The rooms needs renovation. I don't think it should be considered a 5 star hotel. I spoke with the receptionist and they informed me that they do not keep all the lights on so it is only when breakfast occurs that the upstairs lights are turned on. The rooms are quite dim so lighting isn't ideal. The staff continually try to convince you to join cruises / use their taxi service. The breakfast is quite basic with not a lot of choice. The hotel is far from the city and is by a loud busy road. The room was extremely hot so was unable to sleep. I asked for AC and they said they don't have any. There is black mold in the bathroom. For me I rate it a 2 star. Our TV would not turn on and we had to continually call staff to help us turn it back on. The one staff member that made us enjoy the hotel was Yunus , excellent customer service. However I will not be going back to that hotel ever again.

Great property and location. Spacious room. Better than average hotel breakfast. My only complaint is they bother you. I exceeded my room deposit and it was a federal emergency with phone calls and banging on the door. It happened again and we were locked out of our room. Just keep the card in file and charge it! Otherwise very good.

Otel güzel ve temiz. Özellikle kahvaltı ve kahvaltı servisi mükemmeldi. Yine arabamızı garaja götürüp getiren Burak bey işini mükemmel yapıyor. Ancak, Ekim ayında klimaları kış periyoduna almalarından dolayı oda çok sıcak oldu ve uyuyamadık. Pencereyi açtığımızda da sanki E5 karayolu odanın içinden geçiyordu.

The hotel room is spacious and clean, but the location is very bad and far from everything. The service is very weak, and the bed is uncomfortable. The food is tasty, but the coffee at the reception is terrible. The staff are polite, but it was the first hotel that asked us for a deposit in a very annoying way, which was uncomfortable for me. I even wanted to cancel the room if I could. The hotel is also noisy because of the traffic and the football field nearby. The hotel’s offers are not worth it

I did make my check out from the hotel in the morning than I got a phone from reception.

They guy told me that “ I drunk one bottle wine from the minibar”.

I told him that “ I’m not drinking alcohol because of my religion “.

Than he told me “ they found empty bottle on the table” which is not possible.

Than I told him “ I’m coming to the hotel and I would like to see all housekeepers “.

Than he reversed..

Told me that “ no need to come back”.

Guys..
This will be the final stay in Eliteworld hotels henceforth for my team..

I will never ever let anyone to stay any Eliteworld hotels from our group.

I’m used to coming here. It’s near Florya with great uni kids ambience. Also lots of great affordable food surrounding this place. The local comes here a lot for events and food. So, it’s not a bad place.

OK hotel - service needs to improve

Hotel was OK, near busy road and no sound proofing of substance so disturbed sleep. Bathroom had a nasty smell which I assume was drainage as once I ran the shower it went. Had an evening meal on the first night but the service was very slow despite more staff than guests! Had to go and remind them of our drinks order on 2 occasions. As a result we had dinner out of the hotel the second night.
Requested a taxi on a few occasions and it was suggested I'd be better to get myself an UBER, easy enough.
Checking out, more interested in me leaving a good review than trying to efficiently check me out. Would say average hotel - service needs to improve. Better hotels in the area.
Previous experiences in Turkey have always been a high class service - this wasn't at that level.

Stay was average. Some of the staff were nice and accommodating others gave off the impression they couldn’t be bothered or were annoyed when asking simple questions. Most staff did not speak English which was a bit frustrating for it popular international hotel in Istanbul. Not worth the price paid unfortunately

Upon arrival at the hotel I was told that my room reservation was cancelled, no one knows why, it was probably cancelled by the system. Excuses that probably the credit card was not the one they expected etc. I was further told to take all complaints and my dissatisfaction up with the booking company, that is HOTELS.com.
Judging by the other people standing around, I was not the only case.

朝も夕方も付近は渋滞でタクシーが来ないし、乗車を嫌がる。部屋にシャンプーがなかったり（補充を忘れる）、タオルが無かったり、★５と期待しなければいいかも。　レストランも1か所のみ。　シャワーのホースが外れそうで全くお湯が出ない。　夕方、ホテルの受付（レセプション）には人が1人しかいなく随分と待たされる。
まあ、今後宿泊する事はないですね。。。

Great location in Florya for doctor purposes. However The hotel staff was not very helpful but they improved once I put serious complaint with management. Did not receive vip ungrade til after complaint. They also charge for everything. Ice included. And there is not converter for use . I would like to say Efe at the restaurant was the most pleasant person at the hotel.

The hotel itself nice, a bit dated but clean. Staff are nice and try to be helpful. The aircon in my room was too hot and despite the guy coming twice to lower the setting it stayed the same. I opened the window in the end. The other thing which bothered me the most was the choice of food. Not much choice at all on the room service menu and what I had I didn't like. If you're just staying the night or something it's totally fine but I was there for a week for work and found the lack food and zircon a bit of a pain.

I visited Istanbul many times, but the best visit was this one, cause of the hotel staff and services, they speak English, are helpful and friendly anytime 24 hours room service, clean, Ac is perfect, all the staff was awesome I wish I can remember all the names, Mr. Ozkan Yilmaz the guest relationship manager was above and beyond in his job, I was lost my luggage in the airport through my trip, he was very interested to help me & every day was calling the airport customers service trying to find out how to solve this a problem & I appreciate his help, I'm recommending this hotel & will back again.

The customer service at this hotel is terrible. When we arrived there was no one to greet us and no one to take luggage. The taxi driver that dropped us off was even angry and went to find someone to help us in the hotel. Eventually someone came out and told us to leave the luggage outside of the hotel and someone would collect it in a bit.

Electricity went in the room and despite calling reception 4 times no one came to fix. Had to resolve the issue myself as found the fuse box hidden in the wardrobe. I explained that I need the electricity to make infant milk for my 3 month old. Clearly did not make a difference.

Similarly had same issue with mini fridge was not working and technician came out and plugged in but still did not work.
Couldn’t be bothered to ask to resolve again after previous experience.

The location is not great, it’s just of the dual carriage way and there is no pavement to walk on if you want to access the shops on the following road.

When we checked out no staff helped to take luggage into taxi

For such a big hotel, there seemed to be hardly any staff at hand.

For a high rated hotel, I was surprised to see that they only provide in room, sachet of coffee and one tea bag, no other tea options and the cups were made out of paper and not big enough to make tea in.

Otherwise room was clean and tidy and soap showering items provided. Slippers provided.

Will not be staying here again and do not recommend.

Lovely stay, hotel is beautiful with great facilities for you to use. People helpful and friendly.
Couple of things just let it down, the bed was so uncomfortable we both had back ache. The first night we could smell smoke whilst sleeping which woke us that’s how strong it was, even though we was in a non-smoking area room.

This experience was really unpleasent, the room service takes way too long.
They demanded that I pay deposite but when I used the hotel service they insisted in cash payments.
The only avilable time for laundry is between 8am to 10 am.
The room key stops working every 12 hours.

The location of the hotel is close to the metrobus station and next to the Florya area where restaurants, money changers, clothes and mosques are located. The hotel is very beautiful and the service really good. There was a guy Yasmin who was very helpful and very nice. He got me a Turkish phone number in the first 15 min since I arrived there. At the reception also all the people were very polite and nice and willing to help you with anything. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! I recomend it! Hotel is in a very good condition even it is rather old. They keep it properly taken care. There were 2 things that disturbed me: I left my swim pants at the spa, and next day when I went there to pick it up they did not find them. Secondly, upon check-out I requested a taxi to go to the airport (payable with credit card) and when I reached the airport the credit card didn't work, so I had to run around the huge airport to get money from the ATM. Even if it is not under their control, they organised the taxi and this was disturbing.
