Breakfast was disappointing as options were extremely limited. If you wanted omelet or scrambled eggs there was a cost of €3
No fridge in our room but we used the small fridges in the common area where bottled water was kept. No problem as hardly any guests at the time. Parking can be an issue but we lucked out and found parking close by each day. The hotel in a good spot. Quiet but extremely close to many stores and restaurants and sites.

Beautiful Stay

The stay was amazing. The host are very nice and provided information about the city and transportation. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. We did not eat dinner at the property, but they do offer vegan and gluten free options. This property is simply elegant, but not in a pretentious manner. It is clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a lovely property all the conveniences but with old world charm! They went above and beyond, from doing laundry, scheduling taxi’s excellent friendly staff! I could not have asked for a better experience. If we ever come back we will stay again! Will definitely recommend.

Loved this place. A bit of a hike to the old town but not an issue for me.
Breakfast was satisfactory. No change from day to day.
Option to have dinner at a special guest rate was best decision I made. Been traveling through Europe for a month now. This was the best meal and a great value.
Only gripe—- for such an excellent accommodation, they have perhaps the worse towels in all of Europe. Extremely coarse.
Would definitely stay again though!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. We had two rooms with bathrooms (one of them was massive). The two rooms joined together like a suite and we had 2 balconies. Felt luxurious but not expensive. Great air con and plenty of cold water available. Very helpful, friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. Good central location.

Lovely experience!

We had a brilliant time and would recommend to others. The hotel is well located, about 20 mins pleasant walk to the heart of town, and peaceful and quiet at night. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and we felt really welcome. The room was cool and comfy and came with an outside terrace which was very private. We slept really well! It's lovely to be able to use the restaurant as well when staying.

Pleasant Stay

Locanda is located in an older property that has a lot of charm. Loved the breakfasts each morning served in a very gracious setting with homemade yogurts & jams, fruits, cereals etc. Attached to the b&b is a restaurant that seems to have a following, reservations are needed. An older property but clean with a very nice vibe. The staff were lovely people who have an impressive collection of books with a system in place so that they can be lent out.

Hope To Return

Anne was a joy to meet and her property is a beauty. On street parking is fine and bus stop just 2 minutes away. Hopefully, we will return as it poured with rain in our few hours in the city. I know there is much to see and the atmosphere in the city brilliant.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Man ist vom Flughafen schnell im Hotel und von dort in 5 min zu Fuß in der City. Nachts kann es etwas lauter werden, da die Fenster nicht isoliert sind.

Wonderful Hotel for a great cause

Our stay at Locanda dei Buoni e Cattivi was lovely. The people are wonderful and took very good care of us. It’s worth reading up on their cause. It felt great to support it. The restaurant is wonderful and worth booking. It has a play corner for kids which was great with our 3yr old.
We stayed in room “Rosmarino” truly a beautiful space. The living room adjacent to our room felt like our private extension to the room.

Ett perfekt hotell på Sardinien

Hotellet ett utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till många trevliga restauranger. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, man kände sig verkligen välkommen. Det fanns en fin frukost med ett flertal produkter som var gjorda i hotellets kök, t ex marmelad och eget bröd.
Badrummet var rent och snyggt och den dagliga städningen av rummet var mycket bra.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, tout en étant proche du centre ville et desservi par des bus. La décoration est belle, les chambres sont propres, lumineuses et spacieuses, le petit-déjeuner est très complet, le personnel est très aimable et soucieux de notre confort.
J'ai communiqué avant le séjour avec notre hôte qui est d'une très grande gentillesse, agréable et souriante.
Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement et y retournons lors d'un prochain séjour à Cagliari.

Ha il fascino tipico di una villa d'epoca,che tuttavia non a tutti puó piacere,ma al tempo stesso diverse cose da rivedere.Non si possono infatti pagare 110 euro per una suite che ha un letto matrimoniale con due materassi che appena ci si corica sopra si dividono e resta un solco nel letto.Sanitari vecchio stile,bagno anacronistico.
Personale moto gentile,buona la colazione anche se con poca scelta.Non credo ci ritornerei.

Confort ed eleganza

Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte in questo B&B e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti.
La struttura è ben tenuta, elegante e confortevole. La nostra stanza aveva un terrazzino molto grazioso che abbiamo tanto apprezzato e che ci ha fatto finire in bellezza la nostra permanenza in città. La colazione era gustosa e variegata. I dolci di loro produzione ed anche le marmellate, yogurt e crema di nocciole simil nutella . La posizione molto centrale e vicina alle principali attrazioni della città, oltre che tranquilla ed elegante.
La proprietaria, una signora francese molto distinta e cortese ,ci ha aiutato nella scelta delle visite da fare fornendoci anche delle mappe. Da subito ci siamo complimentati con lei e se dovessimo ritornare a Cagliari sicuramente ritorneremo in questa struttura.

L'albergo è frutto di una intelligente ristrutturazione di una casa anni '70 in una bella zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa molto vicina al centro città. L'arredo,la biancheria, gli accessori, tutto fa pensare di stare a casa più che in un hotel perché l'atmosfera è molto calda e accogliente.
