This hotel was extremely noisy and far below the standard you would expect for the high price they charge. It did not match the description at all. Although they offered complimentary drinks and ramen, the poor quality and overcrowded environment completely took away any desire to try them. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very convenient, with hot springs plus complimentary ramen and drinks every evening. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of travelling.
A special mention to the chef at the ramen bar: we arrived very late with a tired toddler, right at closing time, and she kindly made us a special vegetarian ramen. She even remembered us each night after — incredibly sweet and thoughtful.
The hotel is also very kid-friendly, with toys and everything you need for a toddler. The reception team went above and beyond, especially when helping us recover a pushchair that had already been collected by Amazon’s courier just one day before our flight. Thanks to their dedication, it was returned to us the same day. We’re truly grateful to the team (especially those were helping us on the pushchair return) for such outstanding care and hospitality.

The hotel is well located right on a tourist spot and very close to a subway station, with plenty of eateries around and Namba is nearby.
The main issue we had during our stay was the fellow guests at the time. They were rather rude and rowdy, showing little mutual respect to others, plus the common area for breakfast and leisure is rather congested with little space in between.
To the hotels credit, it provides a few free amenities for guests including happy hour with drinks including alcohol, and night time noodle. Also, it has communal bath provided though it's in an annex block.

We really enjoyed our stay. In addition to everything you would expect from a hotel and a good breakfast, the extras arranged in the lobby/breakfast area just gave the hotel more energy.

The free juices, tea and coffee in the lobby meant it was a good respite from the heat between activities. When they say they offer free alcohol they mean it, there is a wide range but I didn't see any signs of drunkenness from the other guests. The free ice-cream was popular with all, young and old.

The hotel also holds different free activities every day but they didn't align with our timings so I can't comment.

I would strongly recommend popping in for the 9pm noodles just for the entertainment value: it is bedlam, in a good way.

It is worth noting that whilst the Japanese staff were as polite as is universal across Japan, the non Japanese guests when we visited could not all be described as such. A good place for amateur cultural anthropology.

It was a fair hotel. Quite hectic in the mornings in the breakfast area. Busy time of the year I guess. Rooms were clean but kinda small. Asked for another pair of pyjamas, towels and slippers but were not given any. They said they gave us enough. But we had three people in our room and were only provided two. Our room was fairly clean but the halls smelt funny, like cigarettes and smelly carpets. The area was super cool though. Walkable! The train station a minute away! Super convenient!

Nothing but good words for the hotel itself, as it is convenient and close to the metro. The facilities are great with onsen, area for food and drinks and attentive staff. As for the hotel guests, this rather ruined the ambience and our experience. The majority of the hotel guests during our stay were loud, rude, and highly unaware of this behaviour. I would only recommend this hotel during off peak seasons as loud guests ruined this hotel for us.

Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable.

The location is very convenient as it is just next to the Metro exit 5. Also, it only takes 9 mins walk to the Kizu seafood market. Also, it is walkable to different attractions such as Tsutenkaku Tower and the Nipponbashi. There is a supermarket next door.
However, it is very crowded and the management is not strict enough. We found that other guests smoked but nothing the staff can do.

The hotel was in a great location. Subway a two minute walk. The Hitachi Tower was a five minute walk. The hotel had a free happy hour daily as well as free ice cream and a featured ramen daily. I really enjoyed the cultural activities..a different one every day. Great photo op on the rooftop.

We had an amazing time on our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal walking distance to all the Osaka highlights. Train station right at the door when required. Free ice cream, drinks and ramen. The hot springs is wonderful. All the amenities and facility was as advertised. Washer and dryer located on level 2 for ¥300 per load. Great value and convenience. Plenty of food available in the area too.

Very good! The hotel provides free ice-cream, coffee and tea all day, alcoholic drinks from 15:30 - 20:30 and ramen everyday from 21:00. Please check with the reception before. Can’t say that those are very good in quality but given it is free of charge, it is very good activities to gather with friends and families in the area. It is very close to the train station, just at the corner next to the hotel: there are so many restaurants and convenience stores beside. I will definitely book the hotel again

Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay!

Lots of food options outside. Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. House keeping staff left dirty towels & rubbish in hallways which isn’t nice to look at. Near a fire station so heard sirens at night, can be busy in lobby & lifts due to tour buses but not too bad.

The hotel was good. I would actually stay again because of the amenities. They do a couple of freebies on the weekend. Not sure if they do it on the weekday as we stayed on the weekend. The room was very clean for a very busy hotel. I felt like they maintained cleaning standards even though it is so high traffic. They offer private onsens. Yes you pay for it but it was nice that it was offered because Japan is not tattoo friendly at all. At almost all places tattoos are not allowed in the public bath side. And not many hotels offer private bath/onsen options.

The only thing that was a slight turn off but hey I get it, it was during the freebie hours in the evening the lobby restaurant area gets jammed packed. But hey for free alcohol and then free ramen…. Totally understandable. lol.

I stayed in Osaka… its perfectly located just across Shinsekai , station Ebisucho, Hotel is huge , shoots way anove its price 10 blocks from the Ota road, gets a bit sketchy with porn stores and that kind of things, but as with most places in Japan is super safe, 20 blocks from Dotombori, Hotel has deck on the 18th floor with a pretty sweet view of the city, has an Anex with public baths though you can rent private ones at 2000Y/hour. offers Breakfast Buffet of very high quality both Japanese and International, after 15:00 offers open bar with beer , Sake, and lots of other drinks, you can bring your own food if you so want, then at 21:00 is all you can eat ramen, which is decent considering its included. Only problem is it can get really crowded , but staff manages it beautifully,

Everything is good here. The only down side is the amount of Koreans that doesn’t observe local etiquette. Especially at the public bath house, several of them just entered the communal bath without rinsing or bathing themselves. Avoid getting out of the hotel at 8 am. The lobby is like a scene of “train to Busan”.

Hotel has free onsen, noodles, ice cream, drinks and mid shelf alcohol. Yes all for free. It has a local mart nearby and is a 1min walk to the brown K line Ebisucho. It’s a very very nice n convenient place. However over tourism totally spoilt the experience for me.

Understand that such a big hotel requires your groups to survive. At the very least ask the tour guides to teach the groups on local etiquettes. When in Rome do as the Romans do.

The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay

Does not feel cozy at all. The hotel is more like a factory. Busloads of foreign tourists coming all at once. The common area feels and look like a factory cafeteria. The area is not the best in town but it still feels safe with a metro station close by. So definitely not the kind of hotel that will give a memorable experience, but still a decent hotel.

Nice on the hardware, location & staffs, but...

A rather new hotel with all the necessities, location wise is good to access all the major location and metro is virtually next to the hotel. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast is not grand, but is do serve the purpose. Bed and pillow are rather comfy. Come with spa, but not an onsen with natural hot spring, but again do serve the purpose if you want a bit of relaxation (when the place is not packed). Majority of the staffs are extremely helpful, and do want to give a praise to one of their front desk staff - Mr. Cheng, he do walk extra miles to make sure we have a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The only flaw is the quality of some of the guests, do not really respect the other guests, the local culture and lack of some basic manner, rather noisy when they gathered around, do not oblige to the rules from the hotel and totally abused the hospitality provided by the hotel, very disappointed and do found it a bit annoying. Which leave me with a lot of reservation whether I should come back to stay on my next visit to Osaka.
