The facility was a little bit dated. There was junk stacked on the west side of the property, dead roaches were on the floor of the bathroom, and I did kill two or three lives ones. I also could not figure out how to use the TV. Makes me miss cable. It did have a nice dog park. A lot of the rooms seemed to be rented out to extended stay guests.

Room smelled like weed. Smoke alarm was ripped from ceiling. Bathroom fan was inoperable with vent laying behind toilet. Bathroom light could not be turned off. Plug switches were bad on one side of bed. Since we have CPAP machines enough plug outlets are important. Fortunately I packed extension cord. Never stayed in a room that bad for amount of listing.

The hotel is run down. We found the room cold; the heater rid not work, so we asked for and were given an additional blanket. We did get a good nights sleep, the bed was comfortable. I would never bathe in the extra deep tub because the caulk was too old and kind of creepy.

They canceled my reservation the morning I was supposed to check in. Oh! And they sent an email to me at 8am to let me know. Except I don’t check my email daily. So I arrive to check in and NO ROOM. Was told I should have checked my email. They didn’t think a phone call or at least text was in order? I travel regularly and have never had an experience like this. Extremely disappointing.

No phone, coffee pot or hair dryer in room. Had to go to desk to ask for towels and wash clothes. When i checked in , breakfast was supposed to be included. Next morning a sign was up said \"light\" continental breakfast. Which was a small fridge with opened halh gallon milk, half empty. Small jug of juice ,half empty. 2 containers of yogurt.

A lovely big room which was nicely laid out and much cheaper than the options closer to the interstate, but the reception to the motel was dirty and the motel itself was in the middle of a refurbishment and so it felt like staying in something resembling a building site. But lovely once you shut the door and locked yourself away from outside demeanour of the motel.

Good if all you need is a bed and shower.

We just needed a bed and shower for one night for a little sleep before finishing our trip to the beach. It was perfect for that. I assume it's been bought by someone new and they are trying to redo everything. The floors left our barefeet nearly black, but the bed was comfy and the shower had recently been remodeled.

We arrived at 6p only to not be allowed to even step into the lobby! They were overbooked so to avoid taking to their customers they just locked the door and printed a sign that said sorry!! Of course all other hotels for a 40 mile radius were booked by that point. So we had to drive all the way home and I still haven’t gotten my refund back from Expedia.

I was in town for a funeral so the guy at the desk met a crazy crying lady and he was new.. but he was so sweet and helpful. They are remodeling right now, so of course there is room for improvement. What was unique about the property was that they hadn't finished cleaning, the tub and bathroom floor were horribly cracked and there were questionable bugs crawling around in the bathroom/room, and the owner had canceled our Expedia reservation and made us pay him for our one night stay in addition to Expedia. He also said that Expedia and others don't pay him for the rooms they book and so he was no longer affiliated with them. Now I have to figure out how to get our money back from Expedia. =[

I booked a room at this hotel for my husband and I for our anniversary just place to sleep to get away for a while. Upon arrival we were told by the guy working at the front desk that management cancelled our reservation because they did not want to accept prepaid reservations. I have worked at a hotel before and know it is possible to just shut off online booking. Management was not even courteous enough to call and let me know before hand that they would not allow us to stay there. Thankfully we were able to find another room else where but some days others may not be that lucky and may be stuck without a room anywhere because this hotel doesn't have enough decency to even let you know ahead of time they will not allow you to stay at their property even when the room has already been paid for !

First of all, they didn't honor the prepaid Hotels.com reservation. I had to pay again. The room smelled moldy. They tried to cover up the smell with some strong room spray. If I hadn't been so tired from driving all day, I would not have stayed there. The carpeting was dirty, especially right by the bed. The bathroom floor was cracked, the caulking in the tub was done by an amateur or a child.

Took forever to check in to a room that was already paid for. When we got to the room, the door was physically hard to open. There were holes in the walls and bathroom door. The bathroom door looked as if it hadnt seen cleaner in 10 years. We had 2 double beds, one bed had a fitted sheet, no top sheet and the fitted sheet was torn. We had to kill roaches to keep them out of our snacks. The tv wasnt plugged in. I never got a receipt for the stay because no one came to the window to assist.

I had booked a room one night. This will be my first and last reservation with OYO Hotels. At 9 pm called the hotel and told a yiung lady I would be there in 2 hours. She said she would be there. My husband and I arrived to a locked door and a note saying they were sold out and if we had a reservation to call our Booking site. We were left without a room for the night. Horrible service!

The hotel first didn’t have a room available and stated too bad then they come back with this room that was. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with one wire. The floor was so dirty you could feel the dirt move under your feet. Roaches were everywhere I mean everywhere. The door barely latched the bathroom had a hole in the wall with black mold growing all over. I slept in my car since I wasn’t able to get my money back. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never seen one like this.

The girl at the “window” was in sweat pants, a mid-drift shirt and barefoot. Very unprofessional.

We were told by the hotel that Expedia had overbooked their property and there were lots of reservations that could not be honored. So, after a 15-hr drive we had to try to find another property. My stay here was cancelled by the hotel. I was not notified. I arrived at 10 pm, and the front office was deserted; lights off, no one around. A note said they were full and contact the booking service.

What it appeared then was that they realized they could get a better price by selling to a visitor with no reservation.

The Front Desk was unmanned, and looked like it had been for a while. Good luck if you were staying there getting service.

After that, I contacted the chain and the hotel the next day. Expedia was of limited help, but OYO's customer support was non-existent. A complaint resulted in an automatic message to call their customer service number. That's an automated system that just tells you that your room was cancelled, and refers you to the message system. A run-around. Getting a refund was impossible.

I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. They refunded my money, and then- and only then- did OYO contact me.

I would never book with them again- I'd rather sleep in a Walmart parking lot. I recommend you avoid them too.

The security lock on the door was missing a part, the smoke detector was not working, there were no glasses for ice water, no telephone, no clock radio, the refrigerator was Broken, No blankets. We had a horrible experience we actually were not able to stay at our hotel it was overbooked and we had to find accommodations and lodging that night because we drove 3 1/2 hours out of town and no one was at the front desk no one could help us. I was out both the expense of my booked room I didn’t have and then I had to pay twice the rate at another hotel because of the unexpected and unprepared last minute booking I had to get that night in my haste of finding accommodations for my son and my grandmother. I didn’t get a refund until a week and a half later it was horrible service horrible customer service

First of all this is not an OYO Hotel they use the pics from an OYO Hotel which are not of this actual motel. We walked in to a room with bed sheets thrown on bed, a burn hole in one too comforter, blood stain on back side of one pillow, stains on floor, wires hanging out of the wall, and the fire detector was detached from ceiling and in a drawer, oh also found the last people who had rooms trash left in trash can.

The young lady at check in with very friendly. She had me sign a credit card slip when I arrived, which was weird because I had already paid through hotels.com using my MasterCard. I had to sign but that I later noticed it was for a Visa card that I did not own? I'm going to stop by the front desk at checkout to see what's going on with that. The room is very spacious and the air conditioner was already turned on. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which is awesome! But the refrigerator is disgusting. The shower has a large hole in the ceiling above it, and the bed sheets have cigarette burns in them. Not the most savory people staying at the hotel around us, and didn't feel super safe leaving my car outside. The lighting in the parking lot is not the greatest. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. to check in, dropped off our items in the room, and headed over to the casino. While the staff was friendly, the accommodations themselves left much to be desired.
