This facility is well worn. Exterior carpeting is old and dirty. Entry door not well sealed. Bath sink was not cleaned properly in the bowl. Shower soap and shampoo pumps (in shower) were empty. Bottom of shower door has mold. A white bed pillow had black stains. The other bedding was fine. Refrigerator was full of water and not wiped clean.

I have stayed here several times and have always liked it. This time though I have to say I was slightly disappointed. The room was starting to look a little worn. Small things that can make a big difference. Paint wearing in areas. Doors sticking or no closing properly. Things like this are small fixes. Also on this trip there were several times we were woken up late by other patrons outside the room. Cars were blocked in by people double parked. There should be some control over these things. If not the progression will be downhill.

The SureStay Hotel by Best Western in Manning, SC, was an inexpensive option for a quick stay while traveling on I-95. It was our first stay at a SureStay. We were somewhat surprised that the hotel actually requires and takes a $100 refundable deposit, rather than just putting a hold on one's credit card; that's not a very consumer-friendly policy, but it didn't cause us any problems. The accessible room was clean and comfortable. (We had not reserved an accessible room but we understand the hotel was full that night, so that may just have been the last room available when we checked in.) We particularly liked the large no-barrier shower. The breakfast was adequate but not fantastic. I guess we might stay again if it works out that the location is right on a trip to Florida. One highlight of the stay had nothing to do with the hotel but, rather, was the wonderful Mexican restaurant almost right next door. The staff was welcoming and efficient; the food was excellent; and the atmosphere was great!

The stay was awesome! The front desk called me to see when we would’ve he kk g in and was so friendly. The place is all remodeled and looks so nice outside. EV charging if you need that. Room was spotless, I was anxious about roaches or bedbugs because of reviews on other hotels in the area. This room was immaculate and I checked the bed too! Also very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice set up coffee delicious. Check out early was a breeze.
First time here headed south and would highly Recommend it.

The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our room. The bath supplies were very nice and really smelled good. The walls were very thin and we were able to hear snoring from the room next door. The breakfast was adequate with both scrambled and boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and all the usual carbs.

I had stayed here before and was impressed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the room. On this occasion we were placed in a handicap accessible room for some reason. When we got into bed it was noticeably damp. Closer inspection revealed the bed had been urinated in and the sheets not changed. To. Be fair the management responded promptly. We ended up changing all the bed linen and stayed the night.

The room was clean and comfortable but the WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay which was a bummer because there was no cell phone reception in that area. I couldn’t even send a text to my family to let them know I made it safely. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food but the pancake maker made tiny undercooked pancakes and the orange juice was out. The vending machine took my money when I tried to buy a couple bottles of water. If you’re looking for something clean and comfortable, this is a decent place but the WiFi not working was a big deal

The room was small and clean but the walls were paper thin. People staying in the room beside us kept us up till 1:00 a.m.. we could hear their conversations and TV. There was construction in the adjacent property which is very noisy during the day. And when people left at 6:30 in the morning, their cars sounded like they were in the room with you when they started up

The only real problem I had is I was on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator being on oxygen made this difficult but my fault for not checking beforehand. I did ask for a 1st floor room but they were all booked. Overall for a 1night stay it’s ok

Easy check in. Put us on second floor away from animal rooms as requested for allergies. Overnight stay on way to longer trip. Basic breakfast buffet. Noisy air conditioner. Plenty of hot water. Older hotel slightly improved.
