Did not get the room I booked. Barking dogs all night in another room. Slipped on the uncovered, unsalted parking lot after it snowed and cut my knee up. Was then charged $20 for getting blood on their towels. Front desk not friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, place was dirty. Hot tub and pool were advertised but it has been closed for a month. They had ongoing construction or something that was so loud up until we left. The people above us were so very loud and disrespectful at all hours of the night. Then there was a guy smoking inside and just outside the back door. Very disappointed with the misleading images compared to what we got.

Ants crawling all over the first room. They gave me another and it was worse than the first! Hair on the bathroom floor, hair on the bathtub plug. Used shampoo in 2nd room. Used bar of soap in the sink drain. What looked like mouse feces all over the mattress of the pull out couch. Top it off i found a wallet half under the couch... how that was missed is beyond me because i saw it right away. Had police department come pick that up. Was offered nothing to make things right. Ended up leaving after seeing the 2nd room. These are room 101 (jacuzzi room) and 112( the 2nd room i was given, which was a regular room when i had paid extra for the jacuzzi room.) Refused any kind of compensation in return. Will NOT be staying there again!

Halls smelled like smoke and marajuana. Desk staff was not present. Pool was out of service. Rear entry door would not close all the way even though the sign said do not prop open. Doors were slamming all through the night, shaking the walls and even the furniture in my room.

Stay was fine. My only question was why were rates doubled for this stay. I had to be in town for family event, and I usually stay here. When I asked why the rates were doubled, they did not know. Do you just randomly do that? There is no way this place is worth over $160 a night. I may rethink staying here next time.

The staff was nice and always helpful. The room was fine, and relatively clean, though there were some areas that need minor repair and cleaning. The big bummer was the cable options - the TV showed DishTV options, but nothing besides the local networks would come through, it was just a black screen on the other channels. There were options to watch through apps, but only if I logged in to my account. Also, the breakfast was prepackaged toaster pastries, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved, and a few yogurt and fruit options - so, fair, but not great. For a steeply discounted price compared to other area hotels, I'd stay here again, but not for full price.

The smell of the hallway and room was very musty and felt damp in the facility including our room. We had a jacuzzi in our room. The knob came off, and it looked broken down. The carpet was damp and tacky. For $150 a night I am disappointed.

Planned this one day get away with my Wife. We wanted the King room with hot tub. Ive stayed in this room before and there was a tv in the sitting room and one in the bedroom where hot tub is located. This is also confirmed in the advertising, but there was no tv in the bedroom. This was a key factor in choosing this stay as we wanted to watch the Thursday night Packer game from the hot tub. Very disappointing

So where to begin… the place smells like Mold, the carpet is nasty and sticky. Our window didn’t have net, they ran out of clean towels, the folds out bed didn’t have sheets so when we went to get some they gave us a sheet and blanket, told us they didn’t have pillows. They don’t clean your room daily. I could just keep going, let’s just we will never stay here again….

Flies and hair, find a different hotel

The motel was nice to move us to a double queen room. However, once we got to the room it was 85 degrees, didn't look like it had been vacuumed and there were some fruit flies flying around. At the sink there were two towels folded neatly in the rack with short thick black hairs over them, as if someone shaved their beard over them and it wasn't cleaned. When I called the front desk to have them replaced no one answered. I left a message but no one reached out to us either. In the morning when I told them their response was, do you have a picture? This will be my last time at this hotel.

I got very sick staying here only one night. From MOLD growing all over the carpet near the window area and the wall near the headboard. The room was very humid and the carpet felt wet, constantly. Bathroom light above sink didn’t work most of the time and broken tiles around the jacuzzi. We will never come back to this hotel.

The stopper in the sink was broken and would not drain, the light over the sink did not work, another light in the room, was broken and did not work. When you enter the lobby, the smell of pot is so bad, that it is sickening. The pool area was closed when we arrived with no reason. We asked for 2 extra pillows, and they told us they were out without even looking for them. there were 3 pillows in the room, and not 4.

It was a very nice property. The room was very nice clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was decent. The only issue was the pool area was not very well ventilated or something it smelled very musty. I had issues with the hot tub. It only worked for five minutes at a time if you could get the button to workand the sign would be off at night saying you could use it
But during the day It was closed so that was a little bit of an issue, so it was kind of confusing but overall the great places to stay

Overall it was a good stay. The bed and pillows were great and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The carpet needs cleaning though. It left our feet and socks black and the room smelled a bit like dirty socks. The breakfast has minimal options, but I give them an A for effort. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure! We are staying a few more days in a different room. The staff are wonderful.

There was mold growing around the ceiling by the window. There was a smoke detector missing from where it was supposed to be on the ceiling.
The pool was not available.
There was a large metal bar sticking out from underneath one bed that I got a huge bruise from.
The vent in the bathroom was so dirty there is no way the air could be exchanged properly in this room.

The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel over cheaper options, but it was closed for the duration of my stay. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast, there were no plates, and the selection was very limited.
The room had no window to outside. The window went to the pool area, so our room was very humid and smelled strongly of chlorine. The lights from the pool area woke us up nice and early and voices echoing from the pool area were *very* loud in the room.
The WiFi is very slow and is not sufficient for any streaming services.

The property needs upgrading and care. The toilet was loose on the floor, the trim etc looks old, the pool and spa were out of service and they have a problem with boxelder bugs. I booked my reservation 6 months in advance when I checked in they tell me that the mattress for that room had been removed for months.. They never reached out to advise me prior. I specifically booked the hotel for the king bed and jacuzzi tub. They felt a full size bed with a sofa sleeper would be a good compromise. The halls smelled like either an horrid insense or marijuana. At least the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was horrible snd no housekeeping servcie the entire 6 days we were there. Had to ask for the trash to be emptied and ask for clean towels.

Our check in person late Friday afternoon was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable. Our room smelled badly of cigarettes. The breakfast was meager compared to other Super 8's we've stayed at. At 8am, they were out of caffeinated coffee. Although the staff went to make some, when we checked out a half hour later, it still hadn't been put out.

OK.... the musty moldy smell that smacked me in the face when we entered our room was overwhelming and we opened the window wide. We checked with relatives that were in another room and they said the same thing. It smelled like they had possibly had a huge leak or flooded the rooms. It was so bad. Because our family across the hall had the same problem we didn't bother asking for another room. In both our room and our families room the lights above the bathroom sink did not work. The location was good in town and the bed was decent. The front desk gentleman was very nice. Oh, and the pool and landry were out of order also... boo. Should have stayed at the Best Western across the street.
