We were extremely disappointed with our stay. After a long day of traveling with our family, we checked into this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable room. Instead, as soon as we entered the bathroom, we found stains at the bottom of the bathtub, and when we lifted the bath mat, there was hair underneath it inside the tub. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned.
The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything appeared old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious upkeep. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there, especially with our family, so we left just minutes after checking in and had to find another hotel at the last minute.
The only positive part of our experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, understanding, and processed our refund without any issues, which we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.
