The hotel was so nice and positioned right opposite the beach . It's a lovely modern hotel with an airy hotel entrance lobby with a cocktail bar and lots of comfy seating ideal for people watching! The room was lovely and cool with a huge bed and a small balcony with a sea view to the side. The outside pool area was also nice and relaxing and was set in a garden area with waiter service for drinks including alcoholic drinks , tea and coffee. There were plenty of sunbeds available and an underground walkway over to the beach! There is an indoor pool with a great gym, Turkish sauna and steam room and Turkish massages are also available at an extra cost. There is a hairdressers and a Doctor on site. The food on offer was amazing with so much choice and all freshly cooked. At breakfast freshly made omelettes and pancakes were on offer. During the day and evening there were plenty of local dishes which were so nice, lots of hot dishes, salads, fruit and desserts.
The only slight negatives were the bathroom in the room could do with a bit of an update, the room doors could do with soft closing hinges as you could hear everyone shutting their doors and there were a very annoying pair of dogs on the street below who chased and barked at passing cars most of the night!

The hotel was full of teenage sports teams of vararuble types over the 5 days I was there. Their behaviour was often obnoxious slamming doors and screaming in hallways late at night. More a studant dorm than a hotel. There is major internal loud building work til 7pm every day...hotel failed to inform of this on arrival. Food buffet reasonble but was almost same every night. All Turkish, no international choices. Got very boring after a few days. Breakfast was terrible. Bathroom was a bit shabby. Good bar, very comfortable lobby, great pools. Hotel is 100% 4 star not 5.

Plenty of facilities to explore i,e indoor hot swimming pool.

The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and efficient which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel was very nice, the lobby area is a nice place to spend time, we visited in November when it was a little cold so it was nice to have a lovely lobby to spend time in the evenings. Hotel evening entrainment was good.
We had a room on the 7th floor with partial sea view, which was very nice.
We stayed on an all inclusive basis, there were so many options for dining throughout the day and night.
We had booked a double room but I believe we were given a room for 3 as there was an extra single bed so the room felt very spacious.

I found the property to be beautiful however I found many staff members unhappy.

Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels.

The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!!

I won at bingo and received lots of free gifts!!

There is as much or as little to do here as you want. I was concerned about the beach being across the road, but you go under a short walkway. It's completely safe and private, and has a waffle bar and drinks bar there too.

Food & drinks are available 24hrs. We couldn't fault the hotel & would highly recommend.

Found the hotel to be very clean ., the room was spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and good at there job, the food was good plenty of choice and variety as always when on holiday food not hot always just warm. Entertainment staff were excellent a good variety of activities and always chatty and smiling..evening entertainment some nights better than others just wasnt on long enough. We booked a night at the italien reasturant and it was horrendous minestrone soup was tasteless and just veg in a clear liquid!! I had tagliatele that was stone vold and the filet of beef had the life bouled out of it, tasteless pannacota definatley not worth a visit and needs a total menu revamp...only negative i have is the miserable bar staff who have no idea how to make a vocktail and were quite rude at times!!

Beautiful Hotel with Resort, Family Room had a beautiful view but only downside was that you can't tell the difference between economy room and standard room but they are different in size you must be very careful which room they give you the food was delicious but most days similar food the beach is very close and has a secret tunnel to travel through activities wise not much to do but i wasn't bothered about it i went for relaxing family holiday which i got and will go again InshaAllah, Food is always served regularly so

Porto Bello Hotel is the one

A great experience from check in to check out, was greeted on our first night by a young chap named mirach (apologies if spelling is wrong) who was a very lively and friendly character, he greeted us with a warm welcome and helped ensure the check in was a smooth and easy one. He then showed us to our room and around it.

The hotel staff were brilliant from the bar staff being polite and professional always serving with a smile, to the chefs in the kitchen who always seemed to serve with a smile.
The staff were very attentive even during off season,
I lost a pair of expensive sunglasses one evening whilst away and Mirach and the staff went above and beyond at which point I got a knock on my hotel room door in the late evening with my sunglasses found. Couldn’t thank them enough.

The hotel is clean, the food is great and has a decent selection.
The hotel staff were brilliant.
I could not fault anything
Porto Bello hotel I will be seeing you again the next time I book my holiday to Antalya

I visted this hotel 11 years ago, since then i believe it has changed owners. It was much as i remembered but a little jaded and in need of some refurbishment. The thing i found most disappointing was the food.The selection was not as good and the quality was mediocre. The staff were very polite and helpful.

I was wondering how an all-inclusive hotel would work and I decided to test this one with my family as per the reviews. What a bad surprise, unfortunately. The infrastructure is really good, no regrets about it, but what is offered as services from a stated \"5 stars\" hotel? Well, the food served had no taste at all. Burgers from the Snack Restaurant with raw meet, the taste like the frozen ones you buy in the supermarket. Everything served in plastic (which makes it even more tasteless). A lot, but a lot of options during lunch and dinner, with even more options as deserts. Only beautiful for Instagram photos, although with such a huge bad quality. The staff was nice, no complaints about it, and thanks for that (especially the cleaning ladies always smiling and the lady serving the omelete during breakfast - I love you!!!). The worst part was about guests... Oh god!!! How can such people be soooo rude? Getting food as it was the last meal from their lives, literally pilling food on their plates, hitting you while you were serving food, not respecting lines, and you got the idea...
First and last time I do such an (bad!!!) adventure like this, and particulartly in this hotel...

Not a 5-Star!

By North American standard there really isn’t anything about this hotel that makes it a 5-star.
The front desk attendant was very friendly & helpful, as were staff in the cafe. The room needed repairs (crack on ceiling, shower tiles broken, and loose wiring under shelf). We were given a 1st floor room and it was VERY noisy as it was so close to the main floor and staircase. Apparently when we book via Hotels, the don’t give us good rooms. The bedding was not comfortable and the pillows were definitely old.
The food was not flavourful although there was a lot of variety - probably not well-suited to NA tastes. But 100% not 5-star. Yesterday, one of the coffee machines in main dining room was broken, today the toaster wasn’t there as it was broken and there was no one to make omelettes at the omelette bar even though breakfast has started 45 mins before we got there. Servers have to be flagged down to get drinks for you if you don’t appear to be local or from the region.
If you are going for a beach break - Note the beach is all rocks and you will need water shoes.
If you’re a smoker, you’ll love this place as there are people smoking all over it and all the time. Including in the rooms - so that we could smell it well into the night in our room. We had made a note that we wanted a no -smoking room but there was no acknowledgment of this prior or at check-in. Mini bar charged after day 1.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants value for money plus a bit more. Staff was perfect, hotel was perfect, location was perfect 30 mins from airport. Activities are available all over. Everything was worth it. 44£ to be driven around in a v class. You will feel like a celebrity.

Beautiful resort especially the main floor reception area. It’s clean and spacious. There’s lots of comfortable seating. The Turkish bath with the scrub and massage was excellent. The pool although big was very cold. It would have been nice if it was a bit heated. The buffet has a lot of options but repetitive for lunch and dinner. The only thing I found was that the entertainment was not the best. We were there for 5 days four nights and the same performer repeated her performance on two of those nights. Don’t get me wrong she was good but they could have changed it up a bit. Plus making us pay to play Bingo was silly especially since there were different prices for different people. I was charged one price and another of the entertainment staff offered another client 2 cards for less than what I paid for one card. That’s not right. First to charge in an all inclusive and second to charge different rates.

Fantastic hotel, would return. Great facilities, hard working staff, good food, big clean pool, private beach and the hamam was great. Only thing they could work on a bit is sustainability - a lot more single use plastic than was needed, albeit they did have recycling for plastics.

One of the best all inclusive resorts that I have ever been and I have been in many.
Attention to details was quite noticeable. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Place was very clean and orderly. Activities throughout the day, music and entertainment at night. Last but not least the food, fruits, and deserts were so delicious. Fresh vegetables, fruits and yummy colorful deserts. Place was really impressive.
When I got there I was told that my reservation by Expedia was economy!!!! sooooo strange because I don’t remember seeing a question regarding types of available rooms on Expedia site…..
Fortunately front desk noticed my disappointment and upgraded my room at no charge.

I was there with my son for 5 days and we were extremely pleased.

I like to thank the entire team for their great hospitality and beautiful smiles.

The description on Expedia didn't cover several all inclusive perks: free unlimited towels per day, tunnel under the busy road, free 1 dinner at the fish restaurant, birthday treat. Cocktails in the bar are well above average. Mojito with or without alcohol 5*, not usual sickly sweet. Spa medical deep tissue massage covered physio and points 5*, want to go again. Entertainment programme is excellent both in the day and evenings. However there is no poster clearly telling what and when is happening, advertised app had incorrect information. Posters in the lift included description in Turkish with no translation and no dates. Sought after morning aqua gym didn't have enough rubber flutes for all wanting to participate. Drinking Water in the rooms was not resupplied despite asking.

The place is old. It seems like it is being used for local conferences. Everyday you could find 100's of locals in business attire and badges drinking tea and occupying the lobby. The general vibe of the place was really miserable. Not much to do.

Breakfast is ok. Other meals were really bad we decided to go out and eat.

The side see view room means you don't see the see unless if you go near the far end of the window.

Overall our stsy was good. Excellent service from all the staff. Food was great,with a huge selection to choose from.
We stayed All inclusive so the drinks were included, i have to say the wine was awful, the white wine was yellow and tasted awful i did send it back but the replacement one was exactly the same..so i choose to drink rosé with sprite. Im not a spirit drinker. Room was spotless. Had an amazing sea view

Located very far from everything. Unless you want to spend all your time inside resort dont book here. Not sure why it is rated 5 star. Food is extremely expensive. Very far from night life and shopping etc. i booked through expedia and it had breakfast included but upon checking in i was told i needed to pay for it in euros. All the resorts should give you an adapter for american type phone chargers but not this one i had to pay 3.5 euros for it.

Friendly staff and very clean property. Loved the design of the lobby, but the food menu needs some help. Some items in breakfast and lunch menu seemed like it was from the previous meal/day and not in a good shape to be served.

finally a 5 star hotel with 5 star experience

I've been to many hotels in different countries since 2012. Never have I had an experience as this! Other 5 star hotels can not compare to what I had the pleasure of experiencing. The service was great. Servers were attentive and anticipate your needs before you even know you need something. Cergen was amazing. The front desk staff were professional and quick. The quality of the service, food, facilities and amenities were superb. good. Room was amazing, food was amazing! facilities was great. highly recommend this hotel. It will be my yearly destination from now on!

Food was ok but very narrow time frame for each meal period
Water supply is limited to one small bottle per room
Rates for room based on two occupants per room but they didn't allow my grandchildren to visit me at hotel
There's better options available for the price charged
