This is a really special place to stay. They had an elegant outdoor BBQ one night we were there that felt as fancy as a wedding. The service was incredible! My kids had an amazing time swimming in the delightful pool. Our family-style room was enormous and we had a lovely balcony. In the United States, a stay like this would have been much more expensive.

I would not recommend this hotel, the bed which I slept in was not clean, looked like somebody had trodden on it with thier dirty shoes. Also a few other things where not up to the standard. Next time I will choose a different Hotel in the area. The restaurant staff where also very unresonable and not friendly.

Overall it was nice. The bed was not comfortable as it was two singles put together and they moved around when you slept. There was also nothing extra in the rooms, like coffee or tea. You pay a lot with not a lot of extra's...it was a basic room.

Fantastic resort outside Freiburg! Everything you need is on site- spa, restaurants, wineries. The dinner at the regional place was delicious. Everything is updated and very clean! Highly recommend and look forward to going back!

The hotel is lovely and located in a quiet neighbourhood which is what we wanted as we had dogs with us. The staff were superb, really superb. The pool and facilities are first rate. All in good condition and very clean.
Food and breakfast is excellent quality. The main restaurant menu was mainly Italian but there are three restaurants onsite.
Wifi signal was strong and work everywhere unlike many hotels.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights while we explored Freiburg. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. The breakfast had a good variety of food to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. We only ate at one of the three restaurants, and found the food excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful courtyard and good choice of restaurants. Pool was great however they must be renovating from the ground up as the photo's of the rooms weren't what we got on the 3rd floor. We had no blinds/curtain and sun was up at 5:30am. Also on arrival there was only one towel in both of our rooms despite double occupancy which shows lack of attention. For the price I would expect more in a rural location. Breakfast was good and service was friendly

Mein Zimmer war leider klein, das Bett durchgelegen und der TV mini. Selbst bei Business Hotels bin ich angenehmere Betten und größere Fernseher gewöhnt.
Dennoch würde ich wieder kommen, wenn ich beruflich nach Freiburg oder Umgebung muss.

Das Hotel wirbt damit ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit gehobenem Komfort zu sein. Parken ist nicht auf dem Unterkunftsgelände möglich, nur öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber. Sonst wohl immer auch etwas in der Tiefgarage für 11,-€ möglich. Unser Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Fenster zur Hauptstraße und über der hauseigenen Anlieferzone, Erholung geht anders. Frühstück normal, z.B. keine Live-Cooking Station, kann man in der Kategorie und Größe des Hotels erwarten. Wenn sie nach 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück erscheinen, dürfen Sie im Durchgang, außerhalb des Frühstücksraumes,Platz nehmen und dem Treiben der Wellnessgäste zum Pool oder der Abreisenden beiwohnen. Möchten Sie als Hotelgast im prämierten Restaurant Cross over speisen, sollten Sie selbst mit einer viermonatigen Reservierung darauf hinweisen an einem normalen Tisch empfangen zu werden, sonst kann es Ihnen daraus passieren einen der zwei „beliebten“ Stehtische (Format 70x70) mit Barhocker zugewiesen zu bekommen. Umplazierung wurde natürlich abgelehnt.

Schloss Reinach hat eine tolle Location .Im Hotel ist alles sauber und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Der Spa Bereich ist zwar klein aber ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer im neuen trackt, es war sehr geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem, nur der Kühlschrank war laut in der Nacht. Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend.
Im Hotel Restaurant am Abend war auch für alles gesorgt. Eine bekannte hatte eine Einzelzimmer, dies liegt leider zum Innenhof und war wohl direkt über der Raucherzone, ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin.

Tolles, hochwertiges Hotel mit super Frühstücksbuffet und Spa-Angebot (Saune, Pool etc.). Diesmal die Juniorsuite gebucht. Keine gute Idee, da Zugang raus über den Hof/Biergarten im Nachbarhaus ohne Aufzug und sehr hellhörig. Hatte bei dem Preis eigentlich ein tolles Zimmer im Hauptgebäude mit Blick auf den Pool erhofft (waren auch fast alle bei meinem Aufenthalt leer).

Etwas enttäuschend für diesen Preis. Der Umgang mit den Gästen ist rough, kalt und man fühlt sich definitiv nicht als „Kunde ist König“. Das Hotel wirbt mit Angeboten in ihrer Broschüre, welche es nicht gibt oder nicht stimmen (zB Sky-Lounge, Pool-Zeiten etc.). Für wenige Nächte ist das Hotel ganz okay, würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels mit dem gleichen Preis, den gleichen Sternenanzahl oder Angeboten, ist das Schloss Reinach eher dürftig.

Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Standard-Zimmer ist leider nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Diet Matratzen sind leider auch nicht mehr die besten.

Das Standard Doppelzimmer hat einen sterilen Krankenhauscharme. Alles notwendige ist da, sauber und intakt, jedoch ohne Flair oder Gemütlichkeit.
Der Wellnessbereich wirkt zerfleddert und genauso ungemütlich. Ansich ist ein langer Pool zum Schwimmen super, jedoch schon bei 4 Personen wird es eng. Auch beim Schwimmen das sterile Ambiente. Sehr sehr schade!!

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings ist ein langfloriger Teppich verlegt, da dürfte die Reinigung schwer sein!

I Tyskland gäller G2plus. Vi hade ej fått tredje vaccinationen. Den behagliga receptionisten agerade genast sjuksyster och genomförde snabbtest för Covid-19 på oss. Testerna utföll negativt och vi kunde stanna på hotellet och njuta av vårt välstädade rum och en överdådig hotellfrukost nästa morgon.

Anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages hatten wir dieses schöne Hotel gebucht und haben es nicht bereut. Im Gegenteil, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Junior-Suite unter dem Dach. Das einzige, was fehlte, war die Möglichkeit, auf dem Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, was uns erstaunt hat. Ein Hotel in der Kategorie müsste diesen Komfort bieten. Wir waren auch sehr davon angetan, dass es auf dem Gelände drei hervorragende Restaurants mit unterschiedlicher Küche gab. Wir werden dieses Hotel unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Rezeption bei Einchecken wenig aufmerksam, da sie nach zwei mal Formular ausfüllen immer noch nach dem Namen fragen musste. Am ersten Tag als Hotelgast kein Platz mehr frei zum Nachtessen, da von drei Restaurants deren zwei geschlossen waren und eine Gesellschaft im Hause war. Am zweiten Tag beim Reservieren für das Nachtessen musste die Angestellte darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass das Restaurant welches sie uns empfohlen hat gar nicht geöffnet ist. Dennoch ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen Wellnessanlage und einer tollen, guter Küche.

Vi skulle bara övernatta mellan Sverige och Portugal och då är det mycket för dyrt. Det här är ett SPA hotell men vi nyttjade inte det. Rummet var litet och saknade t.o.m. plats för att kunna sitta med datorn. Men är man ute för en SPA weekend är det utmärkt.

Vi åt middag på restaurangen Regional, maten bra men det tog väldigt lång tid. Nästa gång provar vi nog någon av de andra 2 restaurangerna som finns på hotellet. Ypperlig frukost. Mysig miljö.
