Unfortunately this hotel stay was disappointing. The hotel smelled like weed. Staff was unhelpful. Pool was closed, internet would not worked and the room was prepaid but our credit card was charged which had to be dealt with at our bank.
Not the usual Holiday Inn experience.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the marketing of the indoor pool. Our six year old asked to stay at a hotel with a pool for her birthday. We got to the hotel to find out the pool is closed, no reason given, and looks fine. When we asked again, we were told that it was under construction, although it’s not. The countertops on the cabinets and the table in the room had not been wiped, there was sticky residue left over from another person, staying there before us, and there was dirt on the floor. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. It is a nice hotel, but we were very disappointed overall. Do not book for the pool!!!

I had bugs 1/2 inch long crawling on me at 4 am. At 8am took a bag with 9 bugs in it to the front desk. The manager informed me they know it’s a problem. I was more than upset since I travel each week.

Our room had been deodorized with a spray called Blunt. This is a deodorizing spray normally used in cars. It is very concentrated and also has CBD oil as an ingredient. It caused our eyes to burn and coughing. We were moved to another room, thank goodness. We discussed this with the manager on duty the next morning and she informed us that this spray had been used. Otherwise we would not have known what was going on. She apparently was aware that the cleaning staff had used this spray. We won't return to this Holiday Inn.

The hotel is under construction/renovation on the bar and restaurant. They don’t say anything about this in the booking process. We stayed on Jan 3, 2026. A bit of a disappointment. The deadbolt on the room was not able to lock because it was misaligned with the door frame.

I chose certain filters for this hotel, most importantly a bar/restaurant as we were stopping there after a 12 hour drive. When we arrived at 8:00 pm. I was advised that the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations. That also meant no breakfast available. Extremely

Hotel under renovation- pool CLOSED and breakfast unavailable. This was not communicated at any point until we checked in. We traveled with small children and selected this location for the pool and breakfast. We requested a discount, front desk offered a 20% discount but then didn’t know how to enter it. Instructed to call the manager the next day, she was unavailable when I called.

Hotels.com listed nothing about the property being renovated and the pool being closed due to renovations. Booked this hotel as a halfway stopping point to break up a long drive. Specifically looked for locations with indoor pools so my family could swim and let out some energy after being in the car all day. The property sent a message saying they were having renovations, but mentioned nothing about the pool being closed. After driving all day we saw a sign that the pool was closed. Hotels.com needs to do a better job about getting accurate and updated information from the properties they list and their amenities since often people chose hotels based on the amenities they offer.

Elevator was having probelms during out stay. There was a wait rime of about 20 minutes to check in with only 1 receptionist. One of the rooms next to use was smoking weed and we could smell i through the vent. Also the railroad tracks are right behind the hotel and goes by late at night super loud.

I made my reservation and paid for that reservation through Expedia. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told I couldn't check in because their \"system was down\", no alternatives given, no timeframe, not helpful, basically was told \"I don't know what to tell you, it was like this when I arrived\" by the front desk staff. I had to go to another hotel after waiting and now this hotel won't return my money.

Travelled for Bermuda to Georgia to attend my University Homecoming. Booked way in advance for 3 rooms including one for my former roomate from the Bahamas whom I havent seen in 42 years.

We arrived after a long day of air and car travel to find one room key we were issued, no longer existed as they were doing renovations. The second room was an accessible room and the key didnt work so we went back to front desk where we were informed by the Manager (still on propety because the regional Director was there assessing the facilty) that they were full, except for the two of the three rooms we had confirmed via Expedia. Booking thru expedia made no difference and we were told as we left to find a new hotel, that we shouldnt have used a 3rd party to book as that always causes issues.
So I cant tell you anything about the state of the rooms or propery other that Kenyetta and Damion were amazing as I had deliveries pre-scheduled. They went beyond the call of duty even though we had no rooms or stay there.

It's a really fine property, but it's time for an upgrade for several things. In today's market, I expected bedside charging options, an extra blanket, and an active restaurant and bar. Also, the hallway temp was arctic but told that the general manager was the only one with a key to the room with the thermostat.

We were traveling with a baby and requested a crib, as free cribs were listed as available upon request. We were told they don't have any, so my husband and I, and our toddler and baby, all shared an uncomfortable night sharing a king bed. We were told they will be renovating in January and will likely get cribs then. Doesn't help us now, though...

Aside from that, the room we were in was a stone's throw from the train track, and we heard the trains go past all night. Not too terrible for us since we brought a white noise machine for our kids and were able to drown out some of it.

Cleanliness: it for sure could have been cleaner, but wasn't the worst I've seen.

There was breakfast included, which saved our stay. It was good, plentiful, and hot.

After a 12 hours of interstate, driving southbound to Florida, with seemingly every other car in North America on the roads at the same time ….
I made a reservation online five minutes before arriving at the property.
Abby at the front desk was a joy!
I was looking after two senior friends in escorting them to Florida, and it was so comforting to be welcomed so nicely.
The hotel has a nice lobby bar and decent little restaurant. Heather, behind the bar was very hospitable and looked after the needs of us weary travelers really well.
Lucky we chose this place!

The hotel is nice and clean, we stayed for one night, good and convenience location, breakfast OK.(see below), rooms clean

The only thing I would complain is the breakfast, which was OK as I mention before. Saturday they should serve till 10:00am, 9:20 food start to disappear and 9:40 they put everything away, If u serve by 10, it don’t mean stop serving at 9:30!!!!!!

I enjoyed the young ladies who checked me in. I enjoy how beautiful and clean the hotel was. The Hotel really was beautiful. I also enjoyed seeing the kids in the indoor pool having fun with family and friends as I parked my car in a well lit area. The room was so nice everything was exactly like I love it also the room AC was on some one must knew I loved the AC walked into heaven almost. Thanks for the great stay I would recommend anyone to stay. It was family friendly I loved seeking the kids with their parents and everyone was so nice. Funny story I was leaving my room around 9am for business and across the room was a family of 4 2 babies and the day was explaining to his kids they had to go and the babies were like nooooooo I don't want to go. It made me smile to myself because I was thinking the same thing Nooooo I don't want to leave but I had to. That's the type of stay you want whenever you check in or out of a Hotel. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Area is very nice with lots of things to do. Stayed on the second floor, looked like they had a flood. Flooring in room was pealing up. Hotel was on the noise side. Right next to the train tracks and could easily hear your upstairs neighbors.
