A clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location, just on the outskirts of Cuneo. Driving into the centre of Cuneo itself takes less than 10 minutes. The reception and restaurant areas feel a bit like a hospital, as they lack decoration and character, but the staff are very friendly, the food is good and the hotel is great value for money. My only criticism would be that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this seems to be quite common in Italian hotels.

The Hotel over all is good. the service was great and breakfast also very good with food from the area! It needs some cleaning work. The carpets have old stains giving it a \"peculiar\" smell. The room also had a weird smell....

Great Find!

We attended the cheese Festival in Bra and searched for hotels and found this gem. Although a 35 minute drive to Bra but well worth the drive. Easy access to hotel, free parking, free breakfast and friendly staff. In the evening to was a 5 minute ride to the center of Cuneo. Must have a car to stay n this area.

nous étions en voiture , et une fois sur place l'hôtel avait en plus un grand parking gratuit , (voiture visible de notre chambre) .

Bella struttura, molto ben curata e pulita, personale cortese e gentile. Ottima l'accoglienza, stanza grande e pulita, letto comodo. Buona la posizione e il parcheggio. Unica nota stonata: qualche giorno prima della partenza ci è stato chiesto di scegliere per la mattina del 1 gennaio tra colazione e un brunch alle 10.30, per evitare assembramenti. Abbiamo scelto di buon grado il brunch, in quanto avremmo trascorso la serata con amici e avremmo cenato molto tardi. Purtroppo il brunch non si è dimostrato assolutamente all'altezza, con proposta di lasagne o gulasch con cotechino! Alla richiesta di un piatto di salumi e formaggi sono stati portati solo salumi. Mai arrivato il succo di frutta richiesto. Forse non ci si è inteso sul significato di brunch....... Gradevole il dolcetto al pistacchio finale. La colazione della seconda mattina, servita dal personale della reception, è stata invece molto ben curata e abbondante, comprensiva anche di diversi prodotti per celiaci. Struttura consigliata.

Une étape très agréable

Hôtel moderne très confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec beaucoup de rangements.Malgré l'immeuble proche, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. Le restaurant était malheureusement fermé pendant notre séjour mais il y en avait un autre à 10' à pied. Pas besoin donc de reprendre la voiture.

Ho pernottato in questo grande hotel appena fuori Cuneo una notte: hotel in ottime condizioni con un ampissimo parcheggio gratuito, un ottimo ristorante interno, \"Il nanetto\", buona anche la colazione. Ho trovato molta attenzione alle norme anticovid.

Colazione nella norma ma con un ottimo caffè.

Matériel vétuste, télévision. dépassé par le temps, ainsi que sa télécommande oxydé au niveau des piles. Aucune chaine française, anglaise, ou autres.
Un hôtel qui apparemment manque de clients, faut savoir qu'aucune attraction n'est proposé pour l'attiré. Bar fermé , le client est pas obligé de se rendre dans sa chambre pour aller immédiatement se coucher, surtout quand vous avez un téléviseur, ou il n'y a pas l'emplacement pour y glisser une clé USB.A proximité rien pour pouvoir passé un moment de détente, ou prendre un verre. La sensazione è che venga usato preferibilmente per trasferte di lavoro.
Parcheggio davanti alla struttura ampissimo.

Hat mir gut gefallen. Alles sehr sauber und gut gepflegtWar nur auf der Durchreise. Hotel steht sehr zentral am Rande eines Gewerbegebietes mit riesigem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Piacevole soggiorno

Doverosa premessa è che mi è stata assegnata una stanza del 4 piano da poco ristrutturato. La camera era davvero spaziosa, pulita e con tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta. Ho cenato anche al ristorante dell'hotel e ho mangiato bene pur se la scelta è fra piatti relativamente semplici. Buona la colazione con scelta di dolce e salato. L'hotel si trova poco fuori Cuneo ma per arrivare al centro ci si impiegano 5 minuti in macchina.

Hotel comodo per posizione, confortevole e pulito.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta presso l'hotel Cristal e torneremo di certo. Abbiamo amici che vivono a Cuneo e il Cristal è diventato un eccellente punto di riferimento quando siamo da loro. La posizione è comodissima per il centro e per l'autostrada. Le camere pulitissime e molto confortevoli. Letti ottimi. Personale gentilissimo, professionale ed amichevole, malgrado le dimensioni della struttura. Ambiente comuni gradevoli. Se posso permettermi un suggerimento... un tocco in più alla colazione non guasterebbe. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel.

In genere viaggio per lavoro e quì ho trovato praticamente tutto il necessario per le mie esigenze. Ampio parcheggio, vicinanza al centro per una passeggiata (ma serve la macchina), camere pulite e ben isolate. Staff gentile e cordiale.
