We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. We swam, we played table tennis, we wandered around the grounds - everything was delightful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We would like to return to Les Manoirs again some day.

We shave stayed at this hotel for many years now and every year it's a little bit worse. on the positive side, there are many friendly and hard-working staff, but the property itself is in decline. We stayed in a Manor Suite. The wardrobe was too narrow to accommodate the width of their coathangers and kept getting jammed, the table outside dripped rust onto my new skirt and I can't shift the stains, the lounge furniture was covered in stains from the spillages of former guests and they appear to be ruuning out of water for the bedside tables - on the first day 2 tiny bottles, then one tiny bottle between us for 2 nights , finishing with no water at all on the last night. The outdoor bar would be nice if the cushions out their weren't covered in bird droppings. We booked a table outside at their restaurant, but when we arrived, they told us outside wan't available, but the inside restaurant had no atmosphere and smelt of stale food so we left. The guys next door to us had dogs - we like dogs but they elected to poop just outside our front door and it was left like that for the rest of our stay - no attempt to clean up the frontage or lawn.

Very nice hotel, good service with nice rooms and like most of France, very dog friendly. Our room was very nice and spacious and comfortable.

There is plenty of room for walking our dog Mia as well and everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome and spoke good English.

Luxury in the countryside

We stayed here a few days ago and was most impressed by the friendly service! The lounge and bar area were luxurious and well appointed with a gorgeous huge open fire! The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom fabulous! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was fantastic - great service and good quality. Minor niggles for us were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the drinks were VERY pricey - but we did love it - the pool was great too!

The grounds were beautiful and the hotel is set out away from the city with a country feel. It was very quiet. We had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptionally nice. When I returned home to the US I realized I had left my Kindle reader in the hotel room. The staff located my Kindle and shipped it back to me. I like to exercise and the gym area was very small but did have some free weights.

The hotel buildings, room and facilities were all of an extremely high standard and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. However, the experience is let down by the food. Bar meals were extremely expensive for what is essentially pub grub - 24 Euros for a croque monsieur with only a small green salad on the side. The restaurant menu would lead you to believe that you are in for a Michelin star style treat and whilst the food is at OK, it is nothing more than that. They would be better doing a few simple things well rather than trying to shoot too high at dishes which seem beyond the competence level of the kitchen staff. Service was also painfully slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. There isn't really an eating alternative as the hotel is located far away from anywhere else where you might eat. If they could get the food sorted then I would give this place a really hearty recommendation.

Very nice hotel

This hotel is very comfortable and spacious. It is close enough to civilisation and motorways if you want to sightsee, but it would also be a good place to retreat for a while. My only minor comments are that it's in the middle of nowhere (which is also a plus), therefore you definitely need a car (and preferably a sat nav too!); and there wasn't air conditioning - which would have been useful when it was still 30 degrees at midnight.

A one night stay

Room: Clean but Wifi coverage was below standard to not working. No air conditioning. Our room was under the roof and the sunny weather made it very uncomfortable. Service: for the price and how the hotel position itself the service was below average, somewhat of a disappointment but the worst is still to come... Food! Do not let them fool you with their gastronomic restaurant. My wife is allergic to gluten and when I made the reservation the assured me that they have gluten free solution. Well their solution is to take everything out that may contain gluten (including rice that does not contain gluten). As an example the main course which had a promising and fancy description ended up being an overcook piece of beef with plain mash potatoes. I am an awful cook but I would have done better and for sure it would not have cost me a hefty 32 Euros. Also the service took forever and we had the feeling that our presence was bothering them. We left very disappointed. Location: far from Deauville / Trouville and the ocean. If you like to be lost in the green that's the perfect place.

lovely except grumpy staff

we thought this hotel was excellent on first glance so we thought we would go to the bar and have an aperitif only to be met by the grumpiest staff which totally spoilt the atmosphere, so we went to our room. In the dinner restaurant, the same staff were there and were still rude and grumpy which just put us off eating there.

Nous étions avec notre chien et il a vécu ses meilleures vacances. Le parc est énorme et il a pu courir partout en toute liberté. À noter qu'il était accepté également au restaurant ce qui nous a facilité la vie !

endroit retiré où l'on est au calme.
Petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au prix de 25€, les produits proposés n'ont rien d'exceptionnel.
La piscine n'a pas de jets, par contre elle est grande. Pas de tisane ou thé mis à disposition, dommage.
Quand on se trouve dans un logement non attenant au bâtiment principal, pas de sac à disposition pour emmener le peignoir et les chaussons, du coup on se retrouve avec une serviette, car pas de peignoir disponible au spa.
Massage aux pierres chaudes très agréable, dommage qu'une boisson ne soit pas proposée après, ailleurs c'est toujours proposé.
En résumé hotel bien mais pas extraordinaire.

Un séjour fantastique dans un endroit extraordinaire. Rien à redire : tout a été parfait. Chambres vastes et parfaitement équipées, literie excellente, salle de bains élégante, douche hydromassante, équipements de l'hôtel au top (piscine couverte, sauna, cinéma privé...), site verdoyant d'une grande beauté, excellent petit dejeuner buffet, personnel souriant, aimable et très professionnel.

Court séjour dans d’une chambre classique. Très confortable !! L’environnement est paisible et reposant. Quel bonheur de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et le bruit du vent dans les arbres ! Service très efficace (check-in/out). La piscine/sauna sont très agréables (tout est très propre) ainsi que le jardin ensoleillé. Cocktail et rafraîchissements bien préparés (mais un peu chers). Restaurant également très pratique et bon ! Manque peut-être un ou deux plats « signature » qui rendraient l’expérience encore meilleure (les plats proposés sont classiques/standards). Petit déjeuner copieux et bien garni. Un régal. En conclusion : 0 stress pendant tout le séjour et c’est vraiment ce qu’on était venu chercher.

Séjour agréable en couple. Accueil et personnel très très gentil. Propreté de la chambre au top. A revoir peut être les vestiaires de la piscine beaucoup trop juste pour la totalité de l hôtel.

Un vrai havre de paix, parfait en couple comme en famille, y compris l'hiver, et où tout est pensé pour le confort et la tranquillité des clients. Les lieux sont chaleureux et très bien décorés. Le restaurant est très appréciable, et le petit déjeuner (23 euros) de grande qualité. Le service est aussi de qualité. La literie est parfaite. Avec la piscine, le spa, le bar et le cinéma, on peut même passer un week-end sans sortir du site.

endroits agréable, propre et entretenu, le service par contre a fortement baissé.
non pas les équipes mais la politique, un room service qui se termine a 21H30, pour dejeuner, la carte est réduite a 15H00 mais factuellement c'est 14h45
pour boire un verre dehors sur un transat, c'est inderdit; il y a un enfantillage de la clientèle et des services pas adaptés au positionnement tarifaire qui est honnereux

La chambre était tres bien.
Par contre nous avons passe une tres mauvaise nuit car il a fait tres chaud dans la chambre et on a été tres embête par les moustiques. La reception ne nous a pas dit a notre arrive que des bombes et des ventilateurs étaient disponibles uniquement sur demande. Des moustiquaires sont indispensables

Un parc merveilleux où l’on se repose sur un transat . Le sauna la piscine …. Tout est d’une propreté et d’un calme très appréciable . Petit déjeuner merveilleux . Bel hôtel mais service pas au niveau.

Très bel hôtel dans un décor magnifique. Restaurant \"gastronomique\" très sympa. Par contre, piscine très bruyante quand nous y étions, et services a minima de façon générale : pas moyen de commander une boisson près de la piscine (serveur introuvable), staff qui fume sous notre fenêtre, pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire ni de clim dans la chambre. En deux mots, bel endroit mais trop cher pour le niveau de service.

Beau domaine au calme à proximité de la côte

Base pour notre semaine en famille en Normandie. Le domaine est sympa et calme, bien situé, parking assuré. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables mais mal insonorisées entre elles (donc bruyantes par moments). Bel espace piscine, sauna, tennis, prêt de vélos, pétanque, cinéma, spa... Le petit-déjeuner (à 23 €) est copieux et la salle et la terrasse accueillantes. Les chambres étaient faites (propreté au rendez-vous) plutôt tardivement (vers 16 h). Un bémol pour l’amabilité et l’accueil... des progrès à faire pour que les clients se sentent les bienvenus puis à l’aise pendant leur séjour (impersonnel, pour le coup). On aurait apprécié un service plus attentionné et plus de sourire...
