The hotel was clean and friendly. The elevator is small, which was a bit inconvenient for the guest who carries large items. I had requested a king-sized bed, but the bed provided was definitely smaller than what I expected for a king-sized bed.

The place is located adjacent to businesses that cater to party crowds including \"motels\" not family friendly. Although it was interesting that in a couple of blocks you find a university and other tech research centers and labs. Getting in and out of the underground parking was unusually difficult. The carpet in the hallway seemed old, the windows in the hallway were open and the air was humid. The room itself was clean, no complaints there.

Top Cloud was lovely - clean, organized, and quiet. I was there specifically for work and was able to work uninterrupted, which I really appreciated!
Not all of the staff speak English, which can be challenging sometimes if an issue comes up. Everyone is more than willing to help and are really friendly. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The science museum isn't far. There's a bus stop close by as well so you can get around easily.

we stayed at Top Cloud for 4 nights and the hotel was wonderful, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was cheap yet tasty and filling and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Location is the only downside as there weren’t any locations close by for lunch or dinner (taxis are cheap and reliable though and can get you to the popular districts quickly). Barring the location, I’d highly recommend Top Cloud to anyone visiting Gwangju.

베딩은 최고여서 여기 이용하다 다른 곳에서 잘때는 매우 불편함. 전반적인 소프트워에에 섬세함이 있고 어매니티 종류가 다양해서 급하게 가도 큰 불편함이 없음. VIP서비스도 남달라 만족함. 아쉬운 점은 30박이상 숙박했어도 무료 업그레이드는 1번, 생일 달에2번 해줬던 같음. 금액 준다 말하면 룸 여유가 있어도 무료로 해준다고 하지 않고 단골에게 인색한 편임. 심지어 레이트체크아웃도 VIP서비스인데 금액 지불하라고 했음. (추후 내가 직점 확인해서 알려주니 그때 인정함) 차량은 실내 주차장 자리가 나도 옮겨주지 않고 민물나라에 그냥 세워줌. 조식이 예전에 비해 많이 부실해졌음. 최근 주방장이 바뀐듯 함.샐러드의 신선도가 떨어지고 전반적으로 음식의 간이 달라짐.그래도 주방장님은 이번 분이 매우 친절하심

출장으로 여자 혼자 묵은 숙소인데, 전체적으로 찜찜했습니다.
1. 냉장고를 열었더니 제가 먹지도 않은 먹다남은 소주병이 있었습니다. 얼마나 청소를 제대로 하지 않으신 건지 알 수 있는 대목이죠? 기본적으로 생수를 채워넣으려고 열어보셨다면 당연히 확인 가능한 부분일텐데 말입니다.
냉장고 내부도 매우 오염되어있는 상태여서 안 뜯은 생수조차 찜찜해서 먹기 싫었습니다.
2. 침대 위에 '탑클라우드호텔'만의 장점이 프린트되어 올라가있죠? 접어서 침대위에 올려두시는데, 얼마나 많이 재활용을 했는지 그 종이에 음식물이 튄 부분이 적나라하게 있는데도 침대위에 올려져있었습니다. 청결담당하시는 분 성함까지 적혀있었는데, 진짜로 담당하시는거 맞나요? 침대도 찜찜했습니다.
3. 분명 객실이 널널하여 업그레이드를 해주시겠다고 하셨는데, 복층이라 거절했던 기억이 있는데요, 널널한데도 불구하고 객실을 몰아서 배정해주셨나봅니다.
어디 유흥업소에 종사하시는 분들이 온 느낌이었는데 윗층인지 옆호실인지 모르겠지만 비명에 가까운 신음소리에 가구가 들썩이는 소리때문에 단 한숨도 잠을 자지 못하고 새벽일찍 체크아웃 했었던 기억이 나네요.

코너룸이라 편하게 묵고 왔어요! 부모님 모시고 간 여행이라 침대가 편한 곳으로 호텔을 잡았는데 대만족이었어요ㅎㅎ전 엑스트라 베드에서 잤는데도 편하게 잤어요!! 캐리어에 넣느라 구겨진 옷도 스타일러 써서 펴고 화장실도 넓고 쾌적하구요~ 복층이었는데 위 아래 다 티비가 있고 에어컨도 시원해서 좋았어요ㅎㅎ
