMORAE. La Suite è ENORME e le attenzioni che vengono prestate sono favolose. Esempio: ho voglia di un caffè? Esiste un apposito corner dove posso in autonomia prepararmi una bell’espresso Lavazza, gustandolo insieme ad una fetta di torta. Ho un morso di fame? Trovo delle bellissime mele in corridoio. Sono attenzioni da 5 Stelle S, mai viste in un 4 Stelle. Ancora un sentito grazie al personale della struttura.

Mooi en zeer rustig hotel vlakbij de zee. Ruime kamer met minibar, badkamer met douche (die wel een rekje voor je zeep kan gebruiken). Ontbijt met taarten en croissants, maar er zijn ook broodjes, kaas, ham, vers fruit en een gekookt eitje.

Hotel met net dat tikkeltje meer.
Fijn en modern hotel vlakbij het strand van Civitanova. Alle kamers, de kleine gym en de ontbijtzaal bevinden zich op de eerste etage. Mijn kamer had een kitchenette en was daardoor minstens 32m² groot. Iedere gratis waterflesjes in de ijskast. Waterkoker en Nescafé op de kamer. Ontbijt met veel zoet, maar er is ook hesp, kaas en een eitje. Vers appelsiensap met de glimlach gemaakt. Het grote verschil zit 'm echter in de details: Lotus koekje bij de Nescafé, gratis espressomachine op de gang, gratis vers fruit op de gang.
