quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel.

A resort with great potential. Bad: ac did not work, blood on pullout couch, restaurant is closed half the week, spa services next to none, no help with obtaining even a simple blanket at nighttime, they charge for water and shut off cool water dispenser after breakfast and say you have to pay, charge you 5 euro to replace your towel after spa or swimming. Good: the friendliest night staff guy! A dream of a place with picture perfect mountain view, old town feel, great local restaurants, hiking is amazing a cable car is there, rolling waters, i felt safe. Nice pool.
This place could be a 5 star resort if the staff was more dedicated, the spa had more services, and if it wasn't so sparsely staffed and they didnt charge for basic human needs. Food was ok, but on the fastfood side of a menu for the hot food.

Wonderful hotel every facility you could want , spa excellent ,nice bar and staff very friendly I asked for a small repair to my room and it was dealt with very quickly .
close to the lifts but a free bus service if wanted only about 350 metres.

So much potential but disappointing

Too many rules! A kitchen without ready access to pans etc. Had to pay 50 euros to have a drawer unlocked. No tea towel or scourer so obviously did not want us to use kitchen. Charged for coffee pods in room. Spa opening hours limited to 10 am - 8 pm

Not 450 yards to ski lift more like 750 or even a 1 km would take at least 25 mins to walk. No bus on first day and resort would not assist us so had to drive up.

Put do not disturb on door but cleaners just ignored it!

A rewarding experience after a long drive.

Hotel is very well situated in Alagna , less than 10 minute walk from the telecabine to the slopes.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the telecabine in the morning and mid afternoon and is less than 100m from the bus stop for the public navette service when the hotel service isnt operating.
All staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Our long journey meant that we arrived at 22.45 , well after the reception closes, but there were staff available in the bar, anticipating our arrival, who passed us our room keys, and left the admin side of check in until the morning.
Breakfast is good, coffee is excellent as you would expect in Italy , we didnt eat in Corno Bianco restaurant in the evenings, but the food & drink quality, menu selection and service level in the Bierstube bar did not disappoint.
Spa and Pool facilites were clean , modern, the right size for the hotel with indoor and outdoor pool. Keeping the Sauna/Steam room limited to age 16 and over ensured a relaxed atmosphere - spa staff were very helpful.
Rooms themselves were spacious, clean and well maintianed. The free wifi is essential when travelling with teenagers. No limit to the number of devices per room is another bonus.
The only minor issue that we reported to reception, a non functioning coffee machine, was resolved before our afternoon return the same day.
In the suite, the kitchenne has a hob, but no plates/pans/utensils - dont plan to self cater, use the local restuarants instead!

Beautiful Italian Alps

Overall this was a nice modern hotel in a beautiful area that was very reasonably priced. I would stay here again. However, service was a hit and miss. There was warmth; however, I am not sure if it was the language difference at times it was a little chaotic. After a late check in and advising we would need to use the kitchen and would pay the deposit- we had to ring again to get it unlocked. Also there was no trolleys for luggage and someone said they would help us but then walked off. Would recommend more luggage trolleys in both buildings.

The room had a kitchen; however, the crockery and cutlery provided were very minimal. No tea towels/ cloths/ detergent, bread knives, chopping board, kettle or microwave. The table in our room was totally inappropriate and did not fit- it was extremely awkward to get around (placed in the middle of the room and the chairs did not fit under).

The second day when our room was serviced we asked for some fresh towels and they forgot to replace the upstairs ones so my daughter and mother in law didn't have any after they got out of the shower after dinner which was a bit of a pain.

Also there was some conflicting information in the service book in the room ie there should of been a nightly turn down service and there wasn't and also it was confusing if children were permitted in the pool area ( it stated that they were not if under 16?).

The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, our daughter also enjoyed the kids club.

Hyvät huoneet, hyvä suomalainen sauna, hyvä lämmitetty ulkoallas. Aamupalalla oli myös kasviksia ja muutenkin maittava. Vegaaniset Croissantit myös erinomaisia. Kuljetus minivanilla kylän Gondolille toimi loistavasti ja myös kuljetus takaisin klo 17 asti. Myös parkkitilaa löytyi autolle, joko omasta parkista tai hotellin vieressä myös lupa pysäköidä ilmaiseksi hotellin P-lapulla.

Härligt spa, två bastur och en pool där man kan simma ut utomhus. Väldigt bra shuttle-buss till och från liften. Rummen okej, välstädade men tyvärr inte lika fina som på bilderna. Maten riktigt usel; torr, smaklös och tråkig. Gå hellre 100 meter till restaurang Edelweiss.

Wellness area also a 10/10 but dinner was to not as good as expected and not ok for the money we payed , Last night we skipped the dinner and grapped a pizza down the road instead. We will not return as its was just to pricey for delived service and quallity and varity of the good.

The facilities are amazing but the staff, service level and food is horrible. Let me give some examples. They have a cozy game rome that has a fire place when i adked if we could light it up the snswer was no!, The new years dinner was horrific and there where lots of complaints, same with their food in the afterskibar named bierstubbe. They had removed tge ability to use the kitchen in the rooms etc etc. The staff was in general not helpfull and service minded

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Rahmen einer Fernwanderung in Alagna, also nur mit Rucksack und bekamen scheinbar eine höhere Zimmer- Kategorie mit einer Küchenzeile. Leider ohne jegliches Geschirr. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit viel Holz eingerichtet. Das Bad war für unsere Bedürfnisse, 2 Freundinnen auf Hüttentour, sehr klein. Speziell das Waschbecken mit dem Spiegel war wenn eine Person davor stand, für die andere nicht zugänglich.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Abdunkelung im Schlafzimmer war sehr gut.
Das internstionale Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl, die Qualität von Käse und Wurstwaren war gut. Natürlich gab es auch diverse Kuchen und Croissants. Nachmittags gab es einen reichhaltigen kostenlosen Aperitivo (exklusive Getränke). Durch viele Familien mit Kindern und einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden wurde es schnell mal unruhig.
Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ortsrand. Man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen. Bis zur Gondel sind es ca 15 Minuten.

We arrived several days after earth slide had blocked the only road to Alagna. We were NOT informed.
At 23:30 we found out, as the road was blocked by police.
Hotel not reachable by phone. We tried several options but ended up sleeping the first night in our car.

Mi sono trovato molto bene all'Alagna Mountain Resort.
È una splendida struttura adatta per le vacanze e/o weekend e la consiglio sia per famiglie sia per le coppie o gruppo di amici. Le stanze sono extra large, silenziose e ben arredate. Il personale è disponibile ed efficiente. La spa è un bijou.

Globalement un bon séjour, mais l'hôtel n'a rien d'un quatre étoiles. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher et certains produits ne sont de mauvaises qualité (boissons), le spa est peu accueillant et très basique, la piscine est à 32°C.

Struttura nuova, camere spaziose e con finiture ben curate. Pulizia non particolarmente attenta (incluse due paia di ciabatte da spa chiaramente usate e sporche ed arrotolate tra gli accappatoi che ti fanno trovare sul letto)Il servizio è a tratti imbarazzante. Si parte dalla chiave/tessera: ne puoi avere solo una perchè ne hanno poche....peccato che ogni porta dell'albergo, comprese quelle di accesso alle palazzine, si apra con quella e per un famiglia di 4 non sia il massimo doversi chiamare al telefono per poter tornare dalla colazione....Buffet della colazione scarso. Personale imbarazzante: da quando ti siedi passano 10' prima che ti chiedano cosa vuoi da bere ed ameno altri 15' perchè ti portino un caffè. Assurdo che dopo aver pagato una camera 400 € a notte ti chiedano 20 € a testa (bambini compresi) per accedere alla piscina e per non più di 1.30h. Demenziale. Insomma bene la struttura e la posizione ma male tutto quello che dovrebbe farla funzionare

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa bellissima struttura: il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, la stanza era meravigliosa e impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia. Abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante gourmet che ci ha davvero sorpresi, un'esperienza da provare! La spa non è molto grande, ma curata e pulita. Sicuramente torneremo!

è la quarta volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e come sempre tutto lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale ed efficiente ... anche alle mie più piccole richieste ... una nota è la prima volta che ho trovato il monolocale non al top come distribuzione degli spazi rispetto alle altre tre esperienze dei mie soggiorni.
Per chi ama la montagna e cerca anche il relax dopo le bellissime lunghe camminate questo resort è il massimo

Un bel et confortable établissement

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement récent et aux prestations soignées où nous avons passé 3 nuits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille de l’appartement et son confort et l’espace SPA (ajoutez 10€ par personne). Une navette vous amène au pieds de la remontée mécanique sinon comptez 10 bonnes minutes en marchant. Excellent séjour dans sa globalité et nous recommandons cet hôtel.
