Would definitely not return, I have contacted the property about my experience last year and have not had their response. Staff unhelpful and unpleasant. Arrived late at night, no water to be offered of to be purchased, family rooms very small, breakfast terrible. Staff disrespectful towards lower ranked staff which was extremely obvious to guests and unpleasant to see.

Perfect hotel great for our family holiday. 2 lovely outdoor salt pools with bars - one quieter and one with activities. Modern, clean rooms, really nice buffet breakfast, a good activity schedule. A great location - right by the stony beach and a short stroll to Medulin. Near lovely beachside restaurants and bars. An easy taxi ride to Pula old town to sightsee there.

Modern, clean hotel. Beautiful setting with lovely pools and area by the sea. Short 10 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and marina with stunning views.
Beds very comfortable. Food at breakfast could be more varied ; especially fruit which often ran out. Omlette station is great.
Lovely lady looking after customers in the bar later in the evening ( apologies for not knowing her name ).

Very disappointing. Booked superior sea view room (could hardly see the sea - was mostly a view of the wall) and the lighting was so poor that we had to use torch on phone to find things in suitcase. Arrived very late (had informed hotel in advance) and check-in took ages. Also, specifically booked a hotel with parking as a member of the party was disabled but car park was full. Then was told breakfast finished at 11am but checkout was at 10am! No-one offered to help us with the luggage. Breakfast was ok but very crowded. Huge queue at reception for checkout. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money.

Awful from the start

To summarise - Unable to add another night to the booking via Hotels.com, had to cancel booking and rebook. This then made it more expensive as price had gone up. I was told by hotels.com that this was due to the hotels policy. Reception were unfriendly, I was told nothing about breakfast times or anything useful on arrival.Booked a double room - we arrived and there were two singles. The room was a superior room, not what you would describe as Superior. Safe didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Ordered room service, this was dealt with like it was a huge inconvenience and they were rude. Room service tray with dirty plates not removed from room when cleaned the next day.
Oh and the best thing, they literally had 100's of children staying at the hotel for a nearby football tournament, the noise was something else. Not what you would hope for on a couple long weekend spa break.

Do not believe the staged pictures!!!

This property was definitely is not a 4 star hotel. I would say closer to 2 or a 3. The best was made with our towels in it causing the bed to be wet. Masks were suppose to be worn but barely anyone did. The staff wore masks on their chins. The shower in our room was not cleaned at all, our dirty towel ( visibility so) was folded and placed back as if it was fresh.

Parking was ridiculous. It was super limited and they definitely can not accommodate 400 plus cars. Random people not guests of the hotel were parked everywhere.

Breakfast was great but it was good. Dinner was good however you could tell the desserts we’re at least a day old or left out all day.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful & pleasant, we were there in august which is very busy, only downside is if you want a sunbed near the pool there seems to be a rule that you have to get up at crack of dawn to reserve any beds you want by putting your towels over them. Maybe other times of the year is fine. Towels are provided by pool every day.

The hotel was just what I needed, on the the beach with a nice pool & a quiet room. It was packed with people & lots of screaming/playing kids. I slept in so I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked fine & something for everyone. I had a nice lunch in the poolside restaurant & the service was very pleasant.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely room with a balcony facing the sea. Great breakfast in the morning but don’t be late as they start clearing away everything at about 9:50! Wonderful pool and beach and an easy walk to the Medulin harbour. I would recommend staying here and would go back.

A good hotel near the sea

This is a good 4 star hotel. Rooms are pretty well equipped (without magnifying mirror) with coffee making facilities (a definite plus). They are kept very clean.
Lifts are very efficient and quick.
Breakfast is self-service. There are queues at machines for coffee the machines don’t produce coffee of good quality. There is loads of choice of food but it isn’t logically organised-the cereals I found on our penultimate day miles from yogurts and a long way from the delicious freshfruit including fresh apricots.
We only had one evening meal at the hotel also buffet style. Not an experience I wanted to repeat though eating outside is lovely and the service is good.
There are three pools, one indoors for serious lane swimming. Towels are provided but unfortunately ‘reserving’ your lounger is allowed.
The bar/restaurant Lungomare serves very good and healthy food. Salads are excellent but vary in quality from day to day. It stops serving food at 7pm.
The Wi-fi is variable in quality.

Week in the sun but not that cheap to eat out.

The hotel room we had was very small but I did just have a standard. It was clean though, just very basic and simple like one of our prem inns. The grounds of the hotel were very good and the hotel was well placed. 10 minute work into town. The only issue was the staff at one of the bars made you feel invisable on the odd occasions. In addition the hotel was nearly on the beach but still you had to pay for the sunbeds each day if you didn't want to sit around the pool. Think it was over £10 per day for 2 beds and a brolly.

Excellent hotel with wonderful facilities and Spa in a good location. short transfer from airport and short walk to the harbour, good beach location (pebbly) with short walk to sandy beach along a paved promenade. Pools lovely. Food very good and varied ( buffet style with chefs providing cooking at stations in the restaurant as well).Good sized rooms with Elemis toiletries provided and coffee and stocked mini bars in rooms.Would definitely stay again.

Not a good hotel for a young couple.In addition to walking along the sea there is no more entertainment. lighting in the evening only on site and if you want to take a walk before going to bed then get ready for a dark promenade. The choice of dishes for dinner is quite modest but of good quality. The staff is friendly. the rooms are modest even if you paid for a sea view room. The bed linen is fresh and clean. the pool is big enough but around the basin was not cleaned after the repair work.

Pretty expensive though - this includes the restaurants surrounding the hotel too.
They also make you pay for the beds on the beach, even though these are connected to the hotel.
Overall very very good! Amazing breakfast buffet and super friendly staff! Also a lovely big gym and indoor pool.

After starting our honeymoon at a gorgeous hotel in Dubrovnik, we flew into Pula after a brief stop in Zagreb. The Park Plaza Belvadere in Medulin was a 250 Kuna (~$45) cab ride away. Our room was relatively spacious and the people at the reception desk in the lobby were friendly and helpful. The pool and hotel beach were crowded but very nice, and the food at the hotel beach bar was excellent! However, there were some shortcomings:
- the Superior room was on the ground floor and the balcony wasn’t private
- dim lighting, even after our missing lightbulb was replaced upon request
- very limited housekeeping service. Glasses/coffee mugs were not replaced after use and towels on the floor were not removed
- double bed was two twin beds pushed together, and those beds rolled away from each other very easily. This seems to be common in Croatia.
- there was a blood stain on our chair
- no bathtub (only shower)
The hotel breakfast had a large selection of items but was quite crowded. The dinner buffet was adequate.

Overpriced communist era hotel

Small room with low ceiling. For 150 EUR per night, we got a \"superior sea view\" room. The left half of that view was a concrete wall and the other half was mostly the hotel pool area. You could still see the sea I guess if you looked hard enough through the trees. Meanwhile, the view from the pool area into our room was great. The amenities were OK, but you can't charge that money for a fox hole no matter how well you decorate it.

Wonderful place to relax

We are travelling full time and booked a week at the hotel to have a base for a short period of time. We needed a quiet place where we could do some online work and have all of the details taken care of. The Park Plaza Belvedere Medulin was a perfect fit. It was wonderful to not have to think about meals and just focus on a bit of work and self care. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. The concierge even found a national football game on the satellite tv for us one evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pure relaxation.

Having only booked a few weeks in advance and impulse booking, I was a little worried about location and that the hotel wouldn't live up to our expectations. We needn't of worried. The hotel had everything you could possibly want serviced by fab friendly staff. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away along the coastal path from the main strip where you can shop, dine or book a boat trip.
We will definately return.

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO THE (STONEY) BEACH!

Very comfortable stay and very pleasant surroundings just to relax and chill from work life back home. Food was good, but could have been a lot hotter and more choice or 'themed days', just to change it up bit. Excellent gym and fitness facilities, however, the evening entertainment was absolutely dire! Don't go to this hotel expecting to be entertained because you won't be! Staff were pleasant, however, I believe I left an item of personal possession there, and I have emailed the contact email address twice to ask if the item was placed in lost/left property, but as yet...2 weeks later!...I'm still waiting for a reply from the hotel staff.
Overall I would recommend this great hotel, which is only 10-15 mins from Pula airport which makes it even better rather than a long journey at the end of your flight.
Just wish the management would reply to my emails!!!

We stayed here last week and had a fantastic, stress less experience. The hotel is modern, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, the facilities are fantastic and the food is amazing. The whole hotel was fresh, clean and friendly with nightly entertainment on at both at the poolside and inside the hotel.

We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable break close to the beach and we definitely found it here. I would definitely go back and would certainly recommend it.

The pools are salt water but super relaxing after being out in the heat. They put on lots of activities like aqua aerobics etc to keep you busy if you can't sit still for long like me. The restaurant is lovely, buffet breakfast and dinner, we didn't have lunch so can't comment there, lots of variety with fish and meat dishes. Rooms are great, we had a superior room that faced the car park, we had no issues from road traffic but the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours if they're noisy. Position in Medula is nice, a short walk to the main stretch of shops and restaurants if you are eating out like we did. Also only have to cross the road to get to the small beach with access to swimming in the sea, again very refreshing after the heat. All in all a lovely hotel with a lovely location.

We spent 11 days at the park plaza Belvedere in medulin. The hotel is lovely and in an excellent quiet location but within a short walk of some lively restaurants and bars. Whilst we were there the resort put on a free abba tribute concert by the harbour which was great fun. The hotel staff were really helpful - they even managed to find me a tube of super glue when the heel came off my shoe! Only one small drawback our room did not have any drawers only shelving. All in all a fantastic hotel and resort which we recommend.

Our stay at park plaza belvedere was fantastic... The hotel is modern, spotless clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food fresh and delicious. It has a great gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, entertainment. I am an air hostess and stay in a lot of hotels, this hotel and it's staff are superb, highly recommended!!

The best hotel in Medulin. Good food, decent rooms, inside and outside pools, nice gym. However, there are some things to change:
1. The hotel is realy big, but the pool area is too small. If you want to reserve a place near the pool, you must be there at 7 a.m. At 8 a.m. all the beds in the pool area are taken! After that hour you can find a bed only far away from the pool, in the garden zone.
2. If you want to stay on the beach, you must pay.
3. Due to the crowded days, the wifi is often disconnected.
4. A little bit to far from the city center.

The Belvedere is more modern in style from the other Park Plaza hotel, a half a kilometre up the road, which is more traditional resort styled. Very nice location on the sea, and nice amenities like pool lounging and bar and well equipped fitness room. It's a bit down the road from some of the other hotels, but bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. Clientele is mostly vacationing families.

The Park Plaza Medulin was spotlessly clean and a nice modern room with free wifi, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed and linens. We were a little confused about hitting the button to get into the parking lot, but we figured it out. It has a pool and beach area, which we would have used if our stay was longer. The continental breakfast and buffet dinner were ok, but by the time we got back to the hotel we didn't feel like going back out. The hotel is a little ways from downtown Medulin, but there are restaurants not too far away you could walk, but it is a longer walk. They didn't speak English quite as well as some other hotels, but were very nice and we didn't have any problems.

Superb choice of hotel

Arrived early at the hotel due to an early flight in to Pula. Couldn't obtain access to the room but was offered the use of the swimming pool by the very friendly and helpful reception staff. Hotel was very clean and well laid out. Rooms were spacious and we had a room with a view over the sea and gardens. The hotel was in a very good position and with the pool and the beach(no sand) you didn't need to venture very far if you didn't want too. The restaurant by the pool served very tasty and very reasonably priced meals. We had booked for bed and breakfast and again the breakfast was very well presented and with lots of choice. Ventured into Pula by local bus which was fun. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone and would like to return next year.

Breakfast of reasonable quality with good range of choice
Biggest criticism that we were charged for beds by pool, at 3 euros a day per bed by pool or 5 euros a day on beech plus additional charge for umbrella this added considerable cost to holiday if you a family
Even if you were prepared to pay not enough beds and VERY cramped
Car park not finished when we there and often difficult to find anywhere to park
We were charged for 3 adults visiting with a 14 year old son but room cramped for 3 with little storage space extra bed not suitable for older child as not full size

God beliggenhet, men overpriset og dårlig service

Overpriset hotell med ansatte som virket som de mislikte jobben sin.
Helt umulig å få solseng om ikke man var ute og reserverte i 08-tiden, mange solsenger sto tomme halve dagen uten at noen samlet inn håndklærne og tilbød til andre gjester. Området til hotellet på stranden var åpent for alle og charget 25 euro for to senger og en solseng.
Frokost og middag var bra.
Renhold på rommet var under forventning, fant søppel fra tidligere gjester under sengen og fikk ikke nye håndklær selv om de gamle ble hentet inn.

Anreise mit Auto Parkmöglichkeit genügend vorhanden. Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer war Schön mit Meersicht im obersten 5.Stock und ruhig, auf Wunsch gebucht und erhalten. Es war meiner Meinung nach ruhig ausser die Kinder die am Zimmer vorbeigerannt sind und geschriehen haben,aber auch die Erwachsenen Personen laut miteinander geredet haben, die hat mann gehört.( Hat auch mit Anstand,Erziehung und Bildung zu tun.
Um das Hotel gibt es viele Restaurants und Attraktionen und kleinere Shops am Ufer entlang zum Hafen, schön zum flanieren bis spät abends.
Wir haben nur Morgenessen gebucht. Leider hat es jeden Morgen die gleiche Auswahl geben und eine lange schlange am Kaffeautomaten.
Personal war meisten übereifrig und hat den Tisch 2 mal abgeräumt als ich Kaffe und Dessert holen ging.(Personal hat gedacht das wir gegangen sind, als erklärung hat Sie mir gesagt das ich nächste mal einen gegenstand liegen lassen soll wie Hotelcarte.) Es gibt 2 aussenpools und ein innenpool leider alle mit Salzwasser betrieben.
Das Zimmer wurde Taglich gereinigt und die verschmutzten Handtücher gewechselt. Leider wurde der Balkon inkl. Tisch kein einziges mal gerreinigt evt. vergessen… Ansonsten Schöne Ferienwoche gewessen.

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zum Frühstück gab es sehr viel Auswahl was ausgezeichnet geschmeckt hat. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer auf der Meerseite und Balkon. (nicht jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon) Meerseite ist nicht gleiche Meerblick, worauf man nicht hingewiesen wird. Bei uns standen einige Bäume davor. Fitnessstudio (12€ pro Person/Tag) und Innenpool sind Kostenpflichtig!! Steht nirgends. Zustand und Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Abends hat man im Hotel keine Möglichkeit draußen an einen beleuchteten Ort zu sitzen. Die große Terrasse ist nach dem Abendbrot zu. Strand ist komplett überfüllt und viel zu viel Trubel. Für 2 Liegen muss man 20€/Tag zahlen. Sieht komplett anders aus als auf den Bildern. Die 2 Pools und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Allgemein muss man sagen dass man sich als Deutscher Tourist in Medulin und Umgebung Einheimisch fühlt 😅

Schreckliches Hotel - essen der Horror !!!

Schreckliches Hotel!!!! Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, Abendessen noch schlimmer, alles drunter und drüber, kein Tisch zu finden; Essensreste überall, keine gute Qualität, gingen außer Haus essen und verzichteten auf das was wir bezahlt hatten! Nie wieder dieses Hotel, einfach Horror!!!!

Ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es - z.B. die Anordnung des Buffets (um die langen Schlangen zu verhindern) und teilweise waren die Speisen nur noch warm, aber grundsätzlich hat alles gepasst.

J'ai été surpris de voir que Radisson faisait dans le tourisme de masse. Hôtel fort sympathique assez récent très bon emplacement, très bonnes infrastructures, personnel très professionnel, buffet du petit déjeuner au top, plusieurs piscines intérieures et extérieures avec salle de sport plutôt sympa. L'hôtel était plein mais nous n'avions pas la sensation d'être dans une boîte de sardines comme en Espagne. Seul mais gros point noir: hôtel familial donc des mômes qui braillent dès 6h du matin dans les couloirs en jouant avec la complicité des parents, extrêmement désagréable

Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick schön und modern, man merkt jedoch schnell, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Teppichböden haben ihre besten Zeiten schon gesehen, Türrahmen und Sockelleisten sind abgeschlagen.
Die Zimmer sind nicht tip-top sauber, aber auch nicht eckelerregend schmutzig. Etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail würde dem Hotel gut tun.
Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Auch der Speisesaal ist schön und man findet auch zur Hauptzeit ein ruhiges Plätzchen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

Struttura moderna e molto curata, dispone di 2 grandi piscine esterne e una ancora più grande all'interno. La sala colazione e cena è grande ed ha anche un terrazzo esterno. Personale molto gentile e qualificato. Buona la scelta del cibo sia a cena che a colazione. L'accesso al mare è immediatamente di fronte. Ha una bellissima pineta e gli sdrai con ombrelloni non sono solo in piscina ma anche nella pineta dove c'è la possibilità di avere ombra anche sotto gli alberi. Nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 12:30 la camera era già pronta e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in immediatamente. La camera doppia superior fronte mare/piscina è bellissima e funzionale. L'aria condizionata funziona benissimo ed è silenziosa. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che abbiano impiegato tanto personale così lavorano tanto ma non troppo velocemente, perciò li vedi quasi tutti sorridenti e contenti di svolgere il loro lavoro e non hanno dei capi che gli stanno addosso e li stressano, perciò complimenti per la gestione dell'Hotel, veramente ottima!!!

Det var tredje gången som vi tillbringade vår semester på detta hotell. De andra gångerna har vi varit nöjda, men nu tycker vi att det har blivit sämre. Rummen är bra- Kylskåp finns även för 1,5 liters flaskor, dåligt med belysning i rummet. AC är numera gemensam och kan inte ställas in (låter mycket). WiFi funkar ibland bra och ibland mindre bra. Det är buffé, vilket är bra. Det är fruktansvärt hög ljudvolym i matsalen, det finns ingen klädkod (man äter i badbyxor). Solsängarna räcker till och det finns parasoller, men det spelas musik med hög volym på eftermiddagarna vid poolen. Hotellet är rökfritt invändigt, men det röks överallt på området. Har du otur så röker de på var sida om dig när du solar. Det är ganska stökigt med barn i 12-års åldern som leker, hoppar, dyker, trots förbud. Det saknas badvakter och gästerna får själv säga till barnen, det hade behövts personal vid poolen. Parkering finns och det står bilar överallt, det fick komma en bärgningsbil och flytta på en bil för att de andra skulle kunna komma ut. Området ligger lite utanför, det är en bra bit att gå om du ska handla. Det är bra med bil.

Zimmer werden nicht vor 14uhr vergeben, seien Sie also nicht zu früh um lange Wartezeiten zu vermeiden.
Wir gingen davon aus, dass es grundsätzlich auch die Möglichkeit gibt Zimmer vor dem offiziellen Check-In beziehen zu können, da andere Gäste dies in ihre Bewertungen schrieben, für uns war das allerdings nicht möglich...
Zude hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber eines ohne Balkon bekommen.
Die Anlage wirkt gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl und die Qualität der Verpflegung war in Ordnung.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Hafenpromenade entfernt.
