COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

Modernt hotell med möjlighet till bra vandring. Vi behövde sen check-in och det löstes genom ett telefonsamtal (be roboten som svarar att koppla dig till receptionen) och nycklarna fanns i en keybox vilket var perfekt! Vi vandrade upp till närmsta alptopp (över 2000m) vilket var fantastiskt! Vi hade bara tänkt stanna en natt men vi förlängde vistelsen till 2 nätter. Fanns två laddare till elbil vilket vi utnyttjade.

Ordinärt hotell som skulle tjänat på smartare inredning så känslan av slitet inte så snabbt skulle infinna sig. Tyvärr ingen AC och med kedjerökande grannar så går det inte ha öppet fönster/balkong. Kanske vore bra att profilera sig som ett hotell fritt från rökning och få mer sunda gäster?

Questo hotel è una sicurezza, ci andiamo sempre 1 o 2 volte l'anno. Si dorme e si mangia bene, ha la vista sulle piste da sci e in 5 minuti a piedi sei allo stabilimento termale. Stra consigliato!!!

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstüre, das sehr geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind war. Besonderes gefallen hat uns, dass Bad und Toilette in 2 separaten Räumen waren im Familienzimmer jeweils 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder waren.
Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nach 8 Tagen doch eintönig, da es immer die gleichen Wurst- und Käsesorten gab. Hier wäre Abwechslung wünschenswert.

Dårligt værelse til 3 personer
Som sådan et ok hotel. Fine nye værelser til 2 personer, MEN absolut ikke til 3 voksne som vi havde bestilt til. Den 3. seng var en lille lav og spinkel feltseng med en tynd madras som abolut ikke kan anbefales til personer over 10 år. Desuden var værelset meget lille så der var næsten ikke plads til denne ekstra seng. Resultatet blev da også at vi måtte leje et ekstra værelse. Desværre uden ret meget forståelse fra personalet. Morgenmaden var dog ok med et pænt udvalg.

Super fint hotel og lækker morgenmad. Vi føler os dog lidt ført bag lyset mht pool. Der er billeder af pools i beskrivelsen af hotellet, men det er noget man skal betale i dyre domme for at benytte andre steder i byen. Jeg valgte netop hotellet pga pool.

La posizione e la zona relax (palestrina e sauna) ottime, l'aver trovato la stanza con il muro accanto al letto tutto macchiato da uno sversamento di liquido fatto da qualche cliente maleducato, comunque chi esegue le pulizie, dovrebbe comunicare alla direzione il problema e provvedere al risanamento e qualche attenzione in più sul buffet.
