Everything about Hotel Arrows was over the top, entire staff team, cleanliness, location, absolutely everything! As an international business traveller, I see a lot of hotels. This is not an international glamorous expensive hotel, but the spectacular service, cleanliness, proximity to everything is I suspect a secret well known to locals. I was treated like family that the hosts were happy to have in their home, they couldn’t do enough for me! Even helped arrange my rail travel from Uden to Huntingdon, north of London!

The strongest/fastest WiFi I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the bar has a great selection of whiskey and beer. I highly recommend.

The location is near ideal being walking distance to the center of town.

Very dated design (both the exterior, lobby, and rooms themselves).
The room had an odd, musty smell that was unpleasant.
The view was very depressing; I was staring at a part of the roof and brick walls of the hotel with air conditioner fans everywhere.
Summary:
I stayed at another local hotel that was about 3km away from the center of town at a good price for 6 days, and decided to try out Arrow for my final 3 days of my stay in Uden because no rooms were available at the other hotel for the remainder and Arrows had a high rating on this site.
Unfortunately, I left the hotel less than 2 hours after checking in because the room was just too depressing for me (near midnight). A suite opened up at the other hotel, I booked the suite for the 3 nights while eating the cost of the 3 nights I had booked at Arrows.
Perhaps, an interior overhaul (especially to the rooms) could improve this place significantly.

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the town centre. Literally a 5 minute walk to practically everything.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with good quality toiletries provided. Having said that do bring your conditioner though. Only shampoo is provided.

If there is a reason I haven,t scored this 5 stars, it is because there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. These are available from reception but for every cup of tea you will be charged 3 euro,s.

Good hotel for Uden
This seemed to be a business hotel, though the staff were welcoming and friendly. However there was little in the way of tourism information or a bed room pack. The atmosphere is a little bland with the facilities such as the pool and sauna accessible through \"request at reception\" only, which means you can't just use them when the mood takes you. The bedroom decor is a little dated though immaculate and clean - other areas were mixed in design and style.

Ich war beruflich unterwegs und rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch hervorragenden Service – das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität: Der Fitnessraum wurde auf Wunsch geöffnet, morgens gab es frischen Kaffee, und sogar ein Wasserkocher wurde fürs Zimmer bereitgestellt. Auch Bügeleisen und -brett standen zur Verfügung, was bei einer Geschäftsreise sehr hilfreich war. Die hochwertigen Pflegeprodukte von Rituals sind ein weiteres Plus. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel – ich komme gerne wieder!
