Great hotel, not the best location.

The quality of the hotel is great for its price. However, it isn’t the best location. There is a Walmart and mall next door but the shops and restaurants aren’t that interesting. We ended up taking a taxi to the Kingkey Banner mall both days for our meals.

It’s my 7th time staying here.
Very nice hotel with reasonable price.
Also there is small shopping mall connecting to the hotel, easy to find place to eat and shopping for food.

However interms of sightseeing the location is not that good I guess. Far from lofu and futian and nanshan.

The hotel is located near supermarket and many restaurants, such as burger king, walmat, pizza hut, chinese restaurants, japanese restaurants. English speaking staffs in hotel is important too as not many hotels in this area do. Anyway, good hotel and nice breakfast.

Stayed here a few times. It is now my \"go to\" hotel for business in the Ba'oan area. Rooms are nice and clean. No tub and the shower has no door which gets the floor somewhat wet, but enjoyable.. Also, no shaving kit (not a big deal unless you don't check luggage because you can't take a razor thru TSA.).

The Walmart, Pizza Hut, and Burger King close is nice! Metro station is a 15 minute walk. They \"sometimes\" provide a shuttle to the station, but not back. In fact the hotel staff couldn't tell me how to get a ride back if it was raining.

No pool. Does have a laundry facility for additional charge.

Breakfast: Decent spread, but not much western choices besides eggs and waffles. They advertise omelets but rarely have omelet choices out (veggies and meat).

Biggest complaint is that the hotel does NOT exchange money. There are some ATM's and a bank with weird hours near by, but not convenient.

I stayed at this hotel because we thought it was an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport. The hotel is clean, and well located in Shajing. It is far from the metro.
All in all the hotel is like a garden inn, but it's misleading because it's not closer to the airport.

We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn as it seemed one of the nicer hotels by the Bao'an Airport. It will still a distance away but worth going out to. It looked like it was in a busy area for restaurants however we did not arrive until late evening. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They do not have mini-bars but do have a good selection of drinks, candy etc to purchase in the reception area. We did not try the restaurant as it was late and we left before breakfast the next day.

Beds were comfortable and the bathroom well equipped.

Whilst this is a modern hotel, it does lack some facilities, no spa/massage service, no pool and can be noisey if you have the more expensive city view room!
Every time I've stayed there, no matter what room, the sink plug does not seal, water drains away every time!
Overseas tv channels lacking
These are only minor things and I would still recommend Hotel

An oasis in the chaos of Shenzhen

We highly recommend this hotel. Everything was to a high standard and the the service superb. The restaurant food was very good too.
It was a lovely place to retreat to after our busy days in Shenzhen.

Far from the airport

I thought the hotel is within 5 minutes from the airport but it is at least 30 minutes by taxi.
However, you can take train at $5 (chinese yuan) one way if the hotel had given us the
direction.

There is a very good restaurant next door but the shopping mall itself is more suited for
locals. I did not explore the neighborhood but I think it is not designed for tourists.

I arrived sfter midnight, but a staff member was waiting for me. I thought the hotel was closer to the airport, but a 30 minute ride wasn't too bad. The room was fine and the pillows of the bed especially comfortable. A good night's rest was enjoyed. In the morning I found a grand street market nearby

The room is clean and comfortable. I have enjoyed my staying at this hotel. Buffer breakfast is good, but the price is too high. The buffet dinner is great. The hotel does not provide money exchange and hotel management is very inflexible to support customers when they need to exchange even a small amount of $20 into RMB in order to pay for a shuttle bus..
The customer is busy to do business at day time, does not have time to exchange at the bank (it opens at 9AM and closes at 5PM), ATM machine does not accept US credit cards. In my case, a US traveler has jumped in to help me because she has a Chinese credit card which can be used to get RMB from ATM machine. It is really bad and not flexible and put customer in a hard situation.

This is a very nice hotel!

This hotel was recommended by one of my suppliers! Hotel is really good. Check in staff was friendly, room was very clean and big. US power shockers easily accessible (which is the most important for traveling businessman!).

Hotel seems to be very family friendly.

English speaking staff.

Hotel is located in very safe area! I went for morning walk and happy to see shops and restaurants around! BurgerKing is just across the block and Walmart is near by!

A very nice new hotel in the middle of no where.

I had to catch a very early flight from the SZ airport. So I came to stay a night in this hotel on the night before. But honestly, this hotel is quite far away from the airport. About 30 mins away. And there are almost nothing around that hotel. But the hotel is very new and nice. Staff are very friendly as well. But I'm not sure if I will stay here again if the airport hotel opens later.

I was assigned this room (615) which had no shower door. the TV would turn on due to power circuit breaker was switched off. i had to call the hotel technician to get it back on. the room seemed to be an idle one. it might be i used Expedia points so i got a room that was not fully equipped and functioning.

Its good overall, clean and well presented. good gym and good service generally. the only issue really ( for visitors to china i guess) is the beds are very firm. i just wrapped up the duvet and slept on that and it was fine, but after a few days was a bit uncomfortable. this is the only point really. great breakfast service.

A fairly new hotel located not too far from the airport. Staff are very friendly and the room was large and comfortable. My only problem was with the business centre - located in a corner of the lobby, just 1 computer with English and it was not working properly. Use is free, which is great but I was unable to photocopy documents.

A treasure in the Ruins

The one who has been in China will not be surprised to the trash in the streets, bad-mannered people around and low quality of life in general. To me this hotel became a shelter to escape from all bad moments and an opportunity to have a qualified rest.
The Hotel, even though it is mentioned in the International Airport section, is far from the airport and takes minimum 30 minutes by taxi to get there. The taxi fare will be around 120RNB but most local taxi drivers do not know where it is or pretend so to be able to charge you more))
The hotel is also far from LoHu and Futian. The closest MTR stop is 20 minutes away by taxi.
I was really surprised was such a hotel brand was built in such a district. You can find several OK restaurants just in the attached building and a WallMart supermarket.

Very Modern Setup. Looks new too. Reasonably priced. Satisfied with most except one thing. The bedding has feathers flying everywhere. Without this issue, it could have been perfect. The hotel is no where near city area but it has a mini mall attached to it which is actually good enough. The mall has a few restaurants and a big supermarket.

initially not impress for the services when I facing room air conditioning was down. Cause the response from front desk is telling you to wait for half hour than you may feel cool.

Overall it is a good hotel. the room space was larger than needed, which was nice. The elevator switches and its light indication could have been better. One of the switches was malfunctioned and the hotel couldn't realise the issues in timely fashion. The indication location was just not easy to see which almost doesn't make sense while all other hardwares seen to be Hilton-ish nice.

Maybe it was more for biz people, in room were nothing at the mini bar. Need anything need to go down and buy it. Breakfast taste and selections were not meeting up-to-date.

However the location is rather far from airport , 30 minutes drive and more than an hour to Louhu. But it is really worth it if u are just staying overnight .

Great location, cleanliness and helpful staff. However very limited menu items for international travelers. Also, room service timings only from 5 pm to 9 pm. Main coffee shop (Garden Grill) has fixed timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you need to plan your business meetings around meal timings! They have a great pantry service at the lobby floor though, which sells sandwiches, juices etc. This is a real life saver when the restaurants are closed (which was 90% of the time).

Really good price and nice hotel. Hard to find any complaints other than location is a bit obscure depending what your there for. It is a business hotel- not for leisure. Not a lot of hotel guests. I really liked how instead of a stocked mini bar/food, they have all the same items in a serve yourself shop in the lobby at local prices - not Hilton minibar prices. 40 minutes from airport though...

stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks. one cannot get a better deal for the location and amenities. hotel is located within a shopping center that has a wal-mart. staff is very nice. tip: although a city view room is nice, the constant car honking is cleary heard thruogh the windows.

The hotel wsa in a good condition and the staff were helpful. However it was quite far from the airport (and everything really), although it was advertised as being pretty close to the airport. The only other thing that was annoying was that there is no room service food available after around 9pm. Overall we had a good stay and the hotel car they sent out to pick us up was a lifesaver as it was raining extremely hard the night we arrived and there were no taxis available at all.
