Clean and good amenities and close to beach

Great stay, enjoyed the location. Pool was nice and a shop in the reception area. Roberto was great at check in late at night. Very welcoming and helpful. Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow.

There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat.

The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nice clean apartment and housekeeping was available. A few minutes walk from the beach and shops were nearby too.

5 day april break

At first, we were very pleased with our room which was spacious, with a nice lounge area and patio and a great shower. However, the beds were uncomfortable and there were no bowls or knives to prepare food with, in the kitchen. The room was opposite the cleaners cupboard and they talked loudly from 7am. There was not daily housekeeping as advertised; our room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. The pool area was lovely but has been remodelled and there is no longer a kids pool.

Our stay was last minute as our flight home had been cancelled so needed somewhere for a few nights the apartment was lovely and the staff were so friendly the only downside was that my 9 year old daughter found a used condom in the bedside draw so cleaning is obviously not very thorough

Nice stay , was only used as a base so only slept here didn’t use any facilities. Loud in evening when people came home. Also stupid t&c’s which I never knew about gotta take your bin bag out the front door with you lol (apparently you signed something which we never did)

Nice for younger travellers

This is an interesting hotel. Great rooms and location for airport with very helpful staff. It is only for younger travelers though due to the noise of other party goers in the hotel and VERY thin walls. It could be a good stopover before or after a flight but I think it would be very frustrating if you were accommodated next to noisy neighbors.

The bed was cheap and very squeaky and the plastic sheets made for an uncomfortable. However, I was sleeping with a 17 month old so I am being picky. Overall, alright but could get very noisy.

Das Apartment war heruntergekommen und als Zudecke gab es nur ein dünnes Laken. Wir haben uns in unseren Klamotten ins Bett gelegt damit wir nicht frieren mussten. Die Küche war funktional. Leider ohne Müslischalen und Kaffeefilter. Die Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tisch war voll mit Laub und schmutzig. Wir haben dann selbst alles abgekehrt und den Tisch abgewischt. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zwei Nächte gebucht haben. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ich war jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Hotel, aber das war definitiv das letzte Mal.

Das Zimmer auf der -1 Ebene war überall voller Schimmel an den Wänden. Außerdem war die Dusche komplett kaputt. Die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen und man setzte das ganze Bad (2qm groß) unter Wasser. Es gab keine Lüftung, dort war auch überall Schimmel und die Halterung für den Duschkopf geschweige denn das warme Wasser haben nicht funktioniert.

Der Kühlschrank war ein Witz, im vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern und auch die küchenausstattung wird von Mal zu Mal beschissener.

Die Tür zur Terrasse ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, meine Mutter hat die nie aufbekommen und selbst ich hatte Schwierigkeiten.

Was schön war, uns kamen täglich Katzen besuchen da wir direkt auf der Ebene unsere Terrasse hatten, das bedeutet jedoch auch: auf der Terrasse: keine Abschirmung von Zimmernacjbarn, viel dreck durch die ganzen Bäume, Ameisen etc und MÜCKEN. Eine Plage und nur durch den Gang in die Apotheke aushaltbar.

Wenn ihr das Hotel bucht, bucht ein Zimmer ab Etage 2!

Für mich war es das letzte Mal, schade!

Habe mich spontan entschieden ein paar Tage von der Insel aus zu arbeiten und daher eine Unterkunft gesucht die meine Anforderungen und besonders eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung bietet. Grundsätzlich ist mir Ruhe wichtig und diese ist zumindest von außerhalb gegeben. Innerhalb des Gebäudes sieht es allerdings anders aus. Super super dünne Wände. Es war absolute lowseason und kurz vor Winterpause. Dementsprechend war es nicht sehr voll im Hotel.
Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für den Preis akzeptabel. Ob ich wieder komme muss ich noch mal überlegen, da die dünnen Wände wirklich extrem sind.

Wir waren zu 5. und fanden es super, dass wir ein Appartment mit zwei Zimmern buchen konnten. Das Laken als 5. Decke war unserer Meinung nach zu wenig, aber es gab Sofadecken im Schrank, die genutzt wurde, so hat es gepasst.
Negativ: Es gab leider keine Gewürze und keinen Sieb für die Nudeln, außerdem mussten wir den Müll selber wegbringen.
Die Wände waren außerdem recht dünn, man konnte sich mit den Leuten im Nebenzimmer unterhalten.
Gut: Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der öffentliche Müll war sehr nah, es gab immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der frei war, am Pool waren immer liegen frei.
Sehr nah (ca 8min zu Fuß) zum Bierkönig.

A fuir si vous comptez dormir !

Hôtel correct malgré beaucoup de choses cassées dans la chambre. Le vrai problème vient de l’isolation phonique et des touristes allemands irrespectueux faisant la fête de jour comme de nuit autour de la piscine ou dans leur chambre. Impossible donc de venir ici pour se détendre ou simplement pour essayer de dormir (le comble pour un hôtel). Face à ces nuisances le personnel est incapable de faire quoique ce soit, et prétend que c’est la première fois que cela arrive (contrairement à ce que témoignent déjà de nombreux commentaires !)

Bien pero faltaria cafetera

La estancia fue muy bien, personal amable e instalaciones adecuadas. Lo único que no habia cafetera en el apartamento y si querias tomar café tenias que bajar a recepción a pedir uno. ( cápsula de nespreso, 3 euros dos cafés) El problema es que solo estaban en recepción x la.mañana, si a la tarde querias café pues no habia opción en el hotel

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Positiv ist die Lage. Man läuft 5 Minuten zum Strand und ca 10 Minuten zur Schinkenstrasse. Einen großen mercadona erreicht man Flussläufig in ca 15 Minuten.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich super nett! Einem wird sofort geholfen, egal um welche Uhrzeit und welches Problem.

Leider ist uns die Sauberkeit negativ aufgefallen. Wir waren im gleichen Zimmer wie im letzten Jahr und anscheinend wurden die Wolldecken nicht gewaschen (an einer Wolldecke klebte immer noch das gleiche wie im letzen Jahr).
Das „Doppelbett“ ist leider überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen, da es immer auseinander rutscht und auch die Matratzen rutschen vom Bettgestell. Toilettenpapier wird leider auch nicht ausreichend aufgefüllt, das ist aber kein großes Problem, da man sich einfach welches im Supermarkt günstig kaufen kann.

Die Abzugshaube in der Küche und die Toilettenspülung hatten leider auch einen defekt welche leider zu einer nervigen Geräuschkulisse führten.

Très bon accueil et accompagnement / communication lors du séjour, personnel agréable et abordable malgré la barrière de la langue.
Hôtel situé près de la plage et d’un arrêt de bus qui va au centre de Palma.
Photos conformes à l’hôtel.
Par contre insonorisation inexistante (on entendait la télé des voisins et la descente des eaux usées dans les canalisations) et odeurs d’égouts provenant de la salle de bain.

Cheap and noisy apartment

We got the apartment on the ground floor closest to the reception, it was very noisy and the apartment was old and falling apart, you could hear the noise from the reception and whenever anyone flushed their toilet the sewage ran right next to our headboard... Kitchen was very bare, not even a frying pan. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly and the flush kept on leaking (bathroom had a permanent sewage smell). The bedsheets had holes and one of the covers had a very big old stain. The only positive note was that the staff was very nice and easy to deal with.

Die Wohnung war sehr gross, und man hatte sehr viel Platz. Sogar Netflix war vorhanden. Die Dame an der Reception mit Holländischem Akzent war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check out haben wir ein Taxi verlangt an der Reception welches nach 4 Minuten in der Unterkunft eingetroffen ist.

Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Gros problème d insonorisation

Chambre spacieuse avec cuisine séparée pratique, grande terrasse, vue dégagée (petite vue mer), bon emplacement. Par contre gros problème d insonorisation : c'est comme si on partageait notre chambre avec les 2 d à côté...et l hôtel etant très prisé par les groupes de jeunes qui viennent faire la fête, les nuits ont été horribles (bruits de meubles, rires, chants, conversations qui résonnent à toute heure de la nuit). Conclusion : bien pour les fêtards (qui pourront dessouler au bord de la piscine) mais pas pour les familles.
