The whole flat is only a one room. It does not a seperate bedroom and living area. All kitchen, living room and bedroom is in one place. Two big balconies available which I find a bit meaningless because the inside is almost the same size with the outside (balcony area) The water at the bathroom does not have enough preassure and the hot water is not consistent. Sometimes you can not have hot water at all.Some of the the kitchen hardware was not clean and the refrigerator is very small (like a minibar). The bad was smelly I doubt that the sheets has been changed at all. Because, I found some hair inside my bed. The room is not comfortable in general, the bathroom is smelly adn the shower was not functioning properly. Finally, they refused to prepare an invoice for my stay, I had to insist for days and file a complaint until I finally receive an invoce. They are just a bunch of amateurs. I will not be staying here again. Definitely a terrible experience.

The garage is too small, you need to be careful all the time. The apartment is spacious but my apartment do not had seperate rooms. the kitchen, living area and the bedroom are all at the same room. It has two big balconies (which I find a bit useless) The general condition of the aparrtment is OK and I can say that iit is well equipped.

The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But there are three reasons I would not go here again.
*No reception. People were knocking on doors and ringing bells in the middle of the night to get in.
*Pillows and bedding/duvet were not comfortable.

This is an ultra modern, clean, high-end property in the heart of Osnabrück. The staff is really friendly, helpful and they have thought about everything one may need. There are so many eating, shopping and sight seeing options within walking distance in a beautiful town.

Cannot fault the place! Absolutely beautiful apartment (no.906) within walking distance of the very picturesque town of Osnabruck. Made to feel very welcome by a lovely lady called Tina (from England) who went out of her way to help us. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Apartments are in center of old town pedestrian area but parking garage is next to it. The room appeared new and was comfortable however the service was very bad. We had booked a room with balcony but it had none. The fridge in room did not work.
When we returned from our car with luggage, we got inside building with room key but lift would not work without a code ( which we were not told about when checking in). Reception closes at 9pm so you are on your own if problems arise.

Great location, right in the middle of the city, and yet very quiet facing a small back alley. Great view, spacious, clean, well equipped, cosy, comfortable beds, automated check in and check out outside the opening hours. I'd stay there again.

Once you finally find this hotel, you will love the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and being in the center of this charming old small city. I have 2 problems with this hotel, though - it is not a \"boarding house\" in the traditional sense in that no food is available. Also, it's pretty expensive, although it is right in the city center. If you're looking for a hotel near the motorway, do not book this one. It is in the city center, and the entrance is down a small alley. You have to park in a parking garage and walk to find it. Apparently there is free parking in a garage underneath the hotel, but we never discovered where the entrance to the garage was.

Alles ausgezeichnet, wirklich! Einziges Manko: leider sieht die Badewanne auf dem Bild doppelt so groß aus als sie es tatsächlich ist. Das war etwas enttäuschent. Alles Andere war genau so wie beschrieben.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen – zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt, mit vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Tiefgarage steht für 16 € pro Nacht zur Verfügung. Die Tiefgarage ist jedoch sehr eng, wie auch in anderen Bewertungen bereits erwähnt wurde.
Das Apartment war vollständig ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Badezimmer war sauber, ebenso die gesamte Unterkunft.
Die Küche war bestens eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (inklusive Kaffeepads), Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine sowie einem ausklappbaren Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.
Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Apartment ruhig, da es zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet war. Lediglich das Zimmer in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls war etwas lauter, da man diesen hin und wieder gehört hat.

Fijne kamer met kleine keuken met alles wat nodig is. Een schone badkamer. Dit alles op een paar meter van de winkelstraten en restaurants. Met ondergrondse parkeer garage ( tegen betaling). We verbleven 2 nachten en er was geen schoonmaak tussen door dit is ook niet nodig maar een extra s set handdoeken was wel welkom geweest. Dus zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

Ideale locatie, midden in het centrum, dus alle winkels op steenworpafstand. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Keuze in supermarkten op max. 10 min wandelen afstand, ook uit eten kan op verschillende leuke plekken. Zo is Snackwunder echt een aanrader voor lunch. De kamer zelf is prima, beetje gemiddelde hotelkamer. Niet super schoon, overal spinnenwebben en het toilet gaf af en toe een beetje een vieze geur af. Douche zag er daarentegen wel goed schoon uit. Kitchenette is aanwezig, maar erg praktisch in gebruik niet persé. Weinig keukengerei, normaal schilmesje of een snijplank niet aanwezig. Handvat van de schaar ging tijdens knippen kapot, opbergvakje in deur van de koelkast viel eruit. Wel een afwasborstel, maar dan geen afwasmiddel. Olie of peper en zout moet je ook zelf regelen. Wel koffie/thee en vaatwasblokjes aanwezig. Hier kan dus nog wel wat in verbeterd worden. Erg persoonlijk, maar het bed was niet heel fijn. Vrij harde matrassen en de lakens maakten veel geluid in de nacht. Verder zit er een leuke horeca gelegenheid onder het hotel, maar hierdoor heb je dus wel als je voor in het hotel verblijft tot 02u bedrijvigheid in het weekend. Al met al qua locatie leuk, maar zeker nog veel verbetering mogelijk.

Mooi, ruim, schoon appartement midden in het gezellige centrum van Osnabrück! Goed bed en badkamer, geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt en/of diner (staat ook in de omschrijving) maar door de ligging in het centrum zijn er in de buurt daarvoor voldoend mogelijkheden. De ingang van de parkeergarage is moeilijk te vinden en de communicatie hierover was niet optimaal.

Die Wohnung hatte einen starken Zigarettengeruch! Auf dem Boden war ein sehr große Fleck der ziemlich ekelig war. Dazu kam, dass die Feuchtigkeit in dem Raum sehr hoch war, es riecht auch leicht nach Schimmel. Die Kochnische war nicht wirklich sauber. Schlafen konnte man nur wenn beide Fenster geöffnet waren. Das Personal raucht in der Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage und der Zigarettenqualm kommt direkt in das Zimmer. Die Nachttischlampe ist bei einer kleinen Berührung in sich zusammengefallen, die Streben wurden mit Silikon befestigt, wohl nicht das erste Mal passiert. Das Bett ist ok.

Sehr schönes Zimmer sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, wenn auch etwas eng. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die alles hervorragend erklärt hat und auch Tipps gegeben hat. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Schöner, großer Balkon den man bei Regen und stärkeren Sonnenschein nicht nutzen kann, weil keinerlei Sonnen- und Regenschutz vorhanden ist.
Ein Schirm würde schon ausreichen. Geht also überhaupt nicht!
Außerdem gibt es keine Sitzkissen für die Balkonmöbel aus Holz.
In den unteren Appartements ist er durch den oberen Balkon überdacht. Bei der Buchung also darauf achten.
Ungewöhnlich und mühsam war der kleine Geschirrspüler, direkt über den Fußboden.

Tolle Unterkunft, die wirklich mitten in der Innenstadt liegt. Ich bin alleine gereist und habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Ich habe von den anderen Gästen nichts mitbekommen. Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng. Es wurde in unserem Zimmer wohl vorher geraucht, weshalb dieser Geruch erstmal im Zimmer war. Eine Senseo Maschine auf dem Zimmer ist doch sehr veraltet. Küche sonst top. Alles vorhanden. Für die Durchreise okay, aber sonst nichts zur Erholung. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig.
