The room was nice. Got an upgrade to a kings size bed. Roof got replaced so they boarded up the windows. That was not so nice but I understand the necessity. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The only downside the scramble eggs were cold.

The carpets in the room were absolutely filthy and you could not walk on them without shoes. Our bathtub wasn’t cleaned and had hair in it. The faucet leaked so the counter filled with water every time we used it. The room reeked of mildew. The bathroom floor was slimy. Atrocious hotel.

First time visitors. We brought our two granddaughters for a sleepover with an inside pool and allow dogs. The staff was very friendly and observant. Yes, I was walking around for vending machines. The clerk noticed and guided me on my way. The pool was a hit! Clean towels waiting for you. The staff interacted with our dog. Would definitely recommend. Oh, yes, we’ll go back.

The room, with one queen bed, was a good size, with desk, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea machine. The bed was very comfortable, and all was clean. I had the pool to myself on this winter day, which was wonderful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, and fruit. Staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is right off I 395. There are many dining options within minutes drive away. The rooms are comfortable and they offer breakfast. It’s reasonably priced. We stayed here while visiting family at nearby Alexander’s Lake, which is lovely to walk around.

The only problem we had was the Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor. Reported this to front desk morning after 1st night stay. Was advised \"Working on it\" Machine was not working during our 2 day stay and had to go down to 2nd floor to get ice. Not a biggy but an inconvenience.

I was so happy to find this was a very clean full-service hotel at a reasonable price. The room was immaculate, the bed was fabulous and the rooms even had a small microwave and fridge and large TV. It was the best free breakfast included with eggs, sausage and two types of waffles and all the condiments I like. I would definitely recommend this hotel, a block off the highway and very convenient and clean. I will stay there next time i have an event in Northern RI.
