First time staying here. Loved the room, the bathroom was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. We loved the property and the convenience to our favorite restaurant and places to go. The breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were just awful, sausages were rubbery and the waffles were burnt. We wound up going out to breakfast later. We would definitely stay there again, we'll just bring our own food or go to the Jetty for breakfast

Beautifully located hotel on the waterfront walkable to many seafood restaurants. We were driving through on our way to a meeting the next day and this location and hotel caught our eye. Loved it! Lobby and bar area with seating overlooking the marina was gorgeous. Well appointed and spacious rooms. Only complaint, the blackout drapes were almost two feet too short. I had to barricade the windows with couch cushions to block the lights entering at the floor level up to two feet high. It would’ve been nice to have a light switch to turn off lights on the terrace (never found one).

My husband and I wanted to get away for a night, eat seafood and enjoy the view of the bay. It was exactly what we wanted. Our room was beautiful and clean. It overlooked the water and was very relaxing. The host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good!

The area is technically walkable, but it’s all parking lots, cars, and fairly high speed roads. Yes, there’s a path, but it goes along the highway. You have to go through multiple very large parking lots to get to the other restaurants that are billed as walkable. Hotel itself was beautiful, though the room was a bit small and food choices limited (we were told to order from a gas station when traffic had us arrive there late), but other reviews definitely had us expecting a kinder and quainter pedestrian experience than reality presented. Imagine parking at the back of a giant mall parking lot during the holidays. Certainly doable, but could be better, and wasn’t what we expected when re read other reviews talking about the walkability. The hotel was beautiful though, just expected the area to be a bit different.

I paid for my breakfast up front through my booking app, and I got a nice surprise being charged a breakfast for 3 for the second night only, weird enough hum. The rep, for the first day, was telling me the breakfast was not paid for, when I show her my booking, she said they were experimenting this new feature since May, but I was ok to proceed. We have provided our room number the second day, no questions asked so we thought all set. Today, I was looking into my account and the charge was there. Moreover I called twice and asked for a copy of the invoice, still waiting...Get your invoice copy before you leave (if you decide to go there), now I have to go to expedia to get my refund..what a waste of time!

We checked in, went to our room unpacked all of our stuff and tv was out. No internet either. Went down to the front desk only to find out there was an outage on the whole third floor. No one inform us of this when we checked in. Lady at the front desk said “ oh I thought I told you” NO! There was no guarantee that it would be fixed the next day either so we then decided to stay at a nearby hotel. Also, the king size room we reserved was very small and one side of the bed was so closed to the wall that if you had to get up in the middle of the night you probably would have broken a leg because there was no room to walk on the side of the bed. Very disappointing!!

I was just a little disappointed. Pictures are misleading. I thought my room was a waterfront with a balcony. It said deluxe king and the pictures displayed a balcony. Upon walking into my room I noticed it was a small room with a king bed. Not what the pictures displayed. I notified the front desk and someone did apologize but because the hotel was booked to capacity. They were unable to accommodate me. The next time I make arrangements I definitely would like to speak to someone to make sure I’m getting what I paid for in advance.
