Péssima estadia! Um dia o ar condicionado nao funcionou, no outro nao havia toalhas disponiveis na hora da limpeza e no outro nao havia agua quente. Para comprnsar me deram um late checkout e no dia praticamente me expulsaram do quarto alegamdo que o hóspede que ficari ali já estava no jotel. NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM!

Muito bom!! Facilidade para chegar é um diferencial! O hotel tem uma travessia propria de Porto Seguro, super conveniente! O fato do hotel ser numa península é muito bom, pois tudo fica perto e da uma segurança maior deixar as crianças sozinhas! O acesso gratis ao parque aquático é incrível também! Staff muitp atencioso e sempre prestativo! Achei a comida boa, mas não incrível..e o fato do hotel estar com algumas partes em reforma prejudicou um pouco a experiência, mas voltaremos com certeza! Excelente custo-benefício!!

Muito bom o hotel a paisagem camas confortáveis ficamos já nos ap com piso e banheiro reformando , o que poderia melhorar seria a comida não condiz com o local pricipalme te as carnes estavam secas tanto o peixe quanto a carne de gado muito passadas e falta de criatividade para elaborar pratos pois percebi que ingredientes tinham , falta um chefe a altura do hotel os pães do café da manhã também muito industrializados falta um pão de fermentação natural e pão de queijo quente e gostosos

Fantastic location but not a five star hotel
Location is stunning but the rooms are dated and lacking in basic amenities you would expect in a five star hotel like water and toiletries. Also there was only one power socket in the entire room. The buffet restaurant was nice but the a la carte restaurant was a joke with very limited choice. As it’s affiliated with the water park it is understandably popular with families with young children so it’s not peaceful…..

Friendly people. Beautiful places. It was difficult and extressfull to check in. They request personal information that I was not comfortable in sharing. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the information given was true and that they could share person information including Fotos to others. Check in on line was not possible without agreeing with such terms. Some of the hotel activities did not start on time or changed locations without common knowledge.

This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

The hotel is great. The food is specifically delicious. Free of charge transportation to Porto Seguro by boat and free of charge transportation to Arraial d'Ajuda downtown by van.

If you or someone in your party speaks Portuguese, this is a nice place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. If you don't speak Portuguese, you will have a difficult time here. Most of the notices and information is only in Portuguese. Some employees speak some English. There are no English TV stations - but you will find an occasional American movie or show. The neighboring city of Porto Seguro and the town of Arrial D'Ajuda are also not real English friendly. Fortunately, my wife is Brazilian so she did all of our communication. There was only one other American on the property for the 4 days we spent there - a 4 year old girl from NY.

Overall a nice place to stay
This hotel was nice had a great view and right on the beach. The room was clean enough but do not expect luxury. The staff was super friendly including Fabby, she really made you feel right at home. The food was typical to Brazil. The only issue is check out, since they do not have an electronic way to keep track of drinks and food that you charge to your room, you should expect a good 30 minutes to review and change your final bill at checkout. Other than that, this place is worth the stay compared to other hotels in the area who charge the same but are no where near as classic.

Gostei muito do hotel e sem dúvidas eu voltaria. Vista linda. Área externa e piscinas perfeitas. Café da manhã e jantar incluso que vale muito a pena ( não parece aqueles jantares típicos de resort. tudo é de qualidade no jantar). Pessoal super educado e prestativo. Recreação para as crianças com teatros, cinemas, oficinas. O único ponto que eu acho que poderia melhorar: lanches e almoço. O buffet do almoço é bem diferente do jantar e as opções de lanches são bem restritos no cardápio.

Todas as nossas requisições foram atendidas sem problemas desde o início. Gostaríamos de agradecer, também, ao cuidado das atendentes Selma e Patrícia, do bar da piscina, e ao metre do restaurante principal. Estávamos viajando em família, com a minha mãe de 87 anos, cujas limitações não foram um empecilho para aproveitar a viagem, graças à acessibilidade do lugar, com várias rampas e pessoas dispostas a auxiliar nas atividades e no Buffet. Na piscina, durante a hidroginástica, ela recebeu todo o cuidado e carinho dos recreadores Bonde e Gibi. Também não podemos esquecer todo o capricho do barman Gil na confecção dos drinks, que eram uma verdadeira obra de arte. Este hotel realmente nos surpreendeu positivamente em todos os aspectos. Para quem chegar do aeroporto, recomendo a contratação do transfer indicado pelo hotel, sendo possível evitar as longas filas das balsas com a exclusividade do transporte para o resort.

O lugar é lindo, paradisíaco, mas o estabelecimento não sabe se é resort ou hotel. A comida é gostosa porém repetitiva para quem fica vários dias. Apenas uma opção de restaurante a lá carte com apenas três pratos no menu fixo e buffet de sobremesas igual ao restaurante de uso diário. Os funcionários são educados mas em pouco número e acabam não dando conta da demanda, claramente não é culpa deles, que se habituaram às reclamações. Para o preço poderia ter mais comodidades e conforto. Minha cama era desnivelada e permaneceu assim a maior parte dos dias. No geral acaba compensando pela localização e beleza natural, mas não sei se voltaria.

Hotel muito bom. Mas tivemos problema com a manutenção da descarga, a qual não foi atendida quando solicitada. Assim toda vez que usávamos o sanitário tínhamos que encher a caixa de descarga utilizando a mangueirinha. Chegamos no dia 24/10 no dia 26/10 não funcionou a descarga e solicitamos a manutenção, mas so foi atendida no dia 28/10 quando estávamos de saída.

A estrutura e a localização do resort são magníficas. Há uma balsa própria gratuita para os hóspedes, o que facilita muito o acesso. O quarto é amplo, bem reformado e limpo, o banho é excelente.
Porém, o atendimento é sofrível e parece ser a filosofia da casa mesmo. Tudo que você solicita é recebido com uma ressalva ou uma negativa.
1. No primeiro dia, pedi ao chef do restaurante um bolinho sem açúcar no café da manhã para meu bebê de 1 ano. A resposta: não tem como agradar gostos individuais.
2. Desci com minha família para tomar café, mas não tomei, pois gosto de me exercitar antes do café. Quando voltei da academia, o chefe dos garçons disse que eu não poderia tomar café da manhã duas vezes, sendo que eu nem tinha tomado café ainda.
3. Os drinks são bem fracos e, quando vc pede pra fazer mais forte, dizem que é o padrão e te cobram outra dose de bebida. Depois de reclamar 3x no bar, o maitre Anderson foi gentil e me atendeu. Percebi que várias pessoas reclamavam também nesse sentido.
4. As toalhas de piscina só são entregues às 9h; ora, o sol nasce às 6... é preciso esperar 3 horas para começar a desfrutar da praia e das piscinas, se quiser usar toalha.
5. O hotel não disponibiliza água potável nos bares e restaurantes. É preciso pagar 8 reais por 500 ml de água.
6. A comida é simples e repetitiva; o café da manhã é o mesmo todo dia.
Conclusão: é um excelente resort, mas precisa melhorar muito pra valer o preço que cobra.

O melhor café da manhã que um hotel pode oferecer, a Nay que faz as tapiocas com sua alegria e gentileza deixou as nossas manhãs iluminadas. Nosso agradecimento a Fabi que nos recepciona do começo ao fim e cuida pra que tudo saia perfeito. Aliás todos são de uma simpatia única. Ah se todos os lugares no mundo fossem assim….

Acredito que pela local, o ideal seria oferecer pensão completa, pois as refeições avulsas são bem caras…. Já era quarta vez que estive lá, única coisa que algumas coisas não mudaram como as apresentações de show folclórico que não gosto muito repetitivo!
E na parte onde você vai se servir para pegar sua comida o local absurdamente quente!! E os funcionários que trabalham lá nas chapas de tapioca e carnes não tem nem um ventilador nada!! É um calor absurdo e falta de respeito com os funcionários deles !
Na piscina tem segurança que fica de pé o dia inteiro nem 1 banco para sentar de vez em quando é de baixo de sol de 40% absurdo ! E isto não agradou nem um pouco nossa família !! Do resto foi ótimo !

Na piscina tem segurança que fica de pé o dia inteiro nem 1 banco para sentar de vez em quando é de baixo de sol de 40% absurdo ! E isto não agradou nem um pouco nossa família !! Do resto foi ótimo !

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Em 15 a 20minutos após sair do aeroporto boce ja esta no hotel ( contabilizando ja o tempo de balsa p cruzar o rio). Independente do quarto em que estiver hospedado, vc estara a poucos metros da praia e piscinas. Recreação acima da media para as crianças. O buffet de café da manha é de boa qualidade. O buffet de jantar poderia ser melhor elaborado. Uma das noites é oferecido jantar no restaurante a la carte. Muito bom. Diferente da maioria das praias de resort, a praia do apaga fogo é ótima e a piscina fica grudadinha, o q permite aproveitar ambas estruturas. A critica fica no processo de check in, um tanto moroso, ainda que o atendimento seja muito cordial. A partir do momento em que chegamos, foram quase 30 minutos até podermos ingressar a nosso quarto. Outra situação que me trouxe um pouco de desconforto foi que no último dia de minha estadia, para afastar risco de um guarda sol voar na praia e machucar alguem, não permitiram montagem destes na areia. Como estava com bebê de 4 meses, não pude aproveitar a praia neste dia, para evitar expo lo ao sol. As areas da piscinas estavam ja todas tomadas, poia os hospedes acordam e ja colocam pertences pessoais para \" garantir\" seu lugar proximo à piscina. A solucao que o hotel me propos foi de assinar um termo de responsabilidade caso meu guarda sol machucasse alguem. Me recusei, pois não acredito tratar se de responsabilidade do hospede. Acabamos nos contentando com uma mesa proxima à piscina.

Só tenho elogios a fazer para esse resort. Atendimento impecável, estrutura do resort e do quarto nota dez, super limpo e organizado. Única sugestão que tenho a fazer é que poderia ter um resumo da programação impresso no quarto para facilitar o entendimento das atividades. Com certeza voltarei ao resort para curtir mais momentos em família e aproveitar a estrutura do parque que infelizmente não tive oportunidade de conhecer pois estava fechado para manutenção.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse estabecimento e se tiver oportunidade farei novamente. É muito agradável, com meia pensão, com alimentação de boa qualidade, sem exageros, bebidas não incluídas, mas com preços justos. Praia agradável, pé na areia, várias piscinas, quartos limpos com bom tamanho. Facilidades de locomoção, tanto para o centro de Arraial como para Porto Seguro (van e balsa gratuitos, respectivamente ).
