I was researching an alternative hotel to use when visiting my German business partner. They are based in Staufen which is a very attractive historic town but having stayed there for the past 18 years I wanted to find somewhere different. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage und es war recht heiss bis Mitternacht, danach wurde es langsam angenehmer. Es war auch das letzte freie Zimmer und für eine Nacht wars ok. Alles andere war für uns perfekt! Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wie viele Hotels in Deutschland ein Riesen Problem mit dem Internet. Grausame Verbindung, und wenn man dann mal verbunden ist, dann gibt’s Internet wie in den späten 90ern. Ansonsten schönes Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und motiviert. Es herrscht ein sehr gutes und harmonisches Betriebsklima untereinander und das wird auch auf den Gast übertragen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und die Speisekarte am Abend der Jahreszeit angepasst und die Speisen sehr gut im Geschmack und in der Präsentation. Das Frühstücksbuffet auch von allem etwas da und sehr ausreichend. Gratuliere dem EDEN-Hotel-TEAM und der Familie Huber zu euerem Zusammenhalt und eueren Mitarbeitern.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Einladung zu Heißgetränk. Zimmer großzügig und neu. Abendessen im Restaurant war nach Voranmeldung möglich, Frühstück auch. Alles auch als Zimmerservice im Angebot. Später Check-Out war problemlos! Tolles Angebot in Corona-Zeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Als Mittelklassehotel hat dieses Haus meine Erwartungen übertroffen, überaus freundliches, kompetentes Personal, sehr guter Service und hervorragende Zimmerausstattung, alles zum Wohlfühlen. Einzig beim Frühstücksservice könne die Organisation verbessert werden, es wäre sinnvoll am Platz bei den Gästen nach Eierspeisen-Wünschden zu fragen nicht nach Zufallsprinzip herumlaufend, so ging zb. das bestelle Omelett komplett vergessen. Ansonsten alles überdurchschnittlich positiv hier.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit vielen netten Extras. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Designs und das teilweise ältere, aber doch charmante Interieur, zum Beispiel hat der Nachttisch eine eingebaute Uhr mit Radio aus den 80ern. Das bringt nicht viel, ist aber ganz witzig. Wer auf moderne und eher steril wirkende Hotelzimmer steht, ist hier falsch.
