We had an apartment; it was quite ok with a microwave and a fridge; quite quiet and very near restaurants and a Foodland. The pool is an inside one and very clean with chairs and showers; it is appreciated when the weather is not so nice.

There was not a lake view from our unit. I believe that this property has 2 different sites in Robetown. We were near the pool.
Laundry facilities were good, the bathroom was very nice.
The only negatives were, that the walls did not stop noise from other units and no basin was provided to wash the dishes .

Staff are friendly upon checkin and provide details of what to see and do.

Room for improvement includes:

- Add evacuation maps back of room door
- Provide list of facilities and where they're located (can be incorporated on evacuation map)
- Consider resurfacing the pool. Steps are extremely slippery even when holding railing, as is the pool floor.
- Improve lighting in car park

This was a safe and comfortable little lodge, with a very good (paid) washer and dryer onsite. You'll need coins, but it does the job, and reception also has detergent if you need it. The facilities are simple but good, and it was in a quiet part town with plenty of parking.

The Robetown Motor Inn is well located to to the centre of Robe. All the shops, eateries and other businesses are within walking distance. You can walk or have a short drive to the beach. The grounds of the Motel are well kept and a nice, heated pool.

Lovely friendly greeting and helpful check in.
As noted by others, adjoining room plumbing (use of shower/bathroom) noisy. Walls very thin - could hear neighbours speaking, moving, snoring etc. Definitely uncomfortable.
Room appeared very dated and bed not particularly comfortable though the additional pillows and blanket were much appreciated. We note some other rooms had apparently been renovated.
Room and bathroom very clean but terrible overpowering bleach smell. Use of friendlier cleaning products would be appreciated and advised as the odour lingered throughout our stay and was not ideal for my daughter’s allergies nor something I would ever use at home with such a toxic load.
Bathroom could use a refresh - shower head very old and let down the otherwise serviceable shower. Sink faucet far too big for basin and resulted in water spillage and splashing.
Exterior including driveway could do with a refresh and clearer signage.

Family room, First appearance fresh and clean room. The bed spreads, carpets & chairs new and modern looking good impression. Good water pressure in shower didn't take ages to get hot.
My kids favourite part the indoor heated pool, very cosey, pool toys, shower, toilet and towels, nothing fancy a few cobwebs around but I enjoyed this a lot. Camp kitchen, awesome to have access to has what you need for a bbq and a communal clothes line was great as we were in the pool often. Close to main street.

Robetown Motel overnight stay

Robetown Motel was a comfortable stay for our one night as a family. The kids loved the indoor pool and we loved the close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Check in was met with a very friendly smile and was very efficient.
The walls were a little thin so you do hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms but when it was time to sleep it was very comfortable.
The rooms had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely consider staying again.

The property had spiders all over the place.
The kitchen tap was making hammering noise when it’s turned on. When we reported this issue to one of the room service lady she said she will report it but nothing happened.
One of the bedroom was connected to next door property through a locked door so clearly hear loud music when trying to sleep.

Stayed here for three nights . Beds were very uncomfortable, kettle was filthy, there was no microwave in the room and the toilet was leaking causing the water to fill up in the system every 10 minutes. Reasonably priced , and was greeted by a friendly lady at reception .

The spacious, well-equipped room was clean as a whistle and had a no-fuss internet connection.
It's a short & easy stroll to the main drag, supermarket and eateries.

Very quick weekend getaway

Having had a busy few months, I felt the need to go for a very quick and impromptu holiday.

Robetown Motor Inn was the best available offering with a days notice, and the location is convenient to the main street, so was an easy choice.

On arrival I was checked in easily and directed to my room, although existing cars made it nearly impossible to park my own car in front. Luckily there was space availble in the open park.

The room was comfortable and had everything a motor in n should have, with a microwave and cleaning facilitiies for basic cooking.

The Foodland is nearby and the proximity of the main shopping street made finding somewhere to eat or drink quite comfortable.

Would definitely recommend.
