츠텐카쿠와 신세카이가 바로 앞이고
에비스쵸와 신이마미야 사이라서 교통도 매우 좋죠.
난바는 덴덴타운 구경하며 슬슬 걸어가면 됩니다.
당연히 직원분들은 친절하시죠.
내년에도 오사카를 방문할텐데
매우 특별한 변수가 없으면 이곳에 있을 겁니다.

Budget-friendly option in Osaka

A budget-friendly option converted from an old apartment building. The two bedroom apartment was extremely compact, but includes everything we needed - a small kitchen with basic cookware and microwave, and a washer machine.

Location wise, it does put you within a 5–10 minute walk of the subway. However, the neighborhood areas felt neither very clean nor especially safe.

The flat was very easy to find and access with clear instructions from owners. Direct metro link to shin-osaka station and 5min walk thereafter. Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. Flat had everything we needed for a 5 night stay, it was secure and clear instructions given for an easy stay. Would recommend for small family, we were 2 adults and a teen and the flat was big enough for our stay. We would return if ever get opportunity to visit Japan again.

The staff was kind and helpful. They placed our luggage delivered by Yamato Transport in our room. They also provided Yamato Transport Services for our luggage to be delivered. This apartment is good for 2 - 3 people in 1 room. The washing machine and the laundry detergent provided was great.

Love this flat. It's more like an airbnb type which is good since it has a full kitchen. The flat is really clean. The elevator is a little small but can pretty much fit 3 people with 3 large luggages. The location is great! Just across is the shinsekai which gives you a lot of option for food! 5 minutes walk away from Don quijote and Metro Stations. There's also a nice coin laudry 2 minutes away!

Great location with many things in walking distance. Room was a little small with only places to really sit were outside or on the beds. Loved the balcony view but highlight was the washing machine and drying room, was fantastic to be able to wash clothes in room with clothes drying overnight with the handy room settings. Staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our bags with them and when we came back to check in the bags were waiting in our room

The property is right for the 3 of us. I liked that it is a walking distance from nearest station, Lawson, Osaka Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower. The room is spacious for the 3 of us to move. The beds are comfortable and amenities provided. liked that there is a washer and drying is available in the washroom. We liked everything. The only negative comment was that when we first get in the unit, we can smell smoke when the unit is non-smoking? I felt that the management or cleaner should check and make sure they get rid of the smell before another occupant gets in. Overall our stay is excellent.

Close to everything specially the train station. Local ang JR trains are about 5 minutes walk...very convenient. Don Quiote is 5 minutes away for a cheap shopping experience. Everywhere you go there are convenience stores and restaurants.

But the best part is they provided everything you need at your stay.

Everything was wonderful! Loved the room , just enough for 3 people . Very cozy . The kitchen had everything that was needed and anything else we needed extra wise was available in the lobby. The only thing was that the washer / dryer didn’t completely dry the clothes . But the clothingwrack helped with drying. Another thing was we wished the front desk would be opened earlier and stayed open longer . Couldn’t grab our luggage’s for 3 days straight .

Very close to a metro station and easy to commute/walk to Namba which is lovely. Flat was on the small side. Main bedroom small which made it difficult to get out of bed in the night. Lots of additional free services that are available which was great ie mobile wifi box, bikes, rice cooker etc. Shower was fantastic and even had a washing machine. Close to Lawson convenience store. Noise from upstairs flat was quite loud with the children running around. Overall a great location to travel to Universal Studios. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Osaka.

The Hotel is located near a running-down district, so the immediate environment was a pleasant one. However, very close to several major shopping areas (Namba: 2km walk, so walking is better than taking a train; Q-mall: 1 train station away; Tsūtenkaku Tower: 5 min walk). The room was smaller than I thought, but compared to other hotels, it is a big one. Yet, not fully vacuumed. The good thing about this hotel is that you can wash your clothes and dry every day free of charge.

Located at a quiet street but close to a tram way so you may occasionally hear the tram at night, but a big problem unless you are very super sensitive to noise. It’s close to underground station, family mart, a big restaurant area with drug stores just adjacent to the hotel so it’s very easy to find something to eat or shop for skin cares products.

The hotel room is comparatively “big”, we hv 3 people, there is a double bed room with sliding door for 2 people and the living room has a single bed, surprisingly there’s also a sliding door divided the living room and the kitchen area so it turned out a spacious bedroom and all of us have privacy at night while sleeping.
After checkout and flied back to our country, my friend noticed that he has left his necklace in bedroom by his own fault, hotel staff is very helpful, they found it and help to courier back within 3 days. Super service.
Though it’s not close to the center area of Osaka, it’s a nice, safe and clean hotel for people who want budget travel.

해외여행이 처음인 남동생과 함께 3박 4일간 지냈어용
숙소가 굉장히 깨끗하고 방도 2개인데다 둘이 쓰기에 넓어서 아주 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다!
그래서 체크아웃할때까지 최대한 깨끗히 사용하려고 노력했어요
화장실도 욕실도 너무 깨끗하고 정갈했구요
1층에서 준비되어있는 많은 양의 수건과 대여할 수 있는 우산들이 있는게 정말 감동이었어요!
준비해주신 덕분에 우산을 사지 않고 잘 이용했습니다!
그리고 셀프 체크인/체크아웃이라 편했어요
다음에 오사카를 가게 된다면 또 예약하고 싶습니다!
여느 호텔보다도 만족스러웠어요 :)

The owner/operator of the property was very nice and helpful. We got a room for three people and there were two rooms with a full functioning kitchen. It is pretty much like a small two bedroom apartment which it really amazing. The room was very cleaning and we help ourselves to the amenities and towels downstairs which I actually prefer. Overall the experience was amazing, 10/10 would stay again!

최상층 9층 배정해주셔서 감사드리고 베란다에서 흡연이 가능해서 너무 좋았고 통천각이 정면으로 잘보일 뿐만 아니라 아래에는 전차도 다녀서 뷰도 대단히 만족스러웠습니다.

5일을 머물렀습니다 위치가 좋으며, 인프로가 좋으며 심지어 숙소 1분거리에 새벽1시까지 하는 노란색간판의 꼬치집도 있습니다. 시설은깨끗하고 새탁기 세제등 가정집처럼 모든 것들이 있었습니다. 타울이 필요한 만큼 가저다 쓸 수도 있습니다.
메니저님도 친철하고 체크아웃 후에도 짐보관도 해주십니다.

家族旅行で利用しました。

駅から徒歩圏内で、部屋は広く（ベッドルームに加えて、荷物を置く用の部屋もありました）、バストイレ別、タオルやパジャマは必要な分だけ確保でき、借りられるものは充実のラインナップ、なんと浴室乾燥機もありました。

特に素晴らしかったのは掃除が行き届いていたこととフロントの方が親切だったことです（チェックインの日は少し早めについたのですが寒空で雨模様でした。”雨空の中、チェックインの時間まで待たなければいけないのか～”としょんぼりしていましたが、フロントの方が気を利かせてくれ、少し早めに部屋に入れてくれました：タイミングがよかったこともあったのでしょうが）。

ホテルがある場所は大阪の下町であり、人は選ぶかもしれませんが、通天閣ビューのこの部屋は本当に素晴らしかったです。また利用したいです！

住宿七天完全不會來打掃，垃圾跟回收也要自己打包丟到一樓，行李要輪流在走道上打開，空間不大，通天閣附近流浪漢比較多要小心
