This is a small but cute hotel on a quiet street. The staff were great, especially Malen but all the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were good. The room was clean and comfortable, stylishly decorated. We had the sea view and it was beautiful. The pool with relaxation area we enjoyed also. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful property and fantastic staff. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed and the staff is super helpful to accommodate all your needs. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. We enjoyed the walk up the hill every evening after eating at the restaurants in town, especially the great pizzeria at the bottom of the hill. Good location for exploring Costa Smeralda.

This stay was nothing short of amazing. Staff is exceptional, grounds are beautiful, room was spacious and very clean. We had a beautiful breakfast included every morning. The location is in the heart of Cannigione, but far enough to feel tranquility. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this stay again!

Beautiful hotel, rooms are stunning. We stayed here for 4 nights, really nice selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us some good recommendations on things to do. Plenty of parking around the hotel which was very convenient. The swimming pool was a bit closer to a road than I realised - sun beds are in full view of anybody walking / driving past, but other than that it was a lovely place to stay. There is a beach within about a 15 minute walk, but there are much nicer beaches only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend renting a car!

Economy Class - if this was a car rental
Staff is very friendly, but don't expect level of comfort to be great as there was no hot water on first night if arrival. We were given wheelchair accessible handicap room although we didnt request it, so had to change rooms which is a hassle after long hours of traveling...also, lights and AC shut off every time door is opened regardless of room key remaining in slot or not; sheets are changed every 2-3 nights no matter how soiled they appear; there is no extra tissues or paper towels avaialable for light cleaning/wiping which is needed since housekeeping may only do light keeping up during your stay; and only 1 roll of toilet tissue given may be insufficient. When we asked sbout it being hot in our room, we were explained that the air conditioning has main control elsewhere. No matter how cold you want it, it remains at what felt like 75°. In addition, the pool is lovely, but it closes at 7pm which is way too early for people returning from excursions and/or beach, so we had no opportunity to enjoy it. In my opinion, this hotel is way too concerned with cutting corners and doing \"the least\" in regards to their expenses in order to maximize profit gain from bookings. Afterall, they are cery small boutique hotel & do not have a store or restaurant for dinner on site, so I guess they have to maximize their profit from room rentals the most they can. Will I return to Sardinia? Yes. Will I stay again here? No.

Wir sind im Juli eine Woche dort gewesen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber dieses Hotel war wirklich ausgezeichnet: Das Personal war -bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin- überaus freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig und das Essen war super. Der Hotelmanager konnte uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben. Wir sind mit dem Auto da gewesen. Das Hotel ist auf einem Berg, so, dass es fußläufig nicht ganz so easy bis zur Stadt bzw. Strand ist. Es gab aber auch andere Gäste, die kein Auto hatten, was scheinbar auch kein Problem darstellt. Das Hotel hat einen super Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch mal bei dem Hotelmanagern und seinem Personal herzlichst bedanken.

Die Architektur des Hotels von außen, wie auch die Zimmer, ist sehr speziell und schön. Es hat einen gratis (privaten) Parkplatz mit sehr guten direkten Zugang zu den meisten Zimmern.

- beim Frühstück muss man sich um einen Kaffee bemühen. Obwohl das Personal serviert, kommt niemand um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen.

Im Oktober waren wir im Hotel und wir hatten echt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Zu dieser Zeit war das Hotel schon sehr leer und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Wir wissen natürlich nicht, wie es in der Hauptsaison aussieht.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung und das gute Frühstück haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
