Property was good, since owner and staff of the property is one person there is no service at night time. First day of our stay the wind locked us out the room with keys inside the room so we called so many times for assistance and received no help. We had to sleep in my kids room and my kids has adjust by sleeping on the floor for a night and the next morning, the owner showed no sympathy and pushed it off. No hotel service at all. For changing of towels or need something very rude behavior.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a hotel in my whole life. It was so personable and the owners were so lovely and made me feel safe, cared for and at home. The host was the highlight of this hotel. It is family run and it shows heavily in how well they take care of guest. Breakfast was served to your room everyday (so luxurious!!) and customized to your liking. Our room was small but comfortable. They take fantastic care of the property and pool area, providing towels as needed. Only downside is the hotel is not walking distance from big towns, but our host helped us find the public bus which ended up being so fun and adventurous. The bus went to every destination on the island and we didn’t miss out on anything. We had a WONDERFUL time here. 100% recommend!!!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Arlene for one night, and we were blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome. He was warm, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, truly one of the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever encountered. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Every detail was just right. One of our favorite parts? The delicious fresh breakfast delivered right to our room in the morning, such a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. Even though we were only there for a short time, Boutique Arlene left a lasting impression. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and stylish place to stay in Santorini!

Wonderful hotel! Everything super clean and charming. Two friendly cats live on property. Owner very friendly and accommodating.Tasty breakfast homemade and served daily, and is a lot of food. 5 min walk to bus station to go to Fira (central bus station for Santorini). I will not hesitate to stay here again when I return to Santorini.

This friendly family business is located between many of the island's hot spots.
The property was very clean and the breakfast was made to each individual unit. I would prefer it had a gym but this was not available in almost all stays in Santorini. The family was very helpful and made our trip better! Certainly to recommend.

I highly recommend staying at Arlene Boutique when visiting Santorini. This boutique hotel offers great value for money. The property is very well taken care of. The rooms and pool area are spotless clean. It's clear the owners put a lot of love into this hotel. The room we stayed in was practical and nicely decorated. A nice bonus is a tasty breakfast brought to your room at your chosen time. The portions were generous and there was a good variety of food. The hotel is located centrally which makes it a perfect base for exploring the island by car. There's a large parking in front of the hotel so you won't struggle to park the car. There are also multiple buses going to Fira so you get there easily in a short amount of time.

Traveled to Santorini for a wedding and had 3 rooms booked and all of them were amazing. It’s a family owned business and it shows because that really do make it feel like home. It’s clean and very safe. It’s also close enough to Fira that you can take bus but also experience other parts of Santorini too. Breakfast was personally made and delivered to the rooms every morning. The owners were friendly and receptive to all our needs. 10/10 recommend.

We had a lovely last day in Santorini before coming back home. The hotel was great, we could do an early checkin and a bit later check out which helped us a lot. Breakfast was super good. We would stay here again. It is close to Fira and also to the airport and to the beaches as well. Great location.

What a lovely hotel. Not a chain hotel experience at all. We flew in to Santorini and stayed only one night, but the hotel arranged for our transfer from the airport, which is huge on a busy island with a small number if taxis. The room was bright and delightful, with amenities like soaps and shampoos, bottled water, coffee & tea set up. Breakfast was served to our room the next morning and it was delicious! This is a family run hotel with a quiet homey vibe. We loved it and would stay here again anytime.

The owner was phenomenal. We received an awesome breakfast every morning brought to our room. We only had one mishap with the AC but the owner was able to move us one room over the next morning. Staff friendliness, service, and amazing price point more than made up for the minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

It was amazing. The owner let us check in early and was so fun to talk to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and thoughtful. The pool area is lovely, there's a view of a church from the hotel that is exquisite, the staff are amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the owner drove us to the marina at the end of our stay (15€ each). I cannot speak kinder words about it. It's also tucked away in a neighborhood that is bustling with friendly locals and not too far from the bus stops to get you around town, which we loved since you could be a tourist but feel like a local off the main strip.

The stay was fine as we were hardly in the hotel. The staff were friendly.

We came with 3 kids and the breakfast option was not good. They served the same meal every morning egg abs some breads be cakes. It was fine the first 2 days but after that it became quite tiring

They served a cheese pie which was nice but overall for the price we paid for 4 nights we expected a variety of options for breakfast. I had to give my kids the cereal we bought along with us for 2 days and just requested milk.

Overall the breakfast option needs improving but everything else was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, lovely pool area and great breakfast (brought to your room in these difficult times) I really liked the way everything has been built as one; the shower cubicle, bed side tables etc yet there was plenty of room.
Only downside was the water pressure in shower was bad so didn't enjoy my showers as often as in other places.
Great location in Messaria to get almost everywhere on the island.

This hotel is nice but if we had to do it over again we would stay closer to town. We stayed at this place because it was less expensive and my husband had to work during the day anyway. But if you are wanting to explore, stay closer to town. Hotel staff is nice, room is okay. There are little things they can do to improve but for the price it works. Breakfast wasn't anything special sadly but I guess at least they offered it? It was meat, cheeses, olives, basically cold foods.

I would definitely stay again!

The receptionist was a very nice guy, always very helpful and kind. The room has a good size with a fridge and A/C, very clean, tidy, everything we needed. The bathroom was beautiful, with a big shower, overall spotless clean. The breakfast was nice, we could eat inside or outside. All the hotel staff was very nice, smiley and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely very clean pool area with cabanas, lounges and pleasant landscaping. Very easy to hop on a bus to get around at low cost. Breakfast was very good in a very nice clean dining area or you could sit outside on the terrace. Highly recommend this hotel as great value for what you pay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, advising us about ferry sailings and booking a taxi to the port for us. Nice swimming pool area but we could not find a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. The bed was not very comfortable in that it was on the small side for two adult people so we did not sleep well. Had to have the window closed, curtain closed and noisy air con on because the window opened onto the public corridor entrance allowing no privacy. It would have been better had we been able to leave the window open.. We left early before breakfast and the staff very kindly offered to pack us a little picnic to take with us on the early ferry. Very much appreciated.

Bus ride to Fira, use the Messeria bus stop , from the stop sign that Arlene will point out go righ to Messeria bus stop, buses dont like to stop at the left side bus stop to Fira.
