It was the second time I stayed in this hotel, but this time the check-in process was slow. The receptionist does not seem to be enjoying his job. Also, for a room with 3-4 people, leaving a half-used toilet paper seemed like a lack of attention.

O Hotel é bom, mas a manutenção é muito precária. Fiz o check-in, meu quarto estava com o ar-condicionado com a tampa levantada e não estava funcionando. Trocaram de quarto, para o que fui, porta-xampu vazio e sem toalha de rosto( essa dizem que não fornecem, não entendi). Pela manhã fui para a Academia e o principal equipamento estava quebrado. Uma pena , um hotel bom, mas com falhas na manutenção e gestão de tudo isso.

O quarto nao foi limpo tão pouco arrumado a cama. Faltou agua 2 dias mas me ofereceram mudar de apto. O cafe da manhã no primeiro dia os paes estavam bem secos e os bolos também. Tudo parecia bonito, porém algumas coisas secas. Os funcionários da recepcao foram altamente educados.

Ficamos no segundo andar e no térreo tem algumas espreguiçadeiras fixadas no teto que ao balançar propaga barulho no quarto. Água mineral só em lata, desvantagem pelo volume e preço. O preço um pouco acima para média em Ribeirão. Diária no local por 364,00.

Já quando cheguei havia fila para o check In e apenas dois funcionários. Ao chegar no quarto, o ar condicionado estava quebrado e a televisão desligava a cada dois minutos. Trocamos de quarto, mas o problema com a televisão persistiu, ou seja, impossível assistir TV porque a cada dois minutos desligava e não era nada relacionado à programação. No dia do check out os dois elevadores que serviam o nosso prédio estavam quebrados.

Segunda e última estadia. Reservei um quarto superior, chegamos em torno das 00:30. E não tinha mais o quarto que reservamos. Mesmo assim tivemos que pagar pelo valor do superior ( pq segundo o atendente esse valor para eles era o do quarto menor) e do superior era mais caro. Mas teria que ser pelo preço do aplicativo, ja que foi o meio que fiz a reserva. Enfim o quarto que ficamos era pequeno, o chuveiro era pequeno, depois de um tempo caiu a chave da luz. Religamos e fomos dormir, as 4:00 da manha acordamos por conta do calor, e vimos que tinha caido novamente. Pedimos a mudança de quarto, a primeira chave nao abria a porta, tive que ir novamente a recepção. Estava exausta. Ou seja foi horrível nossa 2° e ultima experiência. Fiquei muito chateada de fazer uma reserva e não ter o quarto. Independente do horário que chegamos o quarto tinha que estar a nossa disposição, já que se nós nao fossemos, teríamos que pagar de qualquer forma.

Não gostei dessa experiência.
Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo em uma unidade da IBIS, porém desta vez não gostei do atendimento,(muito demorado e recepcionista sem empatia alguma), era quinta feira,o hotel não estava cheio mas a recepcionista nos colocou em um quarto de fundo onde a única vista era a parece do prédio ao lado, só tinha uma única toalha sendo que éramos um casal, e a TV era antiga, não era como o da outra unidade da IBIS que podíamos espelhar. O Vaso estava entupido, mas consegui desintupir depois de horas. Essa unidade deveria seguir o mesmo padrão de excelência da unidade IBIS da vila do golfe onde fomos muito bem atendidos e tivemos uma boa experiência.

O Hotel e ótimo, no melhor padrão Ibis que ja encontrei, boa localização, quarto muito bom, boa intenet, canais a cabo, excelente. Mas o atendimento foi pessimo, pq simplismente me cobraram duas vezes pela hospedagem, sim, me cobraram no chekin e no Checkout, tudo pq a maquininha deu erro, sendo que da minha conta foi debitado duas vezes o valor de 272 reais, e ao tentar ressarcimento, eu tenho que provar o erro deles, precisei juntar documentação extrato bancario, passar e mail e agora preciso aguardar a boa vontade do hotel.

Me hospedo nesse hotel pelo menos uma vez por mes desde 2019 e ultimamente está recorrente acordar as 8h com as camareiras conversando em alto tom na frentes dos quartos, conversas pessoais, risadas, usando telefone e etc. Já reclamei em ocasiões anteriores e nada é feito, uma total falta de respeito com os hospedem e no meu caso que venho a trabalho e tenho um horario de trabalho noturno, tenho que acordar cedo, pois elas querem ficar conversando, ficam 2 a 3 camareiras batendo papo até alguem abrir a porta e gritar para fazer silencio, ontem foi uma hospede que reclamou e hoje fui eu. O café da manha é otimo, porem se for tomar café após as 9:30 voce conta com a sorte, em dois dias não consegui comer ovo mexido, pois estava fazia, reposição demorada ou inexistente, não havia açucar, colher, desastroso, enquanto isso a equipe de funcionarios do hotel na bancada tomando seu café (isso não é incomodo e é direito), o que mais incomoda que ninguem percebe, nem olham para o lado para saber se está tudo bem. Vou procurar outra opção de hotel, inclusive os funcionarios do meu time que tambem se hospedam aqui mensalmente serão orientados a mudar de hotel.
