Hotel Olympia was a wonderful choice for our trip. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent conveniently close to the train station and easy to reach, yet still quiet and peaceful after a long day of sightseeing. We had a truly wonderful stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. All aspects of our stay were exemplary. The staff, especially Mr. Stefano, were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a luxurious style. The breakfast room is lovely and offered delicious and varied food items. The garden is gorgeous and peaceful with tables and chairs to relax - a true delight to enjoy. The room, decorated in plush Venetian style, was beautiful and spacious. We were so very delighted to have a view of the garden. Within the vicinity are many small restaurants, gelaterias, souvenir shops, as well as famous churches, and the large Natural History museum. The location is very convenient to arrival from Piazzale Roma from where one may take the vaporetto water bus to other areas of historic Venice. We thank the excellent staff of Hotel Olimpia for our wonderful memorable stay! For us, it was a 10-stars experience! * THANK YOU! *

The sight of Venice was breathtaking, and I was in awe of being there. My mother and I shared a room here for only one night, but it was beautiful! Our room had a view looking out the garden, and made the trip feel even more magical. It rained while we were there, but the magic of Venice and the wonderful staff of this hotel will remain a treasured memory. The room, care, and wonderful staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for booking. I would gladly return and stay again here.

Perfect location in Venice convenient to transportation (train, gondola, water taxi) yet quiet setting with lovely back garden and canal views. Service is outstanding. Just one night during Carnivale. Perfectly located to train and buses and anything else you like to do. Fantastic front desk staff….Spacious room with a canal view and a hotels.com bonus of a bottle of prosecco was a real treat. Only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

This was an amazing hotel!! Bryan checked us in and gave us a lot of helpful information and answered our many questions. Irmar took our bags up to our room and later ran out to help us carry them up the steps and over the bridge (when we were leaving). The breakfast staff (and every staff member we encountered) were amazing! The decor in the hotel was very unique and all areas of the hotel were very clean. I highly recommend the awesome breakfast buffet and the beautiful garden patio where you can eat. Lastly, you can’t beat the location. It was in a nice safe area near restaurants and cafes. I hope to go back some day and stay at the Olympia again! This hotel is one of my favorites!!

The hotel is well positioned near the taxi/bus park meaning you just have two bridges to cross to reach the hotel. You don’t need to carry cases over lots of bridges and over cobblestones.
A canal runs alongside the hotel, which is a lovely position.
Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room & bathroom were both a good size and very clean.
There is a lift but if you can’t do stairs, mention this on booking. Some rooms were on the same floor as the lift stopped at but our room was up further stairs.
We had breakfast which was an additional €15 each and was lovely. A good selection of hot and cold food and fruit juices.

The check in process seemed to take longer than it should have, the lady checking us in kept interrupting our check in process and asked to check people out that had just walked. This was a bit frustrating because we had some places we had to be not long after we checked in! With that being said, the hotel and the room were very nice and very clean! The room slept and fit me and two other of my friends perfectly! The complementary drink we received at check in was a nice touch as well! If you want somewhere that is easily accessible to the train station stay here. It is about a 10 minute walk there and then a 20-30 minute walk to the middle of down where St. Mark’s and Doge’s Palace are located!

Lovely hotel. The rooms overlooking the canal are much nicer than the ones downstairs by the garden. There was some kind of fan/heating unit on constantly in our room which we couldn't turn off, this made the air dry and uncomfortable. The free bottle of prosecco wasn't great quality and it was served with normal, large wine glasses, would have been much nicer to have champagne glasses. Otherwise everything was great! Beautiful gardens and a nice bar area. Excellent location right by the bus station but still pretty and quiet.

I was nervous when I could see our hotel from a busy transportation plaza but the staff were so kind and welcoming with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our room was charming and old world with tapestry wallpaper and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Perfect to set the tone for a wonderful stay in Venice. They even offer garden seating for their delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants convenient access to the airport while still being on the island of Venice with its art, charm and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was newly renovated and the mattress was very comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was quiet and cool. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They locked away our luggage and gave us free drinks while we waited for our check in time. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has easy access to the bus stop, train station, and is within walking distance to many of the wonderful sights of Venice. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located next to where the bus drops you off from the airport onto the island. Means not having to pull luggage through Venice. Check in, drop luggage and go explore!

The AC worked in the room and it was crisply cold just like we wanted after exploring the city on a very hot day. We were given a free pastry and coffee doing our wait to check in and they checked us in very early. The entire staff were very nice, friendly and professional. Exceptional!!!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, hygienic amenities were well stocked, and the tea/coffee/kettle and complimentary bottles of water were such a plus! As VIP Expedia members we received a sparking wine to enjoy which we did in their garden on a wonderful evening. The whole experience was great from beginning to end!

This place was great! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what to see & where to go in Venice. They gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations. The back garden area was a huge plus. The breakfast which was not included, but worth the small cost! And the location was awesome too.
