Flat sheets on the bed. One of them appeared to be dirty and the other had some hair on it. When I asked for new sheets I had to bring them the old ones first. They only had two towels for three guest. The room was over all clean. Had to get a new key every day as it was deactivated. Great location for us. The pool was really nice. Staff were friendly.

Sheets needed a bleach wash. Bedspread needed to be removed from bed. Burn hole and stains. Didn't feel comfortable using it. Pet friendly, but had to search for a garbage can to dispose of dog crap. Breakfast is very limited. Pre made pancakes is baggies, very doughy english muffins, fake butter, no jelly...the positives were a great hot, clean shower, good location and spacious room with desk and a nice cushioned chair.

The television didn’t work. There was a message on the screen that said there was either low wi-fi signal or a bad connection. When I said something to the clerk the next morning, he said that I just needed to mess with the channel buttons. When I made coffee, there was a dirty pod in the front of the machine and one in the back (that is supposed to be where we pour the water). The flooring is like the single strips of laminate that looks like wood and several of the strips were coming up. Last, but not least, there is a bar across the 4 lane highway that had a live band playing so loud, I could hear it in my room at the back of the property.

The staff (asst manager, especially) very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable bed, large room and easy parking …enough so that you each guest should be able to park by their room. The grounds were beautiful. The motel looked to be painted recently. Very nicely ce pool area. Main complaint , which I realize they can’t control, is that the bar nearby starts playing REALLY loud music around 8 p.m. and continues till at least 11. Bring ear plugs.

If they were to just put some money into fumigation and eliminated all of the creepy crawlers then this would be the best place to stay in Orange city. As it stands, if you need a place to stay for the night on the cheap then this is it. I would not put my family in this lodging because of the infestation problem. Keeping the lights on at night will keep the bugs away in my experience.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast that was provide. No hot breakfast. Food items were spread out to make it seem like there was more food than there actually was. Only the following food options were available: instant oatmeal packets, small store bought yogurt cups, oatmeal pie cookies, some cutie oranges, small sealed apple juice cups, and an apple if you're lucky. The breakfast is not what most people would expect to be include in a Days Inn breakfast or any standard included hotel breakfast.
