The room didn’t have working heat and water did not come out of the bathroom tub faucet. It was so bad the resort had to move us because we had our young son with us and the conditions were horrible. I will never recommend anyone stay here again.

Never staying here again. My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was a nice room, but as soon as we turned the tv on, it prompted us saying there was an overdue balance that whoever is maintaining the room hadn’t paid off, there was NO internet and worst bof all, NO HOT WATER. We made several calls to the front desk, telling them our complaints and they proceeded to tell us they would reach out to the property manager and would get back to us. We never heard back from them. Horrible communication and customer service.

Stay was good, but one big negative is that if you are staying in mountain lodge, then you have to go all the way to other resort for checkin and drop off the keys. It took us 45 mins to get to other resort where main office is, just for 2 miles distance.. they should have someone at Mountain Lodge to allow people to check in

Loved the location for this ski in ski out. Nice to look out the balcony and be right in the middle of the action. The sofa bed was uncomfortable with springs popping up all over. The back door didn't lock and the window handle was broken . There was a light bulb that was out and not all the outlets worked. The tv situation was a nightmare with one tv all snowy and the other one whose remote was missing the select button and could not choose a channel. The location was great but would not choose this room again .

Overall accommodation (B) Clean (B) Bath Towels quantity for 2 adults (F) Walk Out Skiing- no snow shovel provided to clear the back deck and create a path 5-yard path to groomed trail(F) Sleeping Accommodations absolutely the worst mattress ever slept on (at Okemo for an on-snow ski education event a good night's sleep was critical (FFFF-) Permit parking lot was a disaster, condition between parked vehicles was unsafe.. hardly adequate space for as full-size pick-up truck (FFF-)...Check-in... registering through Hotels.com while indicating check in was at Jackson Core Inn, failed to indicate the inn is approximately 4 miles from the unit and the printed information failed to list the inn's phone number... using a rather sophisticated GPS to locate 111 Jackson Core Road leads up a 2-mile backroad to a security gate... once inside the inn complex zero signage leading one to check in... comments from the inn staff ''the accommodation web sites information is never 100% correct'', who's responsibility is that? (FF-)

P.S.- By the way... the groomer backup alarms were a special treat Sunday Night around 11:30 pm right up against Building C, after a long day at work and travel Sunday Afternoon.

key card didnt work. tried to get it fixed and it still didnt work. tried again and it finally worked. not the end of the world but it was a drag.

it's a very nice spot. the pool facilities are nice. theres a fire pit. the people are nice and corteous. i have stayed here before and will do so again. the room was huge and very nice. they were very accomadating and put us up in a handicap accesible room when it wasnt clear how to request one on the website. overall its a very nice place to stay and i would recommend.

When I arrived to check in at Jackson Gore for a mountain lodge unit, the woman at the front desk was kind enough to inform me that the unit I picked had no AC and if I wanted, she could put me in a comparable room at Jackson Gore with AC for the same price. I readily accepted and that made the rest of our stay even better as we were now near the pool and the excellent Coleman Tavern for meals. Affordable, great hospitality, and beautiful location. My family and I will definitely be back!

The lodging itself was great and the location, while noisy with snow clearing etc., can't be beat. Unfortunately, it was virtually impossible to get a human being on the phone in a reasonable amount of time, meaning that checkout became a frustrating comedy of errors. The two numbers for the front desk provided were both out of service. The chat support gave me a number that turned out to be the ski school (very confusing), while the main number led to several minutes of wading through annoying menus and lengthy holds, often to get someone at the end who didn't know what was going on. This place is expensive enough that they should have a direct line to a person at the front desk.

You can ski and out this property. However, the condo (A305) where we stayed at was a bit outdated. The pullout couch was worn out and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that the room has all appliances one needs to have a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. Our balcony was facing the main lodge.

This was the most beautiful property to stay at. We arrived late in the night due to an issue with the gps, so waking up in the morning with a Mountain View was gorgeous. We were supposed to be in a further away room at the clock tower but they upgraded us with no extra charge. This was great and we enjoyed everything it came with (hot tub right outside our room). We spent a few hours at the bar, which was met with a funny bartender. There was a fire outside and a few people sat around it. They even offered EV chargers out front and in the parking garage. Will definitely be back for the winter activities and we will bring back friends this time. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect!

Room was ski in ski out as promised. A bit far from town, but right at the base of the lifts.

Checked in, stayed in a A building apartment. Day 2, the lock broke on our door. The front desk went above and beyond to get us help, and took care of us while my husband was stuck in ski boots and ski clothes for several hours longer than expected. We were moved to another room after maintenance got us into the original room.

We'd give them another chance for sure.

The place needs better explanation on way to get in. When we checked in, we followed Google maps which took us up the windiest road. Much easier to take 103 & straight up! The woman at the desk explained it, AFTER wasting 30 minutes on the twisty road!
No elevator so my 81 year old mom got her work out. So did I.

Our return stay was based on our stay from last year in which we had a very updated condo. We were quite disappointed with this unit. Nothing had been upgraded, and the furniture was very \"rikety\". My sister stayed next door and paid less for a condo that was much more modern. In saying this, we love the spot and expect to be back but will hope for something that is more updated.

Very nice accommodations, but the logistics of checking in at another hotel, quite far from the room is a problem. The folks at Jackson Gore were great, but the map you get to drive back to find your place is awful. As well as the lack of sufficient street lights or signs is a major problem! It was dusk when we arrived, and we had to call the desk again from the lot. Luckily there were 2 folks cleaning the hallway rugs, and were able to help me. The outside of the building needs signing that let’s you know where you are !! The lodging was excellent, clean and comfortable, but we almost couldn’t find it!! Maybe a messenger or valet, could lead folks from check in at Jackson Gore to the other place …or a drone !!

The property was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at Mt. Lodge at Okemo before. We like that it is at the base. Ski in ski out! Only thing that I would suggest is a check-in list. Like where can we get more towels or supplies (soap, toilet paper etc.) I asked at the front desk over at Jackson Gore and they sent up more towels. Also didnt know we couldn't check in at Mt. Lodge anymore! Thanks though, we had a great time!

We came for three nights, to ski two days, and you can’t get a better location for ski in ski out at Okemo! Parts of the mountain with newer ski in ski out houses and condos still weren’t open due to lack of snow. But the mountain lodge is at the base of the clock tower and you could be out the door and on the lift in under two minutes! With that said the condos are a lil dated, but nothing horrendous (bathroom vanity was coming off wall and toilet paper holder was broke). We were a lil disappointed that we couldn’t have a fire in the fireplace as a sign was posted at the beginning of January 2022 saying they were not useable pending inspection. The bed could use a newer mattress perhaps. But the unit was spacious, living room furniture and carpet was just fine. Water pressure in the shower was excellent! Kitchen has cookware, dining ware, pots pans etc and a dishwasher. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee if you don’t want decaf. Linens were provided. We weren’t there for a five star resort. We were there to ski, and needed a place to cook our own meals and sleep. And this was perfect for just that! I’d definitely return in the future!

When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes and had not been allowed it.
The coffee selection was all decaf.
The carpet was dirty, not vacuumed, with popcorn kernels

The property is very close to the ski lifts, so it was a perfect ski in-ski out location, making it easy during these times to eat all meals and warm up in the apartment. It was clean, it had a good fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and microwave, and the kitchen was well equipped for most of our cooking and baking needs. However, for the price we had to pay I wasn't expecting the apartment to look so very dated.

The condo was updated and super clean. The only thing missing was the curtains on the Slider. Every other condo I could see had them except ours. Maybe they just finish renovating and didn't get to the curtain before we reserved.
The desk staff (Georgia) was super friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience.
Plenty of wood for the fireplace, which was not the case last time we visited.
Overall, this was our second stay at the resort and will definitely consider it next time. The convenience of the slopes being right outside and the reserved parking spot, is worth the couple extra bucks over staying elsewhere. Would 100% recommend to anyone. This is the place to stay at Okemo.

The reception staff provided little to no information (especially with regards to parking and location of unit), they were minimally courteous and the area uninviting (no one bothered to turn on the electric fireplace that might have added some ambiance). The parking lot attendant was outstanding: friendly, informative, helpful--exhibiting the traits I would expect from the check-in staff. The room had stale cheerios on the floor and looked a bit tired...an extra roll of toilet paper might have been welcomed.

The facility is showing its age although certainly clean and comfortable. I was also a bit perturbed about the “resort fee” given there were no resort amenities to benefit from.

We had to beg them everyday to come clean the room and bring us clean towels, even after we called they came to make the bed and give us clean towels only, they didn’t clean the shower or toilet or vacuum, they didn’t take out the trash or wash the coffeemaker or dishes.

We loved Okemo Mountain Resort. We had beautiful views and everything was very clean!

My husband took me and our kids (ages 8 and 6) to Okemo for a snowboarding weekend for my birthday. We were there for 4 days in January. The apartment was great, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, right down to dish soap and laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space throughout the unit for all our stuff. The lockers right outside the room were an excellent feature for storing all our outdoor gear. The bathroom was a little small but definitely not a big deal for us, just something to think about if you need more space for bathing babies or whatever. The staff was very frinedly and so helpful. The night we arrived there was a bad ice storm, the staff not only helped me and my kids get into the bldg safely, they helped my husband bring up all our luggae and food.

The pool at the Spring House was nice, but it is at Jackson Gore so note that you have to either drive there or hop on the shuttle. The Spring House is a fitness center so you have lots to do there; a good size work out room with cardio and weight lifting equipment, classes such a yoga and even raquetball. It was a nice place and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

If you are at Okemo over the winter on a weekend for skiing or snowboarding, note that it does get very busy. However, the mountain is so big that it is really only the base that seems crowded. If you plan on signing uour kids up for lessons, do it early (weeks in advance) and note that they are non-refundable and that regardless of whether they are not likely to get canceld by the resort. As I mentioned we were in an ice storm and they still had kid lessons. We pulled our kids out becuase the conditions were miserable and more importantly very dangerous and lost all our money. They would not refund or even let us change the lesson date or time. Most places are like this, but if you have never experienced it before it is something important to consider.

Okemo Mountian is an AWESOME place to snowboard and stay! We loved it and will absolutely be back next year!

Could not believe this place would allow someone to stay there when there is no staff, no security and terrible accommodations. It was like making you go to their nice hotel (2 miles away) and then ask your guest to go stay in the garage. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life and I am 60 years old. Then, we got to park in a parking lot that was probably .25 miles form our hotel. We couldn't shut the shades in our bedroom or living room area because of the \"air conditioner tube\" stuck in the window. The bed was so hard and the pillows were poor.

I have stayed here before and overall it was great. The one issue I had was that the condo was so hot! I know it was unseasonably warm but the AC did not work and the fans can only cool a space that big so well. Also, there was no wi-fi other than an errant signal that carried over from the public spaces.

Booked two rooms (during the same booking) and was put into seperate buildings from my friends. When I asked to get the rooms in the same building, I was told they couldn't (even though they put someone on hold while checking me in and told them that she'd look into switching their room). It's a good thing I wasn't booking a second room for my kids...terrible customer service. The local area restaurants also had horrible custom service and the food wasn't good either.

Could not figure out where to check in and had to ask a security guard. Check in is at another facility about 1.5 miles away. Was just ok, but absolutely would not stay there during heat of summer.

The walls were really dirty from both living room and bedroom. We always stay at Okemo Base Lodge but this was the first time that we did stay in room that wasn't good. The TV at the bedroom for somereason at our first night wasn't working properly...

Room, ski location great but no hot tub/pool near

Lodging was a a living room with fireplace, sofa, chairs, kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed. Very comfortable for up to 4 people. Bathroom was small; the bathtub was tiny. Overall great if one wanted to be right next to one of Okemo's ski bases but little to do nearby (without driving) compared to Jackson Gore (the other Okemo ski base) a mile away by car. That area would be better to stay at of one was visiting Okemo with the pool/hot tub nearby and better apres ski.

The service was very good with the staff friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great and the staff at check in and out were friendly, helpful and kind. The condo was very dated!
For the money we spent I feel that we could have had a much nicer accommodation. The spa, pool and hot tub are a 10 minute drive which kinda stinks. On the final day the spa pool and tub were closed and there was no staff to help, so unfortunately I couldn't use it which really was bad for being 9 months pregnant it was the only activity at a ski resort that I could have done.

The condo was clean but the furniture was broken. Granddaughter sat on stool and went down. It came undone. Repairs were done immediately but for the price on condo stay this should not have happened. Also it was smaller than we expected for 4 people. Condo needs updating.

Misleading description of location of amenities

Musty hallways, not cleaned properly, black hair all over bathroom floor. mirror and sink dirty toilet had urine stains on it. sink garbage disposal smelled of decaying food. Pool,spatub and all amenities were located 1.5 miles away including \"on site restaurant'. No handicapped parking near our condo. No security on site. Bright lights in courtyard kept us awake all night. Told we could not get refund because we did not book with hotel directly. Hotels.com did not offer a refund either. We are leaving early and taking the loss.This hotel was not listed correctly on Hotels.com. Caveat emptor.

Mountain getaway.....more like Mountain stay away!

Common areas were dirty, rug not vacuumed, dirt and food on stairways. Outside garbage overflowing when we arrived on Sat. Finally emptied on Monday when we left. Unit we stayed in was clean but outdated. Outside deck was bad. One of the chairs was ripped. Overall not a welcoming clean place. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk at the hotel two miles away that we had to check in and out at he basically laughed and brushed it off to \"different companies managing properties.\"

Worked perfectly for my stay. Just needed a place to store all my stuff for some obstacle course races in the area. The kitchen and separate sitting area were perfect!
