Breakfast meal was wonderful, gluten free options, cage free eggs, oatmeal with at least 10 options for toppings. Sat in the breakfast area for quite awhile and I observed staff serving breakfast and at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Used the laundry, clean but could use new machines. These would not be acceptable in most places.

THE DESK HOST TOLD ME BREAKFAST STARTED AT 5:30. SHOWED UP AT 6:00 AND THE AREA WAS LACKING ANY HOT FOODS AND NO ONE WAS AROUND, FOUND THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND THEY INFORMED THAT SATURDAYS ARE 7:00 THE DESK CLERK HAD MISSPOKE . WE WENT BACK AT 7:15 AND THE WAS A HIGH SCHOOL BAND THERE. THEY WHERE OUT OF SEATS AND FOOD. HAD TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY TO EAT !!

For breakfast, they had quite a few options. But the thing that really impressed me was that they went out of their way to have something like 15 different add-in options for oatmeal. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me, it just struck me as the kind of thing that shows that somebody is really thinking about the little things. Nobody that's just going through the motions would even think of doing something like that, and I appreciated that.

I really enjoy this hotel. I do like the convenience and the space that it offers. The shower needed some TLC as our water pressure was very low and the toilet was constantly running and building up condensation. Overall though the hotel is great! Friendly staff and very clean. This hotel was excellent. We stopped here when we were passing through to pick up our daughter from EAU, and it was clean, nice, and the pool was perfect. We had to leave before breakfast hours the following morning, but the sweet older lady who does the breakfast was there early and let us (and others) go ahead and eat before we left.

This is a wonderful property. We have stayed at other Springhill properties and they are all very nice. It's like having a small apartment instead of just a room. The rooms are spacious, clean, separated areas and just really nice to stay in. It was our favorite hotel the week we traveled thru southeast Arizona. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we asked for.

The room was super nice. Everything was great, but I wanted to take a hot bath and there was only warm water. We decided not to shower the next day since the water was not very warm and wait until we got home.

This is a third stay at this property. This like one of the other times. We were sent to the wrong room/amenities. After a long day of traveling. This is not appreciated. So two incorrect rooms. Another stay resulted in or being trapped in the room for a failed door locking mechanism. We travel 6-10 times a month. We will likely not ise this property again. We prefer Marriotts. Just not this one.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pull out couch bed was encased in a frame level with the top of then mattress. The frame had very sharp edges and not safe.

My stay was good my only complaint is the price of the room is ridicules the rooms are nice but not worth 320 dollars for one night it would have been nice to stay for the 3 days of my training but I can't afford it I asked for a government rate or corporate rate and was denied
