The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full.

The staff at the front desk were excellent, as well as the bartender who was working Saturday evening. Breakfast was decent as well. The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible. However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel this is NOT the place. The room is just average. Bed wasn't very comfortable. We had one full size towel and had to go to the front desk for more. No ironing board, and the iron leaked water constantly. Had a USED bar of soap in our shower which was not removed by housekeeping. Shampoo was empty. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to listen to dogs barking day and night. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't let this dampen our weekend, however this is not what we were expecting at a Hyatt and would never pay the prices they want for this facility ever again.

Lovely property on the marina and docks, walkable to a few nice restaurants with great views. Note that some are not open off/season, however. Lovely porch/veranda area off lobby of hotel (but it is not covered from the rain so tables and chairs may be unusable). Guest rooms are absolutely lovely, spacious and bright. Highly recommend room with a marina view and preferably the little balcony off the room. Breakfast buffet was delicious for an additional charge, but there are 24/7 coffee and other drinks available. Overall lovely property with a casual friendly atmosphere, very convenient to Bay Bridge to Annapolis, and also to Delaware, the outlets, and the routes to DE and MD and VA beaches.

This hotel were one of the best, I have stayed at numerous Hyatt regencies and all of them makes the grade. But this Hyatt with the view of the river puts it over the top. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and also very helpful. I recommend Hyatt hotels in general but I especially recommend this Hyatt in Kent Narrows

First time staying here. Loved the room, the bathroom was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. We loved the property and the convenience to our favorite restaurant and places to go. The breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were just awful, sausages were rubbery and the waffles were burnt. We wound up going out to breakfast later. We would definitely stay there again, we'll just bring our own food or go to the Jetty for breakfast

Beautifully located hotel on the waterfront walkable to many seafood restaurants. We were driving through on our way to a meeting the next day and this location and hotel caught our eye. Loved it! Lobby and bar area with seating overlooking the marina was gorgeous. Well appointed and spacious rooms. We normally don’t stay at too many Hyatt properties but this one will cause be to look at them more frequently.

Only complaint, the blackout drapes were almost two feet too short. I had to barricade the windows with couch cushions to block the lights entering at the floor level up to two feet high. It would’ve been nice to have a light switch to turn off lights on the terrace (never found one).

That issue aside, bed comfort was decent with a variety of pillows. Bathroom was clean, room was comfy, spacious, had a great view (paid extra for it) and the hire is in a convenient location - within walking distance of some great seafood restaurants too. Hotel breakfast was what one might expect anywhere (meh) and it ended a little too early (9:30 am - should’ve ended at 10am).

I would think they would include the breakfast.

Beautiful view of the water. We saw dolphins! Excellent running/walking/biking trail nearby. Nicely located to visit St. Michaels and Annapolis. Good restaurants, a brewery, and state park with hiking trails that feed to the bay are minutes away.
