Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.
The room looked like it had not been updated since the 1970s.
The TV didn't work and I felt like it had to do with the connection to the satellite, but we couldn't get it to connect. The lady at the front desk didn't know what to do so she just gave us another remote control to try.
The phone in the room did not connect to the front desk so I had to walk down there several times.
Only one of the outlets worked in the room.
The water in the shower was opposite what it should be-right was hot and left was cold.
There was toilet paper stuffed around the ceiling tile above the sink, for some reason.
In the laundry room, the washer worked so we washed my son's clothes, but the dryer did not, so his clothes that he had to wear the next day, were wet and had to hand to dry in the room.
And after all of that, I had plugged my phone charger in on the other side of the room in the only outlet that worked and ended up forgetting it. I called the front desk when I got home and was told by the lady that she would go look for it and send it to me or call me back if it wasn't there. I never got a call back and never received my charger so I called back after a week and she told me it wasn't there. She never bothered calling to let me know and I KNOW IT WAS THERE.

To be honest for the price it should be called a motel. My sink leaked so I couldn't use it. Bathroom wasn't cleaned before I arrived. And I was charged twice on a deposit I didn't know about until I got there ( I paid online before arriving). Breakfast was okay but very limited. Overall if you need a place to lay your head for a night it's okay but I wouldn't recommend it.

Avoid this place. We got bedbugs bites, rooms were not ready when checked in, waited 2 hrs to get the rooms ready, dirty linen were left in front of rooms all the stay, there was no wifi as it was advertised, rooms were overpriced $300 more than regular fare, pool was dirty, peeling paint from wall, we asked for more towels they never delivered, they claimed they don’t have housekeeping available, some front desk employees were not nice to deal with, they took advantage of graduation season, we didn’t feel welcome.

The ONLY redeeming features were Tammy at the front desk and the nice housekeeping lady. The ONLY reason that I didn't check out was that there were no other places available and my bar is set pretty low.

Truly, you'd have to experience it to believe it and I don't recommend that. You're better off not knowing.

The first room I was given had ants crawling all over the air conditioner unit…nope, not doing that. The desk clerk changed my room and went with me to check on it, it was better until it came time to turn on the TV…unconnected, the remote buttons didn’t work and I went to call the front desk for help, the phone didn’t work either. I walked to the office, the clerk called some staff person to come figure out the TV, but that person never showed up. I called them twice to find out what was happening (I used my cell phone to call the main number) and got no help other than “she’s busy and will get to you” but no. Very annoying!

This property is completely outdated in some of its rooms. Things are actually held together with tape. No comforter on the bed they did have a blanket in between two sheets that was on the bed. Stains on the furniture very bad things on the furniture. The room I stayed in the door had a gap in it wide enough where you can see daylight out into the parking lot. I happened to walk around the outside of the building on the front of the building and the Eve is riding off the front of the building. Owner is very rude and disrespectful. After I had already made my reservations I showed up and they charged me a $50 deposit for it incidentals is what they called it. I did get it back. But I was very surprised at that. I'm surprised Wyndham has anything to do with this place. And I give reviews for a lot of motels and hotels and this has to be one of the worst ones I've ever stayed in 💯

The springs were popping in the mattress and the mattress creaked whenever you moved and it was very hard and outdated. I would stay here again...LOL...but I would probably bring a mattress topper.

Elderly hotel has deferred maintenance issues ;[ ie, needs upgrade mattress; ours was lumpy ,the blanket has been fried in a dryer was crispy! & needs new tile in the bathroom, ours was cracked . Needs a taller toilet, hardly anyone is a 5 ft tall adult anymore]. In our sink area the wall behind the TV IS HAZARDOUS if you turn too quick; you bang into it. OTHERWISE THE CARPET , THE SHEETS THE COVERLET; THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

The property is very old; needs renovation. No handicap ramps or parking accessible to my room. Very high steps into room and curb from parking lot onto sidewalk. The carpet should have been replaced years ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave a day early and had already paid.

Old place that needs a facelift. Not very busy, so I can see why continental breakfast was lacking. No meat or eggs on offer. Lots of noise from highway - motel really close. Staff is awesome. The property is old and in need of update. VERY uncomfortable beds and I would recommend disinfecting the room before sitting things down. A bit pricey for the stay considering the buildings condition and the rooms in general.

No matter what room you are assigned, you can pull right up to your door, even on the second floor! They have designed a driveway to go up to the second level, so no stairs. As a person with a disability, I REALLY appreciated this! Everything was wonderful, except the bed; the mattress was way too soft and my back was a wreck the next morning. Otherwise, great stay!

Terrible

Service was not able to prep rooms so they said the room we reserved was not available until we tried to cancel. Then the correct room became available. Internet did not work. Horrible outside appearance.

I booked 2 rooms that were supposed to have 2 Queen beds in each, but they were double beds instead. Our TV never worked even after 5 attempts by the maintenance guy.

Tv didn’t work in the first room so we had to carry our stuff to another room. The second room didn’t have a functioning toilet. Also, there were some creepy people staying at the hotel. The WiFi also didn’t work. Room also had a gross stain on the curtain—not very clean.

I was unsure about this hotel since the ratings were not that good. We had no choice since there was a graduation in the area and nothing else was available. To my Suprise everything was great. The rooms clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We stayed in the front section of the hotel where someone complained about the traffic noise, but we did not hear any noises.

Mountain Views

The staff was very accommodatiing and allowed me a late check out. My room was clean and the overall experience was a good value. I was on a motorcycle so the fact that I could park outside my room and keep an eye on my bike was a plus.

Property was ok for the most part. Not much open after 10pm. Have to drive about 10 minutes just to find something after that hour. Room was ok, but there was a dirty undershirt left behind. From desk staff friendly.
