New swimming pool and en-suites but much else about the venue is need of refurbishment.

This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3 star! Half of the lights in the pool area didn't work, the water spout in the pool didn't work, nobody was around to assist in the entire spa area and several of the sauna / mud baths etc were not in service. One very nice outdoor sauna did work!! Breakfast was quite good but the restaurant was questionable with bar food. They could definitely use some proper maintance!! I won't be spending over 200 Euros a night again for a mediocro old run down facility.

We went of a 4 day 3 day wellness trip, my parents, sister and myself. we enjoyed the trip except for some construction next to the pool, only few loungers to lie on, and quite some ants in one of our hotel rooms. The area is very nice and Badenweiler is a cute little town with quirky restaurants, shops and walking trails.

Balkon konnte nicht benutzt werden, Dachterrasse ist im Umbau.
Wellness-Bereich ist i.O. / Frühstück i.O.
Wir würden nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Habe zwei Tage gebucht, dann haben noch ein Tag verlängert, ist sehr gut zum ein Urlaub zu machen, ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ab 18 Uhr keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Man muss sich im Restaurant melden. Die haben aber leider wenig bis gar keine Ahnung vom EINCHECKEN und noch dazu wenig Zeit da diese mit dem Abendessen beschäftigt waren. Vielleicht sollte man ihnen wenigstens eine Unterweisung in Sachen Computer an der Rezeption geben. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, das alle Angestellten vom Restaurant super super freundlich und bemüht waren mir, ich glaube es war der Küchenchef, dann ein schönes Zimmer zu geben.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem prima Hallenbad. Unglaublich liebevoll sortiertes Frühstücks - Büfett. Nettes unkonventionelles lokal mit der Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Allerdings für Leute die mit Bus und Bahn kommen, wenig Hilfestellung.

Ich habe die Nacht im Fini Resort total genossen- Therme, Sauna Drinks suuuper! Das Frühstück was meeega ! - drr Frühstückskaffee lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig -war mehr Wasser als Kaffee :-/
In der 4. Etage ist das WLAN = Null … kaum Empfang:-( vielleicht kann man das mal weiterleiten… ABER : BADENWEILER UND FINI - RESORT : WIR KOMMEN WIEDER !!!!

tout est génial, nous y avions déjà séjourné, et cet hôtel est superbe. Propreté 20/20 dans les chambres mais également dans l'hôtel. Très bel hôtel, et l'eau de la piscine

El hotel estaba fantástico. Situado en un sitio muy muy relajante. A pocos pasos de un bonito parque y del pueblito. Lo mejor desde luego con diferencia ha sido el spa. Es absolutamente fantástico. La habitación también estaba bien aunque el baño era un poco pequeño. Para personas muy altas o muy grandes la verdad es que se queda bastante pequeño. Tiene un parking gratuito muy cómodo. Y el desayuno tipo Buffet también muy bien. En general ha sido muy muy buena experiencia. Lo único que tengo que decir es que en la página ponía los idiomas que hablaban y entre ellos estaba el español y eso no es cierto. No encontré a nadie que hablara español

Das Bad war recht klein, aber so funktional, dass die Nutzung angenehm war. - Das Speisenangebot war sehr ansprechend, sowohl in Reichhaltigkeit als auch Qualität. Hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die durchgelegenen Matratzen haben das sehr gute Gesamtbild etwas getrübt. Ansonsten empfehlenswert. Die Massagen und das Schwimmbad sind genial!

A 10 minutes de l'autoroute A5, axe nord sud, il ne faut pas hésiter à faire le détour pour venir à Badenweiler et au FiniRessort. La ville thermale est calme, jolie agréable. L'hotel cherche à satisfaire le client. Bon accueil, confort du wellness/ piscine (actuellement en rénovation) Très pratique l'ouverture jusqu'à 22H00 du wellness et 23H00 la piscine. Le parking gratuit du haut nécessite une petite marche, mais il y a un parking directement dans l'immeuble payant. La salle de bain est certes étroites mais fonctionnelle. Un excellent petit dejeuner , choix, qualité . Le batiment n'attire pas par son aspect, mais l'hotel vaut le détour.

Speditiver und freundlicher Check-In. Tolles, mit 2 Balkonen und Toiletten ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und ruhig. Grosszügige Saunalandschaft mit grossem Pool. (momentan im Umbau, trotzdem benutzbar. Deshalb hat es wahrscheinlich nur 6 Liegen) . Grosses und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Rezeptionist hat sich auch nicht gescheut, uns einen Tisch fürs Abendessen ausserhalb des Hotels zu reservieren. Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Environs très sympa. Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais très convenable pour le prix. Piscine... agréables. Le restaurant est un peu lent au niveau service mais personnel avenant, qui essai au maximum de parler français. Petit déjeuner très complet et bon. L'extérieur de l'hôtel n'est pas très attrayant mais l'ensemble du séjour nous a été agréable.

Chambre très sale, j'ai tué une vingtaine de bestiole avant de quitter la chambre. Selon le personnel c'est normal de dormir avec des insectes qui pullulent dans la chambre. Le personnel ne voulant rien faire et ne voulant pas dormir dans cette chambre, nous sommes obligé de faire plus de 3h de route pour rentrer chez nous. Le personnel a promis de me rembourser et pour ce faire le patron vas m'appeler le lendemain. Le lendemain pas de nouvelles. Je tente de les appeler pas de réponses et depuis 4 jours ils n'ont rien fait.
En résumé, le personnel incompétent (se trouvant des excuses plutôt que trouver une solution), menteur, hôtel sale et arnaqueur vu que nous n'y avons ni dormi ni manger mais que le 100% me reste facturé petit déjeuner et taxe de séjour compris.

Ich habe das Hotel genutzt, um meinen Mann zu besuchen, der zur Reha in Badenweiler war. Für diesen Zweck war es gut geeignet, da ich hier auch Schwimmen und Saunieren konnte, während mein Mann ja tagsüber mit seinen Anwendungen beschäftigt war.
Urlaub hätte ich in diesem Hotel nicht machen wollen.
Die Standardzimmer sind o.k. aber nicht besonders schön. In meinem EZ war die Dusche mit sehr hohem Einstieg, Duschvorhang und der Duschkopf an der Stage so niedrig, dass man unter der Dusche nicht stehen konnte.

Tolle Lage aber leider kein tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war mehr ein Hasenkäfig als ein Hotelzimmer. Auf den Fluren und im Zimmer riecht es muffig. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war versifft und im Restaurant fanden sich immer wieder Haare auf der Tischwäsche. Das Abendessen \"A´la carte\" war geschmacklos und das Frühstück war einfallslos.
Badetücher für den Wellnessbereich gibt es nur um 10.30, 14.30 und 17.30 Uhr. Badelatschen gibt es nur an der Rezeption. Alles wenig professionell.
Die 4-Sterne\"S\" Klassifizierung ist definitiv mindestens ein Stern zu hoch.

Klassisches 80er Jahre Charme Hotel. teilweise renoviert, teilweise halt noch 80er Jahre flair, das wirkt leider etwas chaotisch- ein Farbenmix überall. die struktur fehlt , ich fidne es wertet sich damit etwas ab. Frühsrück ist in Ordnung . Schnell und funktionell. Ein wenig lächelndes Personal wäre schön.
