Very nice, small, apparently family run hotel with a big room with a sofa and queen bed. It's a bit too far to walk to the center of town, but it is located in a quiet area and has free parking. The included breakfast is excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even cooked eggs to order for us. The hotel restaurant offers a traditional German dinner menu. Our only issue is the stairs are somewhat steep. The staff are very helpful and kind.

Nicely renovated boutique hotel with excellent restaurants. The rooms are very simple and dont represent the charme of the property. Little details such as a small Christmas tree were appreciated. No elevator, so difficult with heavy luggage. The restaurant is delightful and def. worth a visit. Overall recommended.

The hotel is in a quiet street and is a short walk along the riverbank into Bernkastel. There is a small car park across the road and easy on-street parking if it is full. The hotel is very attractive, clean and modern. The inclusive breakfast was truly excellent and included a huge range of options.

We received a warm welcome and hospitality, the room was lovely, clean and spacious with extra touches and the beds comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent with lots of thought into it and the gluten free bread I requested was there waiting for me. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous hotel and stay in Bernkastel, which was spoilt on the last night by the guy who was in charge that night saying we couldn't have a drink in the bar at 7.30pm because he was busy. lame excuse so we refused his excuse and made him serve us as we were paying guests. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel just the one guy being an idiot.

A quiet spot, ten minutes from town
We loved our stay - pleasant walk into town - room spotless and comfortable - staff very helpful - nice little veranda to sit and relax in - great breakfast choice - good little wine bar. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts ( not a problem for us, but something to be aware of) Bar/dining room not available every night (again not a problem as there are many good places in town) Altogether a really nice 3 night stay.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, everyone at the hotel was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to provide whatever they could to make your stay enjoyable. We came to Bernkastel-Kues to do a winery tour of Dr. Loosen and absolutely loved the town and will definitely return to it and the Burgblickhotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It should definitely have a 5 star rating overall. The breakfast is to die for. I've never had such a luxurious spread with impeccable flavor in any other hotel and I have been in many around the world. The personnel were so friendly and helpful. I truly could not ask for better. This is one Hotel that I could live in! I had room 30.

The rooms are modern and very comfortable, but not fancy (i.e. nicer than aloft, but not as nice as Westin).

Our stay at the Burghblick was excellent. Had a room looking over the castle. Room was decorated mostly in white which was very calming. Breakfast was very good - cereals, meats, cheeses, rolls, eggs, fruit and homemade jams. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. No faults at all.

The hotel does not offer Welcome Rewards, as such we considered booking elsewhere but decided to stay here anyway. The rooms appear to be recently renovated and were very spacious and comfortable. The location and rooms are actually quite good - the same is true for the breakfast. But the hotel really needs to do something about the soundproofing of the door. My room (11) was located next to the staircase (as many rooms are) - and it felt like the door was made of thin paper. This makes it hard to get a good nights rest - unless you are deaf.

Die Möblierung der Unterkunft ist modern aber für die Umgebung nicht geeignet. So hat sich z.B. der Waschtisch schon an allen Kanten aufgelöst. Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreiche.

Fint personligt hotell med bra restaurang. Tyvärr hade köket precis stängt när jag kom fram första kvällen men tjejen i receptionen fixade en superfin ostbricka åt mig istället. Stort rum, fräscht och nyrenoverat. Tredje våningen utan hiss dock...

Tolles kleines Hotel am Stadtrand vom Bernkastel-Kues. Abseits der Troubels und doch alles Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstück klasse.
Die Zimmer sehr sauber.
Leider ist die Einrichtung der Zimmer zwar Modern, aber auch von IKEA, was nun nicht Grunsätzlich etwas schlechtes ist. Aber halt auch keine Hochwertige Ausstattung. Außerdem sind die Zimmer bzw der Flur sehr Hellhörig.

Hotel mit super Empfang und TOP Frühstück
Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Es gab sogar einen Wein aufs Haus. Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Viel besser wie bei großen Hotels. Es wurden frische Eierspeisen gemacht je nach Wunsch des Gastes. Richtige Wurst von Metzger wurde serviert und keine Discounter Wurst wie es andere machen. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich werde wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Wohlfühlen mit Burgblick
das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen im Ortsteil Kues; ca. 1 km bis zur Innenstadt von Bernkastel. Zimmer und Restaurant sind modern eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Nespressoautomat und ein Wasserkocher hat uns erfreut. Das Bad ist klein und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Als einziges Manko ist ein fehlender Aufzug anzumerken. Mit Gepäck mehrere Stockwerke hinauf zu steigen ist nicht für jeden leicht.

Kurzurlaub an der Mittelmosel. Bernkastel-Kues ist ein wunderschöner Ort- weiterzuempfehlen. Unser Hotel war klein, dafür mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

엘리베이터가 없는 것이 유일한 단점.

충분했기 때문에 매너저분이 굴라쉬와 타르트플람베 정도의
