We were traveling as a family to Chile from Buenos Aires and it was a great spot to stay on the way. The facilities were clean, spacious and very modern. We enjoyed our stay to and from Chile.

Péssimo hotel, não havia ar condicionado com a justificativa que nessa época do ano não era necessário, mesmo fazendo 26 graus durante o dia.
Só a cama era confortável e quarto espaçoso.
Chuveiro saia pouca água e café da manhã muito básico.
Fica de frente para uma rodovia e o barulho é 24horas por dia

clean but mediocre

This hotel is a great overnight quick stay. Don't plan on spending time here. You need a car to get around and I would not recommend walking in the area by yourself.
I was expecting a little more but really you get what you pay for. The hotel could be updated with more modern furniture and get a little face lift to be attractive to European and North American travelers. It has the general potential but they an fill it for a little less per night with Argentine travelers who do not have the same standards and are happy with a clean hotel and can live through the quirks that come with mediocre construction such as dated drop ceilings in hallways, squeaky elevators and dated furniture.

Honestly I would not stay here again if I am traveling with my fiancee but would tough out a night by myself if I had to and did not want to spend the extra money for the 4-star hotels.

Basic but comfortable stay

Nice, reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable and clean. Close to bus station and a cheap taxi ride from the center. Helpful check in staff, and the free breakfast is good to have (although fairly basic). There's free WiFi which is great, although the signal is weaker in the rooms than downstairs. There's also free computers in the lobby that you can use. Only complaint was the bed, a 'matrimonial bed' but it had a crack in the middle that was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the sheets were too small for the bed.

O hotel é bom. Estavam em reforma quando fui. As camas e o quarto foi otimo! Só o banheiro que precisavam da uma reformada também. Estava limpo e certinho, mas a ducha não era boa e a cortina para fechar também não. Café da manhã carece de mais opções salgadas e ovos. De resto tudo certo.

Bom custo benefício

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel bem localizado e confortável.

Só precisa da atenção no café da manhã (muito fraco) pelo menos tem que ter um ovo mexido. E também mais funcionários na cozinha. Pedi a janta para entregar no quarto e disseram que eu tinha que descer pra pegar. Fora isso tudo muito bom.

Hotel muito bom , quarto bem aconchegante , chuveiro deixou a desejar , pois não tem box e sim uma banheira para você tomar banho e um chuveirinho tipo uma ducha higiênica, a vista na janela ao entardecer é muito bonita !!
café da manhã bem básico, com poucas opções salgadas, Atendimento na recepção foi bom também

Los detalles hacen la diferencia

Buen hotel, con buen desayuno y buen restaurante. Un día cortaron el aire acondicionado y no renovaban las toallas a diario. Los artefactos del baño necesitan ajuste.

El hotel bueno, agradable bien ubicado, pero no puede ser que muchos que trabajan pasen por el lado tuyo y no te saluden, estuve una semana y hacen como que no te conocen. Un día cenamos y se demoraron 45 minutos en traer los platos

Muy buena la comida, el baño estaba con olor a desagüe siempre, un día no se realiza aseo de habitación. Personal de recepción falta de respeto al dudar de lo que uno le dice.

Es un establecimiento muy apto para ir de paso, al costado mismo de la carretera, con estacionamiento amplio. No está tan cercano al centro para los que viajan a quedarse en Mendoza mismo. Las instalaciones son adecuadas pero con faltas de mantención en pisos y paredes. El personal de servicio es mínimo, y el mismo recpecionista nos acompañó a dejar las maletas a la habitación, nos buscó las toallas, reservó mesa en el comedor, etc. El día que llegamos no funcionaba el ascensor por cambio de equipo, nos tocó en piso 3ro, no habiendo ningún aviso en la reservación de Expedia. Se podría mejorar la información del hotel.

No vale lo q pagamos. Ascensor fuera de servicio toda la estadia, falta de toallas, agude la ducha malisima. Cama horrible: eran 2 camas de una plaza, una mas alta q la otra. El personal desganado, cero atento, nunca una sonrisa.

Excelente atención del personal. Restaurant con comida de primera. Toda la repostería casera. Punto negativo: en Mendoza una carta de vinos exigua y excesivamente caros.

Bom hotel, quarto amplo, boas camas, possui estacionamento, um restaurante simples mas com boa comida e preços bons. localizado fora do centro mas para quem está de carro é tranquilo. Tem um Carrefour e um shopping perto para quem quer outra opção de restaurante. Bom atendimento dos funcionários e tem opção de café da manhã para celíacos que é só pedir antecipadamente. Ficaria mais vezes.
