although the property is fantastic. I had a big problem with my reservation thru hotels.com somehow it was overbooked although i had reservations a month prior to arrival. they only allowed us to stay one night when after taking a red eye and traveling was highly disappointed. so if you truly want to book a vacation. for directly with hotel or you are taking a chance of having your reservation cancelled. this has haoppened to me twice thru hotels.com so not sure if its the resort or hotel.com not communicating rooms available but either way last time i use hotels.com unless its day of

The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just very disappointing

The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants and wineries and easy access to Temecula towns and activities. I can’t recommend this stay enough. Thank you Europa Village! I would love to be a wine club member, if you ever arrange shipping to Hawaii, I’m in!

We had a great vacation at Europa Village. My only complaint is that the check-in was not at the inn. I went directly to the inn and was told to go back down to where the restaurant and tasting room were to check in. I am nearly 80 years old, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. The rooms and grounds and restaurant were lovely, and I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning was a loud wall unit that you would find in Motel 6. Sitting on the small balcony would have been great if the air conditioning unit wasn't right there and very loud outside as well as inside. The outdoor furniture was clean and comfy. Mattress was comfy, sheets clean, but the comforter is motel quality and probably not laundered between every guest. The rug around the bed is so filthy that it is discolored compare to what you can see just under the edge of the bed out of high traffic. There is no fridge or safe in the room; no microwave. The property has a lot of stairs for those who have a tough time with that, but it is beautiful surrounding the wine tasting room. The views are very nice.

We stayed in the balcony garden view room, and while the room itself and the view were beautiful, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of convenience and service.

In the morning, I wanted a good cup of coffee, but the only option in the room was a Keurig. I would have preferred to walk or quickly drive to the café on-site, but our car was parked in the main winery lot. We weren’t aware that the room was located quite a distance from the main area until late at night when we were offered a golf cart ride. Had we known this in advance, we would have driven our car closer to the room before settling in.

The distance and lack of easy transportation made simple things feel inconvenient. If there had been a readily available cart service, it would have made a big difference.

Additionally, reaching the front desk was frustrating. It took more than three calls before someone finally answered, which added to the disappointment.

Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the lack of accessibility and service would make us reconsider staying in this room again.

This hotel offers a fantastic and lively experience. The property has multiple restaurants with a great variety of cuisines, so there is always something delicious to try. The events and functions were wonderful—there was constantly something happening, from music and dancing to great opportunities for wining and dining.

The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of entertainment and dining options right on site.

Winery experience was great. Three wine regions represented so plenty to sample and do for one late afternoon/evening. Bolero restaurant was delicious. Awesome mushroom app. The “deluxe” room didn’t quite seem “deluxe.” Clean and very comfy bed but room but small and expensive. I attended my friends' wedding reception which brought me to Europa Village. This is a beautiful property, but I highly suggest that the hotel provide Inn guests with a dedicated check-in area at the Inn itself.

Accessing the main registration area was challenging. On a busy Sunday afternoon, finding parking was difficult due to the number of day visitors and guests staying at the property. After circling the lot multiple times, the only two hotel registration spots were occupied by cars that appeared to be parked past their allotted time. Walking to the registration area from other parking areas was also not very convenient.

It also feels unnecessary that guests have to drive everywhere around the property. Transportation for hotel guests should be available past 8 p.m. What’s the point of enjoying dinner and wine if you still have to drive afterward? Guest safety should be a priority. A well-lit walking path back to the Inn would be an ideal solution so guests don’t have to worry about driving after drinking. After all, this is a vineyard resort.

I checked in and was told I was at \"The Inn\" which was about a 10 minute walk up a rocky hill to get to. The walk was not bad in sneakers, but was very hard in heels or sandals. They said there would be a shuttle, but the shuttle stopped at 8:00. We had made dinner reservations for 7:30 pm at Bolero (great food) which is on the property to make the first night easy and not have to drive anywhere. We now had to drive back and forth. In the morning, we were told the shuttle did not run in the morning - we had to walk down the hill, got down, and since I had forgot my wallet, I had to walk back. The rest of the weekend went like that - when wearing sneakers walking up and down, and in heels having to drive.

We stayed at the Inn and we were the ONLY guests here. It was very quiet since we were the only ones here however the doors are quite thin so if there were more guests it would be much more noisy.
We started with a tour of the inn: spacious common area. It felt very “home” like with a cushy sofa, fireplace, communal dining table, microwave and refrigerator. Hot beverages (coffee, cider and cocoa) are available in the common area as well as waters and wine glasses.
Room: we stayed in the “muscat” room. It was spacious enough for 2 people. Very deep tub but it was almost too deep and awkward to get in and out of. Our biggest disappointment was lumpy and “old feeling” mattress. I got ZERO sleep.
Bonus: we were pleasantly surprised to have an outdoor (communal) jacuzzi with a beautiful view!

Spent over $300 for a Sunday night stay. We arrived early and I went to main restroom by check-in. It was in disarray—trash everywhere, no toilet paper, no paper towels. I couldn’t believe it. We were offered a complimentary sangria at check-in, but when we went back for it after sunset, they said they had run out. ?! The Christmas themed evening tasting events they had on their website did not happen and when we inquired, they said “oh we’re not doing it tonight because we have a special event.” That was one of the main reasons we went to stay there! The Christmas lighting was very pretty, but overall, we were disappointed. I think they’re getting too big for their britches!

The Inn is beautiful. The grounds are on top of a hill, with lush greenery and beautiful nature sounds. arrival for check in was confusing. Especially because it was dark. It seems you need to go down to the winery as no staff was actually at the Inn for check in. Wish we knew where to go, via email confirmation or staff available when we called multiple times to find out this information prior to arrival. Kept getting the message machine. The Inn itself is 2 stories and has a common area living space on the main level with a dining table, fireplace, coffee bar and fridge for guests. When we went it was all decorated for the holidays. So cute! You can hear others rooms open and close which is hard for light to medium sleepers. Because i mean, it sounds like the doors are slamming even if they aren’t. We stayed in the En Vie room which has a quaint balances overlooking the vineyards and winery below. Gorgeous sunset view. I think where our room is located was above the garages because we kept hearing mechanical or loud noises. Room was clean and robes/slippers great touch! Bed decent. They do run a shuttle down to the winery and back, which we were not able to get ahold of office during our stay at all to schedule it. Thank u to Bolero manager who drove us to our room bc no shuttle. at least one staff member should be stationed in the office at the Inn. There were times we had questions/needed water etc. that would of really improved the stay. Overall enjoyable. Winery gorg

The winery and food at Bolero restaurant are fabulous as well. Nice to have it all in one place. Europa Village is our favorite place in Temecula.

This was a beautiful location overlooking the vineyards. The staff was amazing and everyone was very accommodating. So sweet to receive our welcome sangria at check-in. We enjoyed one of our favorite live music duo's and sat by the fire pit after a nice day of wine tasting and live music.

We had the best laugh watching the hot tub spray water everywhere as we were sitting by the firepit. The maintenance crew were out the next morning investigating the issue.

The only bummer was you can no longer purchase the wonderful pillow spray that was once sold in the boutique.

Very large property for a Temecula Winery. Three different venues, Spanish, Italian, and French. Room we stayed in is a Casita in the Spanish area, you need to take your time and walk around the property. The Boléro restaurant was very good and prices were very good.

We were warmly greeted with a glass of delicious sangria at check-in which set the tone for our perfect little get away. Our casita featured a private patio, dark wood furniture and pops of rich colors making for a warm and comfortable space. The bed is firm with soft sheets and plenty of plush pillows. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the times and locations of the tasting rooms. We asked multiple employees throughout the property for the details and no one seemed sure of the answers, although they were more than willing to seek out the answer for us. Unfortunately most areas were closed early and although we looked forward to spending some time at the speakeasy that was supposed to be open until 10, it appeared to be closed when we knocked on the door around 8.
The staff we encountered were all very kind and friendly and we can't wait to return again soon

the nighttime associate Marcy is amazing. Both Expedia and Europa let us down, not only does Expedia not identify the difference between the villas and a grandma looking house off property up a hill that you have to drive through to get there. But we were told about the hot tub and my personal favorite a hammock. Room walls paper thin, I could hear our neighbors talking. Went outside I sat on the 300lb -500lb max 3 person hammock and it was so used and torn i hit straight to the bottom of my tailbone on the metal. I told the women (not Marcy) in the grandma house up the road from the action that this needs to be taken down immediately as a lot of their guests are elderly and then they will end up with God knows what type of injury. She started me she said thank you 30 minutes later it’s still not had been taken down. we went ahead and removed it because we don’t want to see anyone get hurt, went to the front desk at the main village which you drive to in the pitch black as we had dinner reservations. we let them know that we are leaving the property and about the ham situation. They offered me medical attention. I said no I’m OK but it’s concerning that your staff didn’t jump all over that , we then advise we were leaving as Expedia did not differentiate between being on property and off property. The problem is neither side will give us a refund. We were looking forward to going back to Europa and staying in the villas. Not now

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m really upset at the Europa management. This was supposed to be a birthday getaway and instead it was the worst stay in Temecula. The rooms at “the inn” were below basic, very small, old and outdated with very thin walls, poor insulation and poor ventilation. The location sucks and the inn is separate from the winery and not close by, you’d have to drive to get there with your luggage. The hallway wreaked of Clorox. The shower head wasn’t even operating to full capacity. I could barely sleep because of the noise, noisy neighbors talking til the crack of dawn and the creaky floors at night plus the slamming doors and people yelling and knocking on doors to wake each other up super early in the morning. I lost so much sleep here. We paid lots of money to stay at this “house” and it doesn’t even have elevators or any amenities like a pool or a hot tub. It just wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid to stay at a place like this! I felt like we were staying at an old house. I demand a refund. The photos do not even match the quality of this “inn” it’s false advertisement. It’s a hostel with about 5 rooms, save your money! Don’t stay here. There are plenty of beautiful venues in this area at less than half the price with full on amenities. I’m very disappointed at the management team for not being able to fully assist us in the matter even after complaining about having a headache due to noise and smelly rooms. It’s only right to refund us

You guys give me wrong room I pay more for my room and you give me accommodation cheap. I drove 6 hours for nothing to be told that they couldn't do anything for me the worst of the worst

Great location, needed refresh on bathroom

The location was great. The rooms
Were quiet and a good size. The bathroom needed a refresh, very worn and the toilet was not clean. No special touches like chocolates or towel animals etc. for the price. I expected a bit higher quality and a nicer less tired, beat up bathroom. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great.

Don't try and check in early.

Place is new and nice, friendly. Customer service at the front desk was sub par. Check in early rates are ridiculous
